A/N: After waking up from a nightmare different from the previous one you've had, you're a bit on edge during your walk to school. However, you soon find that it was no mere nightmare.

You woke up and found yourself in a similar setting like you had usually found yourself in the reoccurring nightmare of yours. Only this time, the ground wasn't as dark as it was usually seen by you and you appeared to be on the sidewalk where the theater and parking lot next to it were located.

(Y/N): Another nightmare, but in a different spot. Same location though. The hell is going on?

You soon got up on your feet and looked around the area, managing to tell where you were this time around since the ground wasn't as dark as it was in previous nightmares.

(Y/N): Well, guess one positive side to this, it's not as annoyingly dark as my previous nightmares. But why the hell do I still keep having ones so similar to the last?

You asked yourself before you soon heard the sound of footsteps not far from you.

(Y/N): Huh?

You looked over to where the footsteps were coming from and saw Chan as she was just now walking through the crosswalk.

(Y/N): Chan? Why the hell is she the only other person I'm now suddenly seeing in this freaking nightmare world aside from that mystery chick. Where the hell is everyone else?

As Chan was walking through the crosswalk to get to the other side and continue on her way to school, you started to hear something approaching from somewhere in the distance.

(Y/N): What the.......?

You looked over to the direction where CrabManCarl's store and everyone's houses were to see where the source of the noise was coming from. Suddenly, your answer came as a car moving at a very fast pace had just taken a sharp turn around a corner and was speeding towards the part of the street where Chan was at. You saw that Chan hasn't even made it halfway across the crosswalk yet.

(Y/N): Oh shit! Chan, look out!

However, your warning to Chan appeared to have fallen on deaf ears as she didn't seem to have heard you at all and just kept walking. You attempted to run to her to try and get her out of the way, but something was preventing you from even moving from the spot that you were standing in.

???: Tsk, Tsk, Tsk, Poor Chan. The poor girl's life seemed like it had such promise and yet it appears as though it's about to come to an end. And she isn't even aware of it.

Said a feminine voice in a very sadistic tone. You quickly turned around to see where the voice came from. And when you did, you saw that it was the dark feminine figure from your previous nightmares standing on the same side walk as you. Might like in the previous nightmares, you still could barely see her to make out what she fully looked like despite the whole area now being a bit brighter.

(Y/N): You!

???: Surprise.

She smirked as she approached you in a rather playful manner.

(Y/N): Th.... This is just a dream! A nightmare! Nothing more! The moment I wake up, this won't be happening. This is just nothing more but part of those demented nightmares I've been having.

???: Hmm, if you really wish to think that in order to make yourself more comfortable.

(Y/N): Excuse me?!

???: Oh, don't get me wrong, toying with you inside your little dreams here is fun and all. But I find it that reality can be even more so~

(Y/N): What the hell are you talking about?! Who the hell even are you?!

You yelled in frustration as you were getting tired of the nightmares that had been happening on almost night for night repeat.

???: I've made my point clear before. But I guess I'll say it one more time to hopefully get it clear to you.

She walked closer to you.

???: That. Won't. Matter. Soon.

She said in another sadistic tone before she proceeded to lift her leg and kicked you into the side of the street. After landing there, you tried to get up on your feet. But you soon heard the car getting much closer. You looked as if it was just a few feet away from Chan.

(Y/N): CHAN!

It was the only thing you could do as Chan was seemingly only inches away from death until..... Things quickly went black before there was the sound of a car hitting someone before being followed up by the sound of said car crashing into something. Suddenly, You had awoken from your nightmare as you jumped out from your bed and gasped as sweat rolled down from your face.

Austin: Wow man, easy.

Austin said as he backed up from your bed a bit.

(Y/N): Austin? What are you doing in here?

Austin: Your alarm went off but you never woke up.

You looked at the alarm and saw that it had gone off for a bit.

(Y/N): Damn, I must have been deep in sleep again.

Austin: Another nightmare?

(Y/N): Yeah, but this one was different from the ones before.

Austin: Wait, really? How is it different?

(Y/N): I'll tell you on the way, I need to hurry up and get dressed.

