"(Y/n)? Can you please go check on Kai for me?"

"Yea I can, where is he anyways?"

I chirped happily up at the boss, he just smiled sweetly down at me while we wandered around the garden.
The cold air brushed up against our skin thanks to the morning air.
The Shie Hassaki base was truly gorgeous in the mornings with the flowers in the garden being covered in due, the cold wood floor against our feet, and the quiet sounds of the wind chimes rustling in the wind.

It all made for a sort of temple for everyone here, after all we were a family to each other.

"I'm not too sure my dear, he's been gone for a while. I hoped you would possibly know."

"I haven't seen him all morning, maybe he's taking a walk."

Frowning slightly the boss just let out a small huff to himself and ruffled my hair.
We both somewhat knew where this was going.

"I'll be back boss, I promise I'll bring him back safely."

I smiled down at the ground now while he let out a small sigh and nodded after a moment.
Wings formed on my back and glowed a bright white while I soared into the air.

Everything felt so much colder up in the sky but at this point I didn't mind too much.
The sky was always calming as well, well until I would hear the bickering coming from the alleyways surrounding the base.

Diving down I waited above the fight breaking out down below me.
Kai was there now standing his ground against three other boys similar to his age- all of us about ten years old.
They all had their arms crossed looking like smug pipsqueak bastards while Kai had his glove off and his hand placed on the wall.

He looked about as deadpan as ever whenever things like this would happen.
Recently he's been getting into fights with the other kids about being in the Yukuza.

"What you think you're tough BirdBitch? The Yukuza aren't worth shit anymore!"

One of the boys chuckled out with the other two following suit.
The main one was a blonde kid with blue eyes, who seemingly just had a dragon tail as a quirk.
The other two looked fairly similar to the point where I thought they were twins.
It seemed their quirks had something to do with electricity since their were sparks coming from each of their hands.

Kai stood their in silence, even from up above the group I could see his hand twitch against the wall.
He glared the the boys before manipulating the wall beside him and trapping all of the boys necks in two pillars of spikes.

They all visibly gulped while fear now ran rampant in their eyes.
This was pretty usual since Kai would never lose a fight, most he'd ever get is a few bruises or cuts.

It was nothing I couldn't or he couldn't heal though so it never bothered him.
It did bother the boss though since he was definitely a lot less of a violent person.

"HEY!! YOU!! HELP US!!"

The blonde boy screamed up at me while Kai turned his attention upwards to now see me flying over head.
I sighed to myself before dropping down beside Kai and handing him another glove.
He had used the previous one to wipe his hand from touching the wall.

"Thank you (y/n)."

He said softly while sliding the glove on his hand once again.

"WHAT THE HELL?! ARENT YOU GOING TO HELP US OR SOMETHING?!"

One of the twins yelled at me while I cocked my head in confusion.
Kai raised a brow and seemingly got a little bit of a kick out of this whole situation.

"Kai you should have told me where you were going before you left."

He rolled his eyes playfully at the comment while I crossed my arms in a small pout.

"WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!! HELP US!!"

The other twin screamed out with the other two now trying their hardest to get the spikes caging their necks off them.
I was honestly surprised they could even talk with how close those bars were around their necks.

"Gladly."

I smirked before letting my eyes and wings go black, my hands turned into black claws, and small fangs now adorned my smirk.

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU!! YOURE A MONSTER!!"

They all yelled something along those lines while I sauntered up to the spikes and broke them in half with my claw.
This now freeing the brats to move, as expected they all scrambled off running past Kai who scoffed at them.

"Kai?"

"Hmm?"

"Who's that?"

I asked once I turned around, now pointing at a man who was standing beside another child.
He had black hair and was seemingly clinging to the mans leg but weirdly with one finger up on each hand.

"I've never seen them before."

Kai said quietly since both of the two were making their way over to us.
The older man was incredibly tall, he was wearing a suit, and he had what I would describe as a shitface grin plastered on his face.

"(Y/n), (y/n) (l/n) correct?"

The man spoke calmly once they had reached us.
Kai was standing beside me with his fingers fidgeting with his gloves.
It seemed he was getting the same bad feeling about this that I was.

"What's it to you?"

