You were doing a work-study with Hawks, and of course, you made him cookies. You were worried about Shoto but not as much as you used to be because he couldn't understand sarcasm.

"This is boring! We should be walking around or something," you said as Shoto just sat there as it was raining.

"Well, this is part of the job," Hawks said as the rain picked up, so you stuck your hand out in it.

"It's so beautiful out," you said as Hawks looked at you confused.

"It's raining cats and dogs. Do you like this stuff? Here I thought I was depressed," he said as you went out in it and started dancing in the rain.

You were using your fire and water powers to make pictures. Hawks rolled his eyes as you were dancing around, but honestly, it was beautiful. Your flames lit up the area, and people stopped to watch you.

"Come on, Shoto, dance with me," you said as you stopped and tried to coax him into joining you.

"No, we are working, not having fun," he said.

"We can do both. You probably need a song to dance to... oh, I got one!" You said as you smiled.

"I'm not dancing with you at all," he said as you caught some of the rain in your hands and then drank some.

"You will like this song," you said as you started singing Golden Hour by JVKE.

Both looked at you, shocked as you were singing and dancing in the rain. People started singing with you, making you smile and stop dancing so you could sing with them.

"Is she... is she always like this?" Hawks asked as a crowd of more than thirty people joined to sing with you.

"I don't know.... this... this is new," Shoto said as both were feeling the song you were singing.

When it was over, you started singing a new song, then another song. It was like you were a magnet for people. Hawks caught himself singing along, and he didn't know why he was.

"Come on, Shoto!" You smiled as you tried to get him to join you, but he wasn't going to.

At this very moment, he started to feel weird. He couldn't describe it, but he liked it but also hated it. Your happiness was contagious to everyone around you.  

"Thank you!" You said as the crowd dispersed once the rain picked up more.

"Rainbow Flame, there is a fire on the other side of town from here! Lightning just struck the building!" A kid yelled as you looked at Shoto and Hawks.

"Let's go!" You said.

"Keep up, you two!" Hawks said as he took off.

You grabbed Shoto and picked him up. Then you started making a wave of water. You started surfing in between the cars, making Shoto nervous.

"Why can't you take the sidewalk?!" He said as you were picking up speed.

"The water on the street! I'm using it cool, right?!" You asked as he held onto you as you were doing flips, then made a water wheel that was as thin as a tight rope to go in between the traffic better.

You two made it to the building and saw the fire spreading fast.

"The water isn't working!!" A firefighter yelled as firefighters were going in.

Hawks was helping them above by getting people and sending them down, but his feathers were rapidly disappearing.

"I'll freeze the building," Shoto said.

"No, you can't. The water isn't working. There is a villain in there somewhere. We freeze him along with the innocent people you could hurt the innocent people if the battle takes too long. I have an idea. We go into battle from the inside out. You freeze the support so they don't collapse.

"It will melt after a while," he said.

"I know, so we have to hurry. The building is already not stable," you said as you made a water suit for yourself and Shoto.

You two ran in the suits and started evaporating. You started putting out the fire with your water while Shoto was getting people out.

"Shoto look out!" You yelled as you stopped a beam from hitting him.

"Y/n get out of here. I have to freeze this place!" He said as you looked around.

"I can't leave!" You said as you made a water dragon and started moving it around throughout the building.

"Shoto, there is a baby in here!" You said as your right eye was glowing. Your dragon scooped up the baby and brought it to you, and you gave it to Shoto.

Your body was moving the dragon, and you kept giving Shoto directions on where to go throughout the building while he froze the support and made some.

"I can't hold the dragon much longer!" You said as your water suit was gone, but you were still going throughout the building while the flames were still going.

You weren't worried about yourself. You were looking for people and trying to clear the way for Shoto.

"I can't find the villain!" Shoto said as you were trying to focus on the large building.

"She's a pretty girl," a voice to him as he saw your dragon going throughout the building.

"Why did you burn this apartment building?!" Shoto asked as you finally made your dragon explode to put out the mass fire on the floor Shoto was on.

You started to go up the stairs and put out the fire as you went but then saw Hawks falling off the roof, so you quickly made a water net to catch him.

"Are you alright?" You asked as Hawks looked down and was surprised to see you.

"Yeah, where's your friend at?" He asked.

"He is on the twenty-third floor. I couldn't control the dragon anymore because the fire is more intense the higher up you go. We have three more floors to go to get to him," you said.

"Let's go!" He said as you helped him into the building.

"You can't fight something you can't see," he said as Shoto was looking around to try to find the man who caused the fire.

Hawks was guiding people down the stairs while you were making waves of water.

"Shoto!" You screamed as you were trying to find him, but the smoke and the flames were getting worse the higher up you went.