You said before getting out of the bed and went to the bathroom to get dressed for school. As you were getting dressed, you were in a little bit of a hurry within your movement. This was because that nightmare very much had you concerned and on edge. Not to mention that the fortune from Ellen the other day is coming back at your mind full force. Austin had taken notice of your hurried movement but chose not to say anything at first as you both got dressed, got your lunch and drinks and before getting your school stuff and soon heading out the door. Immediately once out there, You walked in a sort of fast walking motion. This prompted Austin to finally say something.

Austin: H.... Hey, calm down there buddy. I know you slept past your alarm, but we're not running late or anything. We've still got time.

You, still walking at a fast pace, let out a quick sigh before getting ready to reply to him. However, this was quickly cut off when you both were approaching Sam, Taurtis and Grian, who were arguing with one another over the current situation that the three of them are now being forced to deal with.

Grian: I cannot believe you managed to not only get us evicted from our home for not paying the monthly rent, but managed to have us receive a lawsuit from the owner of the Dorito Company!

Taurtis: I got caught up in some stuff. No one said running a business was an easy task. And I'm baffled on why they would do this, Toritos are completely different from Doritos.

Austin: Hey now, what's all this juicy little gossip we've got going on here? I heard the word lawsuit being spoken to Taurtis and I need to know.

Austin said as he walked next to them.

Sam: Yeah, The Doritos company is filing a lawsuit against us for Toritos, saying that "It's just Doritos with a T slapped on it".

Taurtis: If anything, we should sue them because Doritos is just Toritos with a D slapped on it.

(Y/N): The Doritos brand was started in 1964. Your unoriginal product was only created about a week ago. Not to mention that they've got far more connections in their chances of winning than you possibly have.

Taurtis: It's fine, we'll get J as our lawyer or something. He's rich.

Austin: Does he have a background in any kind of practice of law?

Grian: No.

Austin: I thought so.

Sam: Taurtis, I hope you realize that we have to start being a lot more careful with our money from this point onward.

Taurtis: Excuse me, but I have been careful with my money, thank you very much.

Sam: No, you have not! You've just flung money without care for just about anything that you paid for! And you're the reason we're currently in this mess with the lawsuit and eviction! From this point forward, I will be the one making purchases for stuff.

Taurtis: You're the manager. You're supposed to do your job to prevent this stuff from happening. I'm just the face of the company.

Grain: So, you're the lazy one then?

(Y/N): And what company? Grian told us that the only thing you've had were just racks filled with your Doritos copy all over the living room of your house. That's not a company. It seems more like you've been just hoarding other products to make into your no effort copy.

Taurtis: Moral of the story is, we're in a bit of a pickle due to us being wrongfully sued over my original and brilliant product and we can't seem to be getting people to buy any more right now.

Austin: Well you see, me or (Y/N) would just love to help. But we both already made ourselves clear about this product idea and what was likely to result from it if you only changed the freaking name of it. All well, if only you had taken our advice.

(Y/N): Besides, even if we did help you with this, there's no way that you would actually learn anything out of this.

Taurtis: Ah man!

Grian: Pretty sure he's not gonna learn anything from this regardless.

(Y/N): Sorry boys, I would willingly give you money to help you out, but I get the feeling you might try pulling another stunt that'll put you in further deep water than you're already in. Which is unfair to Grian in this situation since he's had little to no involvement in this stuff at all.

Grian: Thank you.

Taurtis: Well look, right now, we just need to find some sort of expert who's taken a real good law class or something to help us.....

(Y/N): No.......

Taurtis: No? What do you mean No? We have a right to defend ourselves over this issue.

When you had said that, you weren't even looking at Taurtis, as your eyes were wide open and looking in a different direction. All while a very concerned look was visible on your face as you saw a shocking sight. Seeing this sight caused you to start shaking your head no in response to it.

Sam: What the.......?

Austin and the boys soon turned their attention to the direction you were looking and saw this as well, kooking in almost the same amount of shock as you were. A car accident had happened with someone having been hit as their body was currently laying in the middle of the road bleeding out while the car had crashed into a building near the theater. With the thoughts in your mind completely racing, You immediately bolted towards the scene as fast as you could.

Austin: (Y/N)!

The images from the nightmare began to play out in your head as you had feared that said nightmare had just become a reality. Once you arrived at the spot, you were very quick to call out to Chan just to see if she was alright or not.