I snapped while the man let out a small chuckle, the kid beside him though looked somewhat scared of me.

"I simply just want to you to work with me, I know you're very young but I promise you'll enjoy it."

He said while breaking away from the boy and walking up to me.
Kneeling down he held out his hand in seemingly a handshake.

I glanced at Kai who had a cold death glare focused on the man.
Honestly he looked ready to kill at this moment.

"I'm fine thank you Mister."

I said while backing away from the guy so if we needed to we could run back to the base.
He didn't seem to have a quirk so it wouldn't be too hard to do.

The silence was only broken by a few splashes of puddles on the streets.

We all stood at a stand still for a moment with the air whistling through the alleyway.

"I wasn't asking."

He demanded now grabbing hold of my hand then yanking me towards him grabbing me by my throat.

"(Y/N)-"

Kai got cut off my a massive amount of smoke like energy now throwing him away from me.
He struggled against it with him desperately grabbing at his gloves.

The smoke was pinning his arms down to the point where I was watching the breath hitch in his body.

"You come with me, or he dies here and now."

The man said, he was way too damn calm about this.
I nodded vigorously, well as much as I could with his huge hand now gripped even tighter around my neck.

He smiled and chuckled lowly while throwing Kai as far away from us as possible.
I could still see him while I struggled against the mans grip.

He was pulling all of us through a portal now, he was still staring directly at Kai.

He was running as fast as he could to get to me, he was running his hand along the wall too to try and stall the man.

"(Y/N)! NO! GIVE HER BACK NOW!"

He screamed while I let out the faintest whimper I could before letting tears stream down my cheeks.

"Stay safe for me."

I managed to squeak out before the mist surrounded my face and we were through the portal.
Kai's screaming sobs could still be heard for a few moments before everything went black.

~Present day~

"I will raise you to be the perfect monster, I promise."

Those were the first words I heard on the first day when I woke up in my own personal hell.
All For One was the man who trained me with Shirgaraki.

He would teach us different things about quirks, more importantly he would tell us about how he can give and take quirks.

That was the daily for both Shirgaraki and myself, the only other person keeping me sane.
To be fair he was a lot more dedicated to AFO than I was but I still had to go along with it anyways.

I would keep Shirgaraki sane though since my body ran with both dark and light matter, the cells moved too fast for him to decay them.
So he was able to touch me without decaying me, which was a breath of relief for the both of us.

AFO had mentioned before about Allmight getting weaker, the only thoughts that ran through my head were 'how can no one heal that'.

Either way, we had a mission to destroy the hero society and that's what we were going to do. 

Well that plan got a bit of a hold on it thanks to Shirgaraki taking the rest of the league with him for something.

Toga and Twice had gone to work for someone else for the time being as 'undercover agents' type thing.

"You ready to go Princess?"

Dabi rasped out since we were all sitting in a large truck for something Shirgaraki had insisted on us doing.

He said something along the lines of 'it's revenge' which is pretty typical for him.

"Let's get this shit over with."

I sighed while now falling directly into Dabi's chest cause of Spinners shitty driving.
Dabi looked sick already but my wings were helping his sickness.

That's another reason why he was so close with me, generally he was my personal heater and I was his personal med pack.

And he just loved the attention since I was an 'Angel in disguise' in his words.
This was mostly due to me almost never using my 'assault form' as AFO labeled it.

"Your driving is the worst. I'm going to get sick because of you lizard."

Dabi seared at Spinner who began bickering with him.

For god knows what reason, non of us really cared.

Sure the whole thing with Mange was bad for Shirgaraki since he didn't like losing members.
But the rest of us were more broken up about Compress's arm- even though I healed it when he got back he didn't look pleased with the replacement.

Shirgaraki only mentioned it was the guy we'd be working with for a temporary time.
I wasn't there since I was doing some special work with AFO that day so I wasn't concerned.

Plus Mange annoyed the hell out of me.

"Time to go."

Compress cheered down at us while undoing the latch of the truck and letting Dabi have fun with his pyromaniac tendencies.

Blue fire began burning up around a car that had a sand hero inside it.
The guy could last longer than most people because of his quirk but his screaming stopped after a few moments while we hoped out of the back of the truck.

