Sly & Y/n Cooper in: The Tide of Terror!

The Cooper Gang's van pulled backwards into a rickety wooden bridge in Wales as Sly & Y/n Cooper jumped out of the van's double doors as we gathered gold coins again before heading into the hole that read in bold caps. GO AWAY! Seriously when has that ever stopped a Cooper thief, once Sly and Y/n Cooper got out of the tunnel they took out their Binocucoms as Bentley spoke to the Cooper twin thieves as they checked out the perimeter.

Bentley- "Hey, Sly, Y/n! I just spotted something that's going to complicate the mission. See that nasty looking gate? It blocks the only road leading into Raleigh's hideout." He said concerned.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- They shook their heads slightly. "No problem. We'll just use our climbing move." They said together while looking around as Bentley spoke to them seriously.

Bentley- "Okay, but remember, you two can only climb on certain objects. Like pipes and ropes..." He said as Y/n interrupted her be shelled friend.

Y/n Cooper- "Yeah sure, and like that ladder there?" She questioned while seeing a glass green bottle with a note sticking out of it, she carefully run over taking out minion after minion and collecting their coins as Bentley talked to the Cooper twins.

Sly & Bentley- "That is correct. But do not forget, Sly and Y/n, you have to get close..." Thus time Sly interrupted Bentley. "Yeah, yeah, yeah. Relax Bentley, We live for this stuff!" He said as Y/n stifled a laugh while Bentley responded to Sly. "Yeah, and that's what worries me."

Sly and Y/n easily got over the gate as Bentley talked to them from via their ear pieces while they looked over at a huge moving spotlight.

Bentley- "Hold on, Sly, Y/n. See those searchlights? One careless step and your both be subjected to acute combustion!" He said more worried the ever.

The Cooper twins sighed softly before rubbing their heads slightly.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- "Bentley are you done whining? Let's go!" They spoke in unison as they scan the new area. Sly motion Y/n to go ahead to see if she could find more clues and possibly take out some hidden cameras or minions. Y/n took off into the shadows dispatching the cameras and minions.

Bentley & Sly- "I'm just trying to keep you two alive. "Partners." Fortunately for you two I launched these signal repeaters throughout Raleigh's fortress. Get close to one to and I can checkpoint your guy's progress!" Bentley said through the Sly's and Y/n's ear pieces. "Nice!" Sly said as he watched his sister take care of the last minion.

Sly and Y/n neared the shadows as they spotted a wrecked ship along with a blimp high in the air as Y/n spoke into her ear piece to Bentley in a shushed tone.

Y/n Cooper & Bentley- "Bentley are you seeing this and you tell if Raleigh is in that hot mess?" Y/n asked as her shelled friend answered her question. According to my Amphibio-Positioning System, that big blimp is where Raleigh is hiding out." Bentley said to both of the Cooper twins. "You know, that blimp looks more like a machine than a hide-out." She said while she takes out her Binocucom and focuses on the blimp. "You're right, Y/n. That is a storm machine! It's the reason why it never stops raining around here." Bentley said as Sly & Y/n looked over at more whacked ships. "That explains all the wrecked ships." She said honestly before putting her Binocucom away in her bag. "But why would Raleigh want bad weather at his own hideout, 24-7?" Bentley asked the Cooper twins. "Beats me Bentley, but rain or shine, We're going to steal back our family's book back. And if Raleigh gets in our way...it's on." She said honestly.

Sly and Y/n sneaked carefully as they approached a hook in the air, they jumped into the air and hooked their canes into the hooks and swung themselves onto the other side then they jumped from gear wheels. Dodging more searchlights until they found a vault as this time Y/n put in the combo which 7-9-2, Sly & Y/n opened up the vault and found a missing page to the Cooper family legacy book, this page taught us old Drake Cooper's fast attack drive move. Sly left his trademark logo this time as they got to key for the next area.

Sly & Y/n Cooper, Bentley- Took out their Binocucoms as they scoped the new area. "That blimp looks like the most secured location on this boat. If Raleigh's as smart as the police file suggests then that's where We'll find him." The Coopers said together in hushed tones. "Wonderful idea, But your guys plan is flawed." Bentley said to Sly & Y/n. "Why?" The Raccoon thieves asked. "Because it is impossible to get near him. To access Raleigh's blimp, you two would have sneak through that high-voltage power tube. To do that without getting electrocuted, you'd both have to destroy that power generator. And to do that you two would need to more of Raleigh's treasure keys, which are heavily guarded." Bentley said to Sly & Y/n. "Interesting. So when are you going to get the impossible part?" Sly & Y/n asked Bentley whom yelled back at them. "Fine! But I warned you two! I've marked the areas you two need to hit with holographic markers. Follow them to your objectives, It will be easier for you two if you separated to cover more ground." Bentley explains as Sly & Y/n nodded in saying thanks smiling. "Don't mention it- it's your guy's funeral."

With those words Sly & Y/n fist bumped along with a quick hug before separating into the two different areas keeping contact via ear peices. The Cooper twins faced open furnaces spewing out fire until sly opened up another vault which combo was 2-2-7, the vault held one of our families pages. Old Sally Cooper's fast getaway Raccoon roll. While in the other area Y/n found a vault as well with it's combo 4-3-6! Inside the vault was the blueprints of Raleigh's entire Operation which Bentley wired into Sly's and Y/n's Binocucoms for more clues and breakable objects. Sly and Y/n left their trademarks in the now empty vaults smirking with shiny silver horseshoe on their backpacks. Once Sly & Y/n Cooper got what the wanted the Raccoon twin thieves met up back at the Prowling the Grounds twirling the treasure keys on their canes while they spotted a wheel Bentley talked to them.