(Y/N): Chan!

Silly: She's over here!

Silly called to you as Silly and Alex were with Chan. A crowd of students were near the area as well as they had happened upon the accident much earlier than you did. You ran over to them as quick as you could and kneeled down to Chan, who was sitting down on the ground, arms wrapped around her legs and crying.

(Y/N): Chan, are you alright? What happened?

Chan soon looked up to you and you saw her distraught face.

Chan: I.... I'm fine. But I don't know what happened! I.... I was walking across the crosswalk to get to school, then I suddenly saw this..... this.... this car was about to hit me since it was just a couple feet away from me. But I was suddenly pushed onto the sidewalk by someone before it got me. And when I looked to see what happened, I saw Salex bleeding out onto the road and car was crashed!

She said as she had either stuttered or tried speaking correctly while trying to explain what had happened. You would be relieved that Chan was alright. But that relief was completely replaced by horror when you soon looked back to the road and saw Salex laying in the middle of the road. She was bleeding from several different wounds on her body and had lost a frightening large amount of blood by this point.

(Y/N): Oh no......

Austin and the others soon arrived at the scene and were equally horrified by the sight of Salex bleeding on the road. However, the sight of this accident proved to be even far worse for Taurtis, who let out a horrified gasp.

Sam: Oh my god!

Grain: How did......?

Taurtis: S..... S...... Salex?

Paul Blart then showed up on the scene and tried to get people to move away from the scene of the accident.

Paul Blart: Alright people, move along. Nothing to see here!

Austin: A student was just hit by a car and all you can say is that there's nothing to see here?!

Paul Blart: Sir, I'm going to need you to.....

Before Austin was about to raise his voice towards Paul Blart, just about having enough of his poor way of doing his job, he was cut off by Taurtis suddenly yelling instead.

Taurtis: Nooo! Salex!

Taurtis then ran to the middle of the road to Salex's bloody body.

Sam: Taurtis, no! It's an accident scene, they put that tape up for a reason!

You, Austin, Sam and Grian all ran over to Taurtis to try and get him out of there. But he was too lost in his current state and formed tears as he was now holding Salex's bleeding body in his arms.

Sam: Dude, we need to move back! We can't be standing here right now!

Paul Blart: You guys are going to need to move back from the BBQ scene at this very.....

Austin, having had enough of Paul's shit, bared his teeth, gave a death threatening glare and let out an ear shattering roar right at him.

Paul Blart:......... Oh uh....... I uh..... have to go now. Just got a report on some illegal activities going on downtown that need to be taken care of by a well trained cop. I'm totally not going to go change my underwear and stuff after that roar, which totally didn't scare me. I've got nerves of steel.

Taurtis continued to hold Salex as he tried his best not to cry at the situation before him. But it was hard when the person is his girlfriend slowly dying in his arms.

(Y/N): Someone called an ambulance! Quickly!

You yelled out to your fellow students in a panic.

Yuno: Alex had already called for one not long ago.

Xiran: But they won't be here for about 8 minutes or so.

Austin: Damn it, that's not enough time! She's already lost enough blood there is!

Taurtis: Salex, please, don't die! We can still save you. someone, do something!!!

Review: Wh.... What do you want us to do? We're not medical professionals! She's got wounds in places all over that not even we would be able to cover!

Sam: Dude, try to resuscitate her!

Grian: Could you not?!

(Y/N): Sam, for once, try to take a situation like this seriously! She's bleeding out for god's sake!!!

Salex: T.... T.... Taurtis.......

Salex said in a very weak tone as she opened her eyes a bit to look at Taurtis.

Taurtis: It's alright, Salex, I'm here.

Salex: Taurtis, I don't think there's much time left for me.

Taurtis: Don't...... Don't say that! The ambulance is on it's way. There's still a chance to save you. Just hold on a little bit longer.

Salex: I......

She quickly coughed out a bit of blood from her mouth before speaking again.

Salex: I really don't think I have much longer..... Before I go, I.. just...... I just want to say that I've really enjoyed the time I've had to spend with you and the friends you have here..... If I have just one regret...... It's that I wasn't able to spend just a little more time with you.

Tears flooded Taurtis' eyes while continuing to hold the dying Salex.

Salex: Goodbye, Taurtis.... I love you.......