Shirgaraki seemed to be grabbing something out of the burning ambulance that was trailing behind the car.

The traffic had completely stopped around us with the dead hero, probably dead drivers, and now burning cars around us.

Shirgaraki ushered us all over to get a better look at the guy.

My breath hitched.

I knew those eyes, that scar, and that jacket.

I could feel both my hands clentching hard enough to draw blood now while I saw Shirgaraki, Compress, and Dabi all standing over Kai.

"I thought of a fate much worse than death for you."

Shirgaraki chuckled before kneeling down.
My wings flared behind me now with my darkness spreading around my whole body.

"Get away from him."

My voice was dripping with venom now while Shirgaraki turned to stare at me.

"He's a child abuser (y/n)-"

"I DONT CARE GET AWAY FROM HIM YOU FUCKING BASTARD!"

I screamed now flying directly at Shirgaraki and kicking him.
This sent him flying backwards far enough to smack against the dividing line of the road.

Dabi and Compress both looked at least a bit scared of me, especially since they both knew even Shirgaraki couldn't kill me.

"Back in the fucking truck, now. If you lay a hand on him I will rip you both to shreds."

I snapped now watching them both go wide eyed staring at me.
They never usually see my assault form, it's incredibly rare since I only ever use it when I'm with AFO.

Compress visibly gulped now backing away slowly with Dabi following suit.
Once they had taken a few steps back I was able to look down at Kai.

One of his arms was missing and the other had a few cracks on it.

He looked completely speechless now staring at me with wide eyes and his lips parted.
Honestly it looked like he had seen a ghost.

"(Y/n)? What the hell are you doing! He killed Mange!"

Shirgaraki whined while rubbing his fingers over his eyes and getting up from the now cracked road divider.

"And I will massacre this whole damn city if you try fo hurt him. Get back in the truck and go home."

"Are you serious-"

I snarled now growing my claws and flicking them a bit so Shirgaraki would understand now serious I was.
He let out a few small wines and scoffs about it but he did get back in the truck with the others.

"I'll meet you all back home. Go."

I said simply to Spinner who was literally shaking while looking at me.
He nodded vigorously and began to speed off with the rest of the villains.

Now I could finally help Kai.
I used my claws fo slice open the box that was holding his hand so he could reform his arm.

"I-it's really you (y/n)."

That was the first time I had ever head Kai stutter over anything.
I nodded while cutting him lose from the stretcher and healing his cracked arm.

Once it seemed he gained back his composure he rested his hand on his chest and formed his arm back.

"Let's get you home."

I said softly while helping him up and clinging to his body.
He had definitely grown up after all these years, he basically towered over me now with how tall he was.

"The base is destroyed and crawling with hero's, we can't."

He said while I just grabbed hold of his neck and was nuzzling as close as I could to him.
It seemed like to this day, I was still the only one that could touch him and not make him get hives.

His arms wrapped softly around my waist now while we just stayed in the moment for as long as we could.

"All For One lets me stay in the doctors mansion, we can go there."

He held on tighter to me now while we both flew into the air.

The police sirens could be heard already so I knew we had to get the hell out of there as fast as possible.
They could never catch me anyways so it wasn't too big of a deal.

And if they did manage to catch up to me I always had my ways of dealing with them.

"(Y/n) please calm down, we're okay now."

Kai said in my arms while I soared through the city in order to get to the mountains where the mansion was.

My body faded back to normal now with me relaxing slightly in his grip.

I said somewhat sarcastically since I knew if I didn't try to play off this whole situation, I would start balling my eyes out.

Kai seemed to notice and held me tighter.
The mansion luckily wasn't too far from where we were in the city so we were almost there once we past the huge amounts of highways.

"You don't get to scold me for anything, you were the one that sacrificed yourself for me. You're still as self destructive as I remember."

"Well that makes what? Ten times of me saving you? Maybe more?"

"Not even close (y/n)."

He chuckled softly while I rolled my eyes and landed on the balcony of the mansion.
This lead directly into my room so it was helpful when it came to emergency visits.

I set Kai down but he immediately grabbed hold of me and had my head buried in his chest.