"We can't be here. Get out, I'll get him!" He said.

"I'm not leaving my friend here to die or you!" You said as you made your dragon again but bigger and started going through the building.

"Find him. I'll handle the flames," you said.

Hawks nodded, then quickly started going through the levels, trying to find. Shot. Your dragon quickly knocked down the invisible guy, making his site stop working.

Shoto quickly saw him and froze him, then started freezing the support beams and helped put out the fire.

"Hey! Who's that guy?" Hawks asked.

"The guy who started the fire," Shoto said.

"Hey, the hoses are working!" Hawks said.

"Shoto, are you okay?' You asked as you saw he was covered in ashes.

"Yeah, Y/n... your suit! Your suit!" Shoto said, realizing your suit had been burned badly, but he was fine.

"Oh, don't worry about it. I couldn't do all three, so I focused on you and the dragon. Then Hawks's wings disappeared, and he fell off the roof, so I had to save him," you smiled.

"I didn't fall. I jumped off. Fire started coming through the roof," he explained.

"Y/n.... sweet little Y/n, you aren't supposed to be out late," the guy said, making you freeze and then look at him.

"That's not my name," you said, trying to play it off.

"It is, your hair is unique, and so are your eyes. Next time you see me, your friends will be dead," he smiled as he broke out of the ice and disappeared in a cloud of smoke.

"Who was he?" Hawks asked.

"I don't know... I never met him. How does he know my real name, I have kept my life as a hero separate from my real life one," you said.

"All those people?" Shoto asked.

"I never met them. They are a fan of Rainbow Flame," you said as you looked around the building and sighed weakly.

"You two go back to the school and clean up. I'll stay here and see if I can help the police find evidence about this fire," Hawks said.

"But you are in no shape to fight, your wings!" You said.

"Doesn't matter. Other heroes are coming. You will get your credit here, don't worry," he said as you weren't worried about the credit. You were worried about him not being able to fight at all.

"Come on, Y/n," Shoto said.

"Okay," you said softly as you went with him.

"So, her dad sent you?" Hawks asked.

"No, but I know of him. She's a target now, you know that. He might be out of the game, but he is still powerful. No one with that much power can be out of the game forever," he chuckled.

"None of the kids will know who her father is except for her," Hawks said.

"You know why she is so talented at many things? It's because her parents never wanted her. She is expendable. Her other two siblings are powerful in the trade, too. Just not her. Think about it. You will be holding her dead body one day, and this city will be coated in innocent blood. This is war. As long as her family is in the picture, only death is in this city's future," he smiled.

"She worked hard being here. Her parents might have been evil, but he paid the price. He is no longer a criminal, as long as there are heroes..." he paused.

"There will be evil and death," the man smiled.

You had to take a shower and bring some spare clothes with you.

"Hi, shoto, hi Decku, hi Bakugo, hi Minoru, hi Kirishima, hi Denki!" You said as you were about to hit the shower in your chared suit.

"Hey! I didn't know you could sing like that!" Kirishima said.

"Oh, that it's nothing special, really," you explained.

"Are you kidding? You have a better popularity rating than Hawks and Endeavor put together! That's impressive, and you aren't even a pro hero yet!" Kirishima said.

"Just because Rainbow Flame is popular doesn't mean I should be a hero, you know. You need skills that I lack a lot, so until I become better, that stuff doesn't mean a thing. Who cares if they like me? Just because I'm liked doesn't mean I can save people," you explained as you went into the bathroom.

"She beat Aizawa in hand-to-hand combat with no powers. How can she think so low of herself?" Decku asked.

"Because she's not set on being a hero like a true loser!" Bakugo informed.

"I should ask Y/n out," Minoru informed with a smile.

"What the hell, man, no!" Bakugo yelled as he punched him in the face.

"Ow!" He yelled, "I can't help it she's hot. If she wasn't wearing..."

"I fucking dare you to finish that sentence!" Bakugo growled.

"You ask her out, and I'll burn you alive. You ask every female you see out," Shoto said.

"That's not true!" He said.

"It is to so shut up!!"Bakugo screamed.

"I'm sure every guy has a crush on her, but yeah, don't ask her out. Plus, I think she has a crush on you Shoto, she has been helping you out a lot," Kirishima smiled.

"She has been helping me train, that's all," he said.

"I'm going to head to bed later!" Minoru said as they headed to Shoto's room to talk more about what happened on the work-study.

You finished your shower and were getting ready to get dressed when you noticed your underwear and bra were missing. You were shocked and sighed, realizing Minoru probably took your stuff, and since you had a built-in bra in your suit, you were going to have no bra on at all. You dried off the best you could, and then you covered your chest with the towel once you got dressed. 