Salex gave a light smile before she moved her lips up to one of Taurtis' cheeks and gave him one last kiss. After that, her eyes slowly closed, her breathing soon stopped and her head moved back a bit. Salexbrown was dead.

Taurtis: Salex? .......SALEX?!

Taurtis' cries became louder as he held the body of his dead girlfriend close to him as You, Austin, Sam and Grian stayed by his side and the students watched on in distraught and sadness while Taurtis grieved.

Ellen: As the spirits had foretold. Now, another life has been taken.

Majo Ellen said to herself as she looked down with her eyes closed.

(Timeskip).

A little while after Salex had died in Taurtis' arms, the ambulance finally arrived to pick up her body. You and the boys managed to get Taurtis to put Salex's dead body down and let the ambulance workers carry her body into their vehicle and drove off. After all of that was done, You and the boys walked Taurtis inside the school and to the nurses office to get him changed into some new clothes since his old ones were covered in some of Salex's blood. Once he was cleaned up and in new clothing, you all headed to Okami's class with him. There, he was mostly quiet with a look of utter devastation on his face.

Santiago: Oh..... Usually I'm never so sympathetic to Taurtis. But..... watching your girlfriend die right in the middle of the street like that is just so fuck.....

Alex: I always figured things between those two wouldn't last long. But...... I never thought it would've ended in tragedy.

Xiran: Say Austin, didn't you say that You and the others ran into Ellen when you and (Y/N) were hanging out with that new girl the other day?

Austin: Yeah..... kinda regretting that we even encountered her at the mall.

Sam: Yeah, that's right! This is all Ellen's fault! You and your stupid spirits!

Ellen: I told you there would be consequences. Such a beautiful form, twisted and contorted. And besides, I was just the one who told you what the spirits were telling me. Neither of us were the ones driving the car. And it would be wise not to insult the spirits!

Sam: To heck with your dumb lowsy spirits!

(Y/N): Why was there even anyone out in a car at this time? Most of the adults are usually all at work by this point.

Silly: I don't know. Maybe someone woke up a little too late and wasn't paying attention while being in a hurry.

Austin: But what about the driver, where are they at?

Yuno: N.... Nobody knows. When we all showed up on the scene, there wasn't anybody in or around that car aside from Salex.

Yuno said as she cut in on the conversation a bit.

Alex: They more than likely booked it out of the area after they realized they hit someone.

Grian: So that means we don't have any clues on who it was driving the car then huh?

Alex: Nope. None.

Ghost: They didn't even have a license plate on their car either.

(Y/N): They didn't have a license plate AND they just ran off from the scene after running someone over?

Yuki: To be fair, maybe they were possibly scared and didn't want to face the fact that they had killed someone.

Review: I have doubts about that. If anything, the person who was in that car likely hightailed it out of there just so they didn't end up getting arrested.

Xiran: Plus, if it were a drunk driver or anything, then we would have seen their sloppy attempt at trying to get away from the scene. People usually do work well with things when they're drunk.

You thought for a moment on how strange the initial accident was. It was one thing when the driver wasn't found at the scene. But it was different when the car they were driving didn't even have a license plate on it. Before you could continue into your thoughts, Okami soon arrived in the room and walked to her desk.

Okami: Good morning class!

However, she was given no reply as she soon took notice of the fact that the majority of the students in the class had a look of unease and sadness.

Okami: Is everything alright, class? You all appear to be so distraught today. :(

Silly: Mom..... I don't think now is really a good time to......

Silly was about to try and simply tell her mother that something terrible had happened not long ago and it's best not bringing it up at the moment given how some people are still taking it.

Taurtis: No...... it's fine. I can tell her. Well, aside from us being forced to leave our home due to us receiving an eviction notice and being sued by the Doritos Company, my girlfriend, Salex, was hit by a car today and I had to watch as she slowly died in my arms.

Okami: Oh My Goodness! 0_0

Okami said as her usual cheerful and nice smile and tone was somewhat replaced by a more shocked and saddened tone over the death of a student. After a moment of silence throughout the room, Okami spoke once again.

Okami: I see....... I am very sorry for your loss, Taurtis. Should you require anything to try and make you feel better, just come see me any time after class and I can see what I can be able to do.