Then I heard the unthinkable.
Kai was crying.

At least he was snifflying since it seemed he was holding back the tears.
My hand pressed against his chest to pull away so I could look up at him.

"I thought I told you to be safe."

My voice was so close to breaking it was almost impossible trying to hold back my own tears from falling.

"I have you as my little Angel, so I guess I don't need to worry with you around."

He said with a small chuckle escaping his lips.
I couldn't help but giggle a bit but hit his lightly chest in protest.

"I missed you so damn much. Just shut up for once and let me enjoy this Kai."

He smirked somewhat now with his tears drying up and his golden eyes now gazing into mine.

"I want you to tell me everything. I don't care how long it takes, I want to know what that bastard did to you."

He seared lowly with his expression dropping to a scowl.

"Get showered, you've had a long day Kai. I'll tell you about it when you're done, I'm sure the dirt is killing you too."

I ushered happily while pointing to the bathroom that was attached to the room.
Opening the door from the balcony, Kai nodded pulling away from me and wandering into the bathroom.

Once I heard the shower running I went into the laundry room of the house, it was always filled with clean clothes and other things.
The perks of having a doctor as AFO's sugar daddy.

Grabbing a pair of sweatpants, gloves, and a shirt for Kai I made my way back up the stairs of the mansion.
The place was huge but wings definitely helped with getting around faster.

Laying down on the bed I finally got some time to relax after that whole ordeal with Shirgaraki.

Now everyone cringed at the second Twices comment while the other Twice dragged him out of the room and shut the door.

"I guess we finished in time."

"There's my clothes in the drawer, just grab me a dress, you can wear that or I think there's clothes that should fit you in the closet."

I said simply while Kai rolled his eyes at me but obliged anyways and went to grab clothes for the both of us.

He came back now wearing a white dress shirt, his belt, a black tie, and some black jeans.
He threw me a white mini dress that I slid on, along with some panties again while he helped me out of bed.

He caught me as soon as I began to stumble so I began to hover and just stuck with that since I wasn't going to be able to walk straight for a while.

"Well let's get this mission done."

I said with a smile smile now leaning up to kiss Kai.
He smirked and kissed back happily for a few moments before pulling away to slide his gloves on.

We both headed downstairs to the huge living room where I saw the other LoV members sitting around the table.

"You almost die today and you're still wearing that?"

Compress asked Kai while he just glared and scoffed somewhat.

"So what exactly do you all need me for again?"

I asked now flashing my black eyes at Compress to get him to shut up.
It worked pretty well, then Shirgaraki cleared his throat.

"So Overhaul you're deciding to join us now? Even after everything?"

For once Shirgaraki didn't sound completely confident in himself which was weird.
Kai glanced at me while I began flying small laps around his body.

"If I'm being honest with you, if you mentioned you had (y/n) here, I would have joined you before."

He said coldly while I smirked and flew around so I was hanging off the back of his neck.
Shirgaraki's face dropped along with the rest of the league.

"You're serious?"

Shirgaraki asked again now seemingly in shock like the rest of the group.
Toga was still cleaning her knife, Dabi was glaring at Kai, Compress still seemed stunned, and Spinner was shaking looking at us.

"Yes obviously."

Kai said simply while I glared at Shirgaraki.

"So what did you need us for?"

"I'm sure Overhaul will enjoy this, we're going to the Russian Mafias base. And you two are going to be the leads."

Shirgaraki said while I glanced at Kai, he looked pretty smug now.

"Well what are we waiting for?"

We made it to the base and I could already see the shit tons of guards there.

Kai was beside me with the rest of the league all a bit farther back.
They could definitely still see us both though.

"Just like old times?"

I giggled while Kai slid off his glove and nodded.
My wings flared behind me while I flew to the guards.
They all seemed too stunned to see me since their focus was completely on me.

"Bad idea boys."

I smirked while watching the ground spike up beneath them and trap them all with their weapons being knocked away.

Looking back I could see Kai walking towards me with one hand dusting off the small amount of dirt, and the other slinging a suit jacket over his shoulder.

The others again looked completely floored seeing us working together so easily.

Kai walked up to me and leaned my head up to look him in the eyes again.

"You really are an Angel."