You knocked on Shoto's door. He opened the door, and you saw a lot of guys in his room, which made your face turn red.

"Why are you holding your towel?" He asked as it was clear that you were wearing clothes.

"Um... I'll come back later. It's not too important," you said as you were about to leave.

"Hey y/n! We are about to start a game of Go Fish! Want to join us?" Kirishima asked.

"I um would, but... this is so embarrassing. So I took my shower but when I got out my um top and my bottoms were missing," you explained.

"But you're wearing clothes," Shoto said.

"My bra and...my underwear. The other girls told me Minoru had some unhealthy traits. One of them is him being a pervert but I don't know if he did this or not. But I know I brought them into the bathroom with me," you explained as Decku dropped his cards in shock.

She's not wearing anything under those clothes?! My God! I kind of want to look, her hair being wet is kind of hot," Decku thought as he quickly cleared his throat.

"Are you a hundred percent sure? Do you think the other girls maybe think they were theirs?" Kirishima asked.

"No, because then my clothes would also be gone. Also, you are the only ones awake," you pointed out, "I'm sorry, I know it seems weird. I might be going crazy. It's been a hectic night."

"I'll talk to him," Shoto said.

"I don't even know if it was him. Like I said, it has been hectic," you said as Shoto went past you and went to Minoru's room.

"You took those from her dude she will kill you!" Denki informed panicked.

"She won't miss them. She has a whole drawer of these and more. She must have a boyfriend," he chuckled.

"So you shouldn't be sneaking around in her room or throwing her stuff!" He said.

"You should see her collection. She has this set that's sheer! Pure lace and very revealing," Minoru laughed.

"Put them in her room quickly!" Denki said as there was a knock on the door, making them both freeze.

"Fuck!" Denki said as he quickly pretended to go to sleep.

Minoru hid your stuff in his underwear drawer and quickly opened it to see Shoto was there making him calmer.

"Hey," he said.

"I know you aren't sleeping, Denki," Shoto said as Minoru froze in his place.

"We were studying, he fell asleep," he explained.

"There is no test coming up. I think you know why I'm here," he said.

"Um, no, I don't," Minoru explained.

"It's in your drawer, isn't it?" He asked as Shoto made his way to his drawer.

"Hey!" Shoto quickly took out the third drawer and saw bathing suit model magazines as well as VVictoria'sSecret Secret model magazines. He moved all ten of them and saw your stuff hiding under it all. Plus, he found some more he probably took before the ones he took from the bathroom.

"Wow, that's so weird how did -" he paused.

"You know how. Touch her stuff again, and you will never be a hero ever, and I'll make sure of it. I will burn you alive personally," he said as Minoru looked at him terrified.

"It.. it was just a joke," he said awkwardly.

"Seven pairs of her underwear not including the ones you stole from the bathroom is not a joke. If you want to be a girl so bad, buy your own and stop being a creep!" He said as he took all your underwear and your single lacey bra out of his room.

"Seriously, he did that?" Kirishima asked.

"Yeah, if it wasn't for Shoto, I don't think I would have been able to use my quirk at all the way I did. You are supposed to trust your partner, so I did," you smiled as Shoto came back with your underwear and gave it to you as discreetly as he could, then your bra.

"Oh, thank you? Where did you?" You paused.

"Not important, it won't happen again," he said as you saw seven pairs of your underwear in a ball.

"Seven?" You asked.

"Eight total, night, Y/n," he said as he went back into his room and closed his door.

"She was going to play Go Fish with us," Kirishima said as Shoto's face turned red and was getting worse.

"Dude what happened?!" Decku asked.

"Minoru had eight of Y/n's thongs in his bedroom and one of her bras. He had every color she had maybe," he said.

"You touched her underwear, you creep!" Bakugo yelled

"Minoru stole them first. I had to give them back!" He protested.

"She wears thongs? What's a thong?" Kirishima asked.

"She has the rainbow?! That means she has red!" Decku said.

"I don't know what a thong is still," Kirishima said as he got out his phone and looked up what a thong was and turned bright red looking at one.

"Oh... wow," Kirishima said awkwardly as he immediately cleared his search history.

"It's not manly at all for stealing a girl's underwear! Why would he steal it in the first place? It's just clothes," Kirishima said as he was trying not to be a pervert but now he released you and wasn't wearing anything under your clothes.

"He's a pervert that's why. Let's just play this game and go to bed," he said.

The game was quieter than usual because now they were interested in why you had so many thongs.

Shoto was trying to focus on the game, but he was having issues since your hair was wet, and the way you looked at him even though it was apologetic was beautiful. He was getting needy, and he didn't know why. It was just underwear. Everyone wore it, but maybe because he knew you were wearing white, and that was his favorite color that was making him a bit crazy.