Taurtis: Thanks......

After that was done, Okami soon began to do roll calls. During her roll call, you were quietly talking with Sam and Grian and what they were going to do since they were getting evicted.

(Y/N): Speaking of that while eviction thing, what exactly are you guys going to do now that you pretty much can't live at your old home now?

Sam: Well, I had thought about this on our way to school before we ran into you guys. I saw that there were some apartments that we were able to pay for. They're super cheap, so paying for the rent shouldn't be too much of a problem. We're just gonna stay there until we can find a new and better house to live in. The part of town where it's located it's too far away. But we'll need to be taking the train from there to here from now on.

Grian: I'm especially keeping an extra eye on them to make sure that one of them at least actually pay the rent whenever it comes up.

Sam: Dude, I told you that I was going to be the one making purchases for stuff to make sure we're more careful with our money.

Grian: Not really much of a reassurance.

While that was going on, Taurtis was just looking down at his phone that he kept hidden under a part of his desk so it wouldn't be visible to Okami. However, he soon saw that he got a text message from someone. He lightly signed under his breath before he looked at it to see who it was. Once he did, he was speechless when he saw that the message apparently came from Salex of all people.

Salex's Text Message: Hey, how's it going?

Taurtis: Wait...... What?!

Sam and Grain heard him and looked over as you saw him looking down at his phone. You and most of the other students kept your attention towards Okami for the manga homework you all did as well as what subject you were all going to be doing within her class today.

Grian: What's wrong?

Taurtis: I just got a text message...... from Salex.

Sam: What?!

Grian: Let me just get a quick look here. Maybe you're misreading the person's name or something.

Taurtis carefully gave Grian his phone for a second and Grian soon got to see the message for himself. Once he saw who the message was from, he was in disbelief and shock.

Grian: No way. Same account name, profile picture, same @ name. The whole bio part of their account is just about exactly like hers too.

Sam soon looked as well.

Sam: Wait, then what does this mean? Is she possibly still alive?

Taurtis: I'll text her back.

Taurtis said before getting his phone back and texted "Salex" back to see what would happen.

Taurtis' Text Message: you're alive?!

After he sent the text to "Salex", the person quickly replied back by simply asking Taurtis a different question, completely dodging the one he sent them.

Salex's Text Message: What are you talking about?

Taurtis: What the heck?

Sam: Text her again and tell her that we all just watched her die in your arms not too long ago.

Taurtis typed another text and sent it to them.

Taurtis' Text Message: We all saw you die in my arms a while ago!

"Salex" appeared to have dodged that comment as well as they seemed to have replied with something different rather than a follow up.

Salex's Text Message: Taurtis, I wanted to tell you something.

Sam, Taurtis and Grian: What?!

Okami: Is there something wrong boys?

Okami asked as she and many of the other students, you included, looked over to the three.

Taurtis: Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.................

Sam: Um.... we need to check out really quickly, Mrs. Okami. A current family related issue has just now come up and we need to take care of it please.

Sam said as it clearly sounded like he was in a hurry.

Grian: If that's okay with you, of course.

Okami: Hm, Very well boys.

Sam, Taurtis and Grian: Thank you.

The three of them quickly got up from their desks and exited out of the room.

Sam: My god, what the heck, dude?

Taurtis: Is she actually still alive somehow? Or does someone have her phone and is trying to toy with us?!

Taurtis asked, not sure how to process the current situation before him.

Sam: Try texting them again.

Taurtis was about to text them again, but another text was sent to him by "Salex" before he could.

Salex's Text Message: I want to meet you after school.

Grian: Okay, we need to go to where they took Salex's body to confirm if this is even really her who's calling or if there's someone who's pulling a really bad prank.

The other two agreed and the three of them headed out of the school and to the direction of where Salex's body had been taken to. Back in class, You and the others looked confused a bit on why all three of them were so quick to leave the class in such a hurry.

Ghost: Guess the peer pressure is finally settling in with those three.

Santiago: Given everything that's happening to them all in one day, it would make sense.

(Y/N)'s Mind: Something really just doesn't seem quite right.

You thought to yourself. However, you were soon taken out of your thoughts when you had received a notification on your phone. You looked down at it carefully while Okami was teaching and you were shocked to see that you have received a text message from "Salex" like Taurtis did.

