AI Awakening Kirishima × reader PT 3

Kirishima and the others played with the remote-controlled cars you had made, and you looked in the box to see a broken iPod in there, and you were about to fix yourself when Kirishima grabbed it out of the box before you could.

"No way am I letting you fix this. I'm going to do it myself, we'll maybe with some help. I'm not as good as you are with stuff like this," he smiled.

"I can fix it; you are incapable of doing it yourself," you stated.

"Just because I don't have the know-how doesn't mean I can't learn how to do it. It will take me a bit, but I can do it, maybe," he said.

"If you believe so, if you can't, you know where to get me. But why would you want to fix it? It is inferior to your cell phone, and it would be better to recycle it or repurpose the parts," you explained.

"There is some use in it, silly. I just have to work to fix it," he smiled.

"But it is inferior," you explained.

"It can be useful to someone else, trust me, especially for someone I know. You haven't played with the cars you made. Are you going to?" He asked.

"No, I don't find them entertaining. They are for children; I am too old to play with toys," you explained.

"No one is too old for toys! They just get bigger and more expensive once you get older, come on, have some fun! I know you want to!" He said as he gave you the car remote.

*Battery low: sleep required in thirty-seven minutes and 28 seconds*

"What was that?" Kirishima asked.

"It helps me sleep. My body is primarily robotic, so I don't need as much sleep as regular humans do, which causes issues for the human side of me. So I have that to tell me when to close my eyes, and my system delivers medicine to make me sleep. It is also used for forced shutdowns. If I become overheated, too cold, or incompasatated due to the overuse of my quirk, it will make me stop so I don't harm myself. I can't feel pain so it has to be done like that," you explained.

"You can't feel pain?" He asked looking at you sadly.

"No, and I can't feel feelings. I lost the ability to, but it doesn't bother me. Feelings are rather useless and make you act irrationally at times. You need facts and statistics, not feelings, to justify your actions. Numbers should always be before feelings," you said.

"Zero.... that's not how we work. We signed up to be hero's maybe not you but let's say there is a 0.7 percent chance I will live okay. The situation is there is a kid on the subway tracts and I just all of my quirk already. There is no possibility of me to use it to save the kid on the tracts. The train is coming and everyone is too afraid to help. I will gladly go help the kid. Even with that low chance of me living I will do it," he explained.

"How old is the child?" You asked.

"It doesn't really matter does it?" He asked.

"Teens go through various emotional chances due to hormones. Some of those changes can be passed down to the offspring and cause issues. Developmental issues also have increased in many areas of the world due to several factors. Due to problems and environmental changes, if there is an issue such as a learning disability that can be passed down or a physical disability, or psychopathic tendencies due to upbringing  or trauma, it should be ended to better society as a whole. People with genetic abnormalities should not exist due to the fact of increasing the chances for more of society to inherit the disability. People with physical, emotional, or mental disabilities and disorders that can not be fixed should not exist or pass down there bad genetics there for they shouldn't have children," you said as Kirishima put his hand to his face.

"Oh boy.... Zero you are never going to understand humans if you think like that. You need to be willing to see from different angles not just one side. I'm not going to tell you that your beliefs are wrong because it's what you belive right now," Kirishima paused.

"It's facts," you stated.

"People change. Humans change. They do, being with us might make you change completely. You may think you are a robot but deep down I know you are a human. Let's start with giving you a human name," he said.

"Zero is my name, why do I need two names?" You asked.

"People have nicknames all the time but I don't actually think Zero fits you. What human name would you like to be called?" He asked.

"There are millions of names," you said.

"How about Rose? He asked.

"That's a flower," you said.

"Casey?" He asked.

"Animals have very human names sometimes," you said.

"Um... how about Rebecca?" He asked.

"How about Y/n? It's in my system, but it is not connected to anything. I do t understand why," you stated.

"That's a good name! I like it! Now we are going to do everyday things kids do all the time after you go to sleep," he smiled.

"Alright, I don't understand why you want to teach me human behavior its not what I need to understand if the school should be shut down or not," you explained.

"You are right but learning about what makes people do what they do will be a start!" Kirishima said as he patted your head.

He is very strange.....

During the following weeks you sat with Kirishima and watched movies with him, anime episodes, sports, you name it, you probably have seen it but no porn. You explained to him that it was a natural part of life but he was very uneasy and uncomfortable watching that with and without you for some reason. You didn't care at all. But he sure did.

"Hey y/n!" Kirishima said as your eyes were covered by his hands.

"Yes?" You asked, unfazed by his sudden attack in your eyes.

"Keep your eyes closed I have a surprise for you!" He said as he uncovered your eyes.

"I don't except or get gifts. They are a waste of resorces," you explained to Kirishima and he took out the ipod you offered to fix.

"Here you go! Apparently it was almost beyond saving. I tried for a week and a half and then I had tk see if the suit department could fix this thing. But it's fixed and there is over five hundred songs on there! Since you said you were originally from the untitled states I thought maybe this could help you get some of your human emotions back. I know thats a long shot but it wouldn't hurt to try," he said.

"I don't listen to music, it has no affect on me like it does regular people," you said.

"Just try it for me!" He said as you used your powers and looked through all the songs he put on there.

English was definitely not his strong suit due to having several inappropriate English songs on there and he had a couple of English songs on there more then once. You were going to delete the extra copies but...

"Thank you," you said as you saw how proud he was of himself for doing this.

It ment a lot to him for you to have this for some reason. But it was flawed.... flaws can be good sometimes.

"Not a problem!" He smiled as you didn't understand why you didn't fix the flaws.

You needed to report this but for some reason you also didn't want to. It seemed that you were leaning human things and this needed to happen to know how Kirishima reacted to things he worked hard. It seemed validation from you seemed important to him. You weren't important though. You were meaningless to his well being.
