Aizawa wasn't one to panic over what the public had to say about UA high school students or the school itself. Still, when the government decided to see if they needed to decommission the school due to recent events such as villain attacks, monster attacks, and students attacking villains but destroying things in the process, it was a lot of pressure the school was under.
The government was sending a "student" to see what the school was like, and the only person who knew was Aizawa because you were going to be in his class studying and Mr. Principal. You weren't exactly a regular student but half human, half machine girl. You looked Human, but some parts of you were robotic due to a car accident that nearly killed you. You also were the first person in recorded quirk history to have the power to manipulate technology with a touch of your hand. You could hack, have the computer, cell phone, car, whatever it was stop working, take itself apart, and turn it into something new by overriding its hardware. You could temporarily move your mind to a device, but it was for only five minutes, and returning was hard because you had to be plugged in or touch the device to return. Your eyes were robotic for the most part, but they appeared human-looking. You still had all your organic stuff, but you couldn't feel anything for anyone, not even your father. You lived by statistics and what was right and wrong. You also had a system that prevented you from overheating, doing dangerous acts without justification and or a good enough reason, preventing from feeling pain. Still, you could see what was happening with your body with a simple scan, and your system prevented you from understanding sarcasm. On your left wrist, your skin was more complex, and a little screen did many things. One includes making sure you get sleep and a whole other things.
You had blue electric lines going from your eyes down your body. You had them everywhere, including your hands, back, legs, feet, and neck from your quirk. You also had transparent Y/c hair that glowed blue when your powers were activated.
You were wearing a school uniform and walking down the hallway with a clipboard you didn't need with your father. You only carried around to take notes; even though you had a great memory, you needed to see the reactions and body language. You were going to determine if the school was going to be shut down or not by working closely with the students.
You walked to the classroom door, and your father got face to face with you.
"Remember your mission, AI zero," your father said as you nodded.
"Transparency," you said.
"Yes, Transparency. Now let's go meet your class," he said as your father knocked on the door, and Aizawa opened the door after a few minutes.
"Hello, this is Zero," your father said as Aizawa looked bored of you already.
"Zero, huh? I thought you would be, I don't know, more intimidating, taller, a guy," he said as you looked at your father.
"He was misinformed about me," you said as you were going to write it down, but your father stopped you.
"That was a joke, my dear," he said as you tried to process but didn't understand.
"But he said," you paused.
"He was joking; he has been made aware of you," your father said as you put the clipboard down.
"Let's get you introduced," Aizawa said as you walked into the classroom with your father.
"I heard we are getting a new student," Momo said as she didn't smile at the thought.
"Really? But all the classes are full," Fumikage said.
"They are full; the reason why we are getting a new student is because the school is in trouble. The student isn't a student but is watching the classes, seeing if they are going to shut down the school," Momo said as the class went silent.
"What do you mean the new student will shut down the school?! Bakugo asked.
"I overheard it in when passing the office. The student isn't even normal, from what I gathered. The student has no emotions and a government project. If we don't do well or the school as a whole doesn't do well, the school will shut down," Momo said.
"They can't shut us down," Kirishima said, shocked.
"They can and they will if...," Everyone paused as you went into the classroom, and everyone went entirely.
"This is Zero," Aizawa said as you walked before the class and started scanning people with your eyes.
"Zero is my daughter and she was in a car accident when she was younger, and she ended up not feeling emotions, so please be kind to her," your father said as the class seemed nervous.
You started taking notes, and your father looked over your shoulder as you were taking notes.
"Zero is going to assess the class and take notes. She will be doing what will do to see if the class is up to the school and government standards," Aizawa said as you paused.
You looked up and started looking over the class again. The class didn't know what to think of you, but you were supposed to be transparent. You weren't here to make friends; you were here to do a job. You sat in an empty seat in the back of the classroom, and your father smiled brightly.
Kirishima raised his hand, and your father pointed at him, ready to answer any questions.
"Is Zero her actual name or her hero's name?" He asked, which caught your father off guard.
"Both, actually; ever since the car accident, she hasn't been the same; she wanted to be called Zero because she was named after her mother before. She is no longer with us," your father said, making the class silent again.
"Any more questions?" Your father asked.
Momo raised her hand, and your father pointed to her.
"Will her assessment of this class determine if the school will get shut down or not? I heard from other students that the new student wasn't a student but a way to assess the school to see if the government will keep it open or not," she said as your father took off his glasses.
"I'm indeed afraid; the only reason my daughter is here is for that reason. She can't feel anything, no real human emotions like she used to. Due to her special skills, they hired her on for projects. This one is to see if your school will be shut down or not. I want you all to know that if it were up to me. She wouldn't be here. My daughter is brutally honest and transparent. There is no gray with her anymore. During the car accident, she barely survived and had to go under experimental surgery. She ended up as she is today," your father said as you were taking notes about the body language of the class as a whole and individually.
You could feel stares, and quickly scanned your body; you were right. One was highly inappropriate, and you made notes of the small boy with the purple grape-like hair. He was practically drooling at you.
"Zero, remember you are only here to observe; do not get involved in any situation unless your life is in danger. Do not go looking for danger; do not interfere with this class or any other class unless the students are in a threatening situation that will make the result in death. But more importantly, be transparent in your decision," your father said.
"Yes, father. I will be transparent; my emotions will not affect my ability to assess the school and everything and everyone," you said as your father left and your robotic eyes were locked on Mr. Aizawa.