Salex's Text Message: Hi cutie.

(Y/N): What the f.....

(TimeSkip).

It was currently lunchtime and most of the students were talking with one another about certain topics while also eating their lunch. However, this was soon halted when someone yelled out to all of them.

Sookie: Excuse me, everyone.

Everyone within the cafeteria soon turned their attention to Sookie, who was standing up in the middle of the room.

Sookie: I would like to kindly ask for us all to have a moment of silence for Salex, please.....

Everyone soon did as Sookie asked and lowered their heads and remained silence to give a moment in honor of Salex. Within the silence, there were only the sadden expressions of You and your fellow classmates. Salex was always a kind hearted, moral, selfless and sweet person and she had been part of your school for years. Knowing that she's now gone hurts you all, some more than others. After a few moments, Sookie finally spoke again.

Sookie: Thank you, everyone.

She said before she lifted her head back up and headed back to her seat. Everyone else lifted their heads back up as well and continued eating and chatting with one another. You and Austin soon looked at one another before you both got up and headed over to the tables where Alex and the others usually tend to sit at.

(Y/N): I think we might just have a good idea as to why Sam and the boys were in such a hurry as they were earlier.

Austin: Someone seemed to have gotten their hands on Salex's phone. They texted (Y/N) right after the boys bolted out of the class.

Logan: I'm sorry. They did what now?

(Y/N): I know this sounds crazy to believe, but just wait until you see this.

You said before you then pulled out your phone and pulled up the message that was sent to you by "Salex" to show all of them what you saw.

Alex: Yeah, that definitely looks like it's coming from Salex. But why.... and more importantly, how the hell is she calling you?

Ghost: There's no doubt about it, someone's definitely had to have gotten their hands on Salex's phone. We all saw Salex die earlier this morning. And there's not a chance that she could have survived with the amount of blood that she lost from that point.

Lando: And even if there was just the tiniest sliver of hope that she was able able survive the car crash, she still wouldn't be able to use her phone for a while considering her bones were likely damaged in that accident as well.

Santiago: But now that just raises the questions; who could it be that has Salex's phone, why do they have her phone and why would they then proceed to call Taurtis and then you?

Austin: Same question honestly.

(Y/N): Someone might be trying to pull some sort of massive prank on us or something. Maybe it's Dom.

Xiran: Not likely, Dom is both an asshole and a moronic simpleton. But even he has standards when doing certain pranks and stuff. Even he wouldn't stoop that low. Especially after someone just died.

Logan: Plus, Dom has the Grammar worse than that of a freaking 9 year old. He couldn't spell certain things properly to save his own life.

Alex: Fact of the matter, It's not Dom and we've got zero clue on just who the hell it could actually be.

Austin: Did anyone else happen to get any messages from uh...... "Salex"?

He asked as he used obvious air quotes when mentioning Salex.

Xiran: Nope, but if there was ever a reason for this person to send us a message, You'll be the first that we'll tell about it.

(Y/N): It can't be some coincidence that Taurtis and I both just ended up getting text messages from this same person. I mean, they sent me a text saying "hi cutie" for some weird ass reason. Almost like they were trying to hit on me or some shit.

Ghost: I don't know about you guys, but I'm gonna be making sure that all of my windows and doors are locked real tightly every night. Just in case we possibly got some sort of weird ass stalker related shit that's about to go down.

Lando: I think we can safely say that the same goes for the rest of us here as well.

The bell soon rang.

(Y/N): We'll continue this later.

You said as you and Austin soon headed off to the gym. Everyone else followed behind as they headed there as well. As you were walking, You and Austin were talking with one another.

Austin: So then, think that this is something that might need the attention of your parents?

(Y/N): No, I I think I should probably wait before resorting to telling them all of this. I mean....... What if it turns out it's actually just a prank after all. Plus, the news regarding Salex's death is already gonna be having them on the edge of their seats, worrying if I'm alright or anything.

Austin: Yeah, that is true I suppose.

As you were deep in that thought, you accidently bump into someone on your way there. You looked over to them to see who it was, and saw that it was just Yuki.

She said as she looked like she was moving the skirt of her school uniform from side to side a bit almost as if she was trying to make sure it wasn't slipping or anything.
