Yet another murder?
Cops POV.
"Already, a poor young troll has to live through what the world is these days. Live like nothing's happening, and die young."
"Yup, this neighborhood has gotten more suspicious don't you think Joe?"
"Agreed. It's strange how this happens, especially now, with the schools starting up again."
FBI agent's POV.
"But sir! It would be best to see if any student besides Cronus and Latula has been seen missing! They might know at least something!"
"I said NO. Do you want to make the school suspicious? This school here has been the most educated school in America! Do you want it to shut down and have uneducated students roaming around America with no money or spouse?"
"..."
"That's what I thought, now leave my office now Marshal."
"But sir,"
"I said leave."
Kankri's POV.
The news is going crazy about our little neighborhood, about everything, poor Latula, looks like she was better off being quiet.
Sadly, this is yet another day of another quiet "sleep."
Father, father, father. If only you didn't say something about the string.
You know too much.
As I walked up to fathers' room, I gently put my syringe in my sleeve, not trying to hit myself with it.
Karkat is still at school, it isn't time for him to arrive home again.
I just told him that I wasn't feeling well and that he had to go on the bus alone.
Oh well, that's what you get for trusting someone you don't truly know.
I slowly opened my fathers' door and see him still sleeping.
'Good.' I thought to myself. I open the door more, only to hear a squeak and father waking up. I held my breath and ran to the nearest corner to surprise attack him.
"Hello? Kankri? Are you here?" This was my chance. As he turned around, I quickly covered his mouth, causing him to widen his eyes and muffle words. I took out my syringe and stabbed it into his neck, releasing the chemicals into his blood stream.
A minute or two passed of struggling until father finally collapsed.
To my surprise, he was actually really heavy.
As I dragged him down the stairs, his body thudded with every single step. Every time his body thudded, I flinched my eyes every step of the way until we reached the basement. Good thing our little house is only a two story building and dad's room was in the first floor.
I quickly ran back upstairs and grabbed a pair of gloves, a chair, duck tape, and a knife. I smirked at the small size of the knife. Seeing how it could easily make more than a gash or cut.
I ran back down stairs and picked father up, setting him on the chair and duck taping his hands, feet, and mouth.
I turned off the light and went upstairs, wearing all black clothing and a mask to cover my face. I looked in the mirror and you couldn't tell if it was me, or another killer. Good.
I went back downstairs and waited for him to stir.
It felt like hours before he finally woke up.
"H-Hello? Kankri?"
"9h, I see that y9u have w9ken up Signless." It stung that I used that name again, but I didn't need to seem polite to know that it was me. Hell, if he does know, he is going to die anyway.
"Who are you? Where are you? Where am I?"
"Tsk tsk tsk, t99 many questi9ns Sufferer."
"Listen, I do not know why I am captive I believe in my own house, but I demand an explanation-" I walked up and slapped him.
"Y9u will n9t demand anything! 9therwise." I took the knife out and cut is face. He screamed a little, but not loud enough to be heard.
"G9t it?" He nodded.
"Pathetic piece 9f filth." I walked around him, grabbing his hair and pulling it back, making him face me.
"N9 9ne l9ves y9u. Y9u are hated 6y even your 9wn 6l99d c9l9r. Why d9 y9u even exist? I felt s9rry f9r The D9l9r9sa. 9ut of all the gru6s in the w9rld, she ch9se y9u? Pathetic." I let go, making him flinch.
"I am loved by my beloved Disciple, and I am not pathetic."
"Shut it! Wh9 said that y9u c9uld talk?" You cut him again. He flinched, screaming inside his mouth.
I snickered.
"Weak. Y9u d9 n9t kn9w what true pain is." He looked at me.
"Oh really? I have been killed by leading my own rebellion against the laws of blood color for every troll to live together. Isn't that right? Kankri." I froze.
"That's right, you do not think that I can know my own sons voice? I may seem like a irresponsible father, but I care for every troll there is. You know this Kankri, but, why must you do this to me?" I sighed.
"Y9u kn9w t99 much father."
"About what? Wait- you're the one who- no."
"Yes father."
You mean, Latula and Cronus."
"Yes father."
"And now, me."
"Yes, father." He sighed.
"Well, tell me your plan then, since I am going to die either way."
"Well, i am n9t stupid, s9 I'll let y9u figure it 9ut." I smirked and put the knife onto the beginning of his neck.
"Have y9u ever heard 9f a new type 9f style there is in t9wn? It's just a simple scarf. 9ut 9f y9ur 9wn 9rgans 9f c9urse."
"Kankri-" He swallowed.
"Don't do this son. I don't know why you would do this to Cronus, Latula, and I, but this is wrong, you know this!" I sighed and put the knife down.
"What is it that y9u d9n't understand father? Cr9nus l9ves me! 9nly me! 9f c9urse I l9ve him t99! We were always meant t9 6e t9gether!" A long silence occurred until he spoke again.
"He... He doesn't love you anymore.... Does he?" I grabbed the knife and went to the base of his neck again, this time, pushing it into his skin.
He began to scream as I continued down to his belly button.
Candy-red blood poured everywhere, on the floor, on father, even on me.
As I pulled the skin apart, at last, I see his organs, each begging to be covered once again.
One by one, I pulled out organs as I see the pain in my fathers eyes until he finally passed. I stopped, still holding his liver.
My eyes were wide open and I was smiling. I began to twitch and laugh. Insanely.
I did not know how fun this was!
I felt... Free!
Like I could do anything that I wanted!
Tears began to form in my eyes as I began to laugh.
'Please.' I stopped laughing.
'Stop this.'
'Kankri, this isn't you!' I looked around me, nothing.
'Kankri! It hurts! Please!'
"Father?"
'Please Kankri.'
"Latula?"
'Please! Please!' The word "please" kept repeating as I grabbed my head with my now bloodied hands, screaming.
"SHUT UP! ST9P TALKING T9 ME! SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP!"
"K-KANKRI?" I looked behind me and started to giggle.
"Karkat....." He backed away, seeing the blood covering me. He looked passed me and saw father dead. His eyes widened.
"KANKRI.. LISTEN TO ME, EVERYTHING IS ALRI-"
"N9 ITS N9T!" I yelled.
"N9THIN IS ALRIGHT! I-" I started to mumble.
"They w9n't st9p talking t9 me." I backed up to a wall, sliding down.
"They keep telling me t9 kill m9re and m9re."
'Killllllllllll..."
"SHUT UP!" Karkat jumped, worried about me.
'More...... Morrreeeeeee." They began to get louder.
"Kill himmmmm....." I looked at Karkat smiling.
"Karkat~" I stood up, wobbling.
"S-STAY AWAY FROM ME."
"C9me 9n Karkat. Father and Latula are waiting f9r y9u~" He continued to back up until he tripped on his own two feet.
He crab walked to the floor, fear in his eyes.
I walked closer to him, now towering over him. I grabbed the bloodied knife and held it close to my head.
"PLEASE. KANKRI. WE CAN DISCUSS THIS."
"Discuss what? That y9u're a69ut t9 die?"
I began to laugh insanely again and crouched, forcing the knife into his stomach.
He began to scream and I just laughed more, twisting the knife and finally pulling it out slowly. Again, and again, and again, I began to puncture holes into Karkat, begging for his life to be spared. I just kept going.
I couldn't control myself.
Karkat stopped screaming and I suddenly stopped. I looked at his eyes. The were opened, and white. I grabbed his head and began to cut under his horn. Keeping it for myself.
I pulled the horn off and put it in a pouch. At least, at least I have something to remember my brother by.
I went upstairs and locked the door, laughing.