Bentley- "Sly, Y/n see that machine wheel? If my knowledge of mechanical engineering serves me right, applying significant rotational torque to achieve maximum velocity will yield a positive result." He said as Sly & Y/n spoke up.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- "Y'mean something good will might happen if we can get the wheel to spin fast enough Bentley?" They said together in unison.

Bentley- "Isn't that what I just said?" He questioned making Y/n laugh lightly.

Sly & Y/n headed into the next area which held the power source for the storm machine and was insanely hot temperature wise. Y/n removed her hat and placed it in her pack and tied up her h/c hair as Sly & Y/n got to work covering furnace openings and taking out minions one by one as well gathering clue bottles and coins along the way jumping from iron bridges over molten lava and climbing up pipes then finally cracked the vault with it's combo 5-7-9. Once we opened up the vault it had another page of the Thievious Raccoonus, Dev Cooperinda's slow motion jump, 4 treasure keys down one more to go. Sly and Y/n headed into Raleigh's library seeing multiple booby traps as well rats.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- "Those rats got pegged." They said together in unison as Bentley spoke to them via ear peices.

Bentley- "Raleigh appears to have booby trapped this entire place." He said as the Cooper twins grinned.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- "Oh we're going to enjoy this." They said together as Y/n let her hair down and put her blue hat back onto her head.

Bentley- "Don't you two get it, Sly and Y/n? If either of you step on that rug...forget about becoming a pair of master thieves. You'll both be a master dart boards." He explained calmly as they noticed a pair of wooden barrels in front of them.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- "Wait a second. What if we jumped into these barrels for protection?" They asked Bentley whom answered back.

Bentley- "I don't know. It looks pretty risky Sly and Y/n. And very unsanitary." He said in a grossed out manner.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- Jumped into the barrels saying back to Bentley. "Only one way to find out Bentley!"

Sly & Y/n walked onto the rug as darts hit the wooden barrels then hopped out taking out enemies and more dart loaded globes, gathering clues and coins from smashing towers of books on the way. After collecting 30 clue bottles they headed to the vault as Bentley cracked the code giving them the combo of 2-4-2. They wracked the vault's handle with their canes finding another page of the Thievious Raccoonus, Chris Cooper's Dive Collection Technique. Sly placed his trademark in the vault this time as Y/n collected the last treasure key. Sly three treasure keys from his cane as Y/n destroyed the power generator to let them walk through the tube. Now in the new area Bentley spoke to them.

Bentley- "Astonishing! All my calculations led me to believe you both would fail to knock out that generator! Well, here's a real test for you two...I've found a way up to Raleigh's hide-out, but unfortunately, it is doomed to failure." He said as Sly and Y/n looked through their Binocucoms at a locked up cannon.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- "You're not going to tell us, We got to shoot ourselves out that cannon?" They said together in unison with smirks on their faces.

Bentley- "I'm afraid it's the only way Sly, Y/n." He said as Sly and Y/n smiled excitedly saying to their shelled brainiac friend.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- "Now you're talking our language Bentley!" They fist bumped and scared Bentley in the process.

Bentley- "You're really scaring me, man and lady. Anyway, to get inside that thing, you two have to steal all 7 of Raleigh's treasure keys." He explained to his best friends.

Sly & Y/n Cooper & Bentley- "So what are we waiting for? You show us those "holo-whats-its"... they were interrupted by Bentley. "You guys mean my holographic markers?" He asked them as they nodded answering back. "Yeah, yeah - and We'll swipe whatever it takes to get shot out of that cannon and steal back our family's Thievious Raccoonus." They said determined.

Sly and Y/n Cooper had to collect two more of Raleigh's treasure keys so they separated once again sneaking through the areas taking out enemies, collecting coins and clues for the vaults in their areas. Y/n dealt with Raleigh's treasure gathering crabs before catching up with Sly in Raleigh's ship graveyard helping him collect 20 clue bottles for the areas vault's combo 7-1-9, Sly and Y/n whacked the vault handle opening up the vault as they found another page of the Thievious Raccoonus, Karin Coopergiwa's Coin Magnet Technique which would let us collect away coins they were near. Y/n took out her trademark logo placing it in the vault smiling as Sly got the last of Raleigh's treasure keys. They walked out of the area and up to the cannon Sly held four treasure keys as Y/n held three treasure keys.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- Sly looks over at his sister as he placed a gentle hand on her shoulder saying to her. "Ya ready N/n to take on this Mad machinist frog?" Y/n looked over at Sly smirking up at him nodding. "Yeah Sly let's pop that frog into frog's legs and get our Family book back together." She said confidently as they hugged each other while they lost their parents, they still had each other along side their best friends Bentley and Murray.

Sly and Y/n tossed the keys into the 7 locks as they disappeared and jumped into the cannon thus shooting themselves right into Raleigh's blimp hideout window. They landed easily looking up at the first member of the Fiendish five they be taking down Sir Raleigh the Frog and Mad machinist.

Raleigh- "How delightful. We have a pair of guests. The only thing is...I HATE UNEXPECTED GUESTS!" The demented frog shouted out angrily.

Sly and Y/n pointed their canes at the frog before saying to him.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- "Listen, Raleigh. Wipe out our family and steal what's ours, you better expect company." Sly placed his cane onto his shoulder as Y/n leaned down on hers while the glared at the frog.

Raleigh- "Ohhhh, I'm ever so sorry. How sloppy of me not to finish the job. Obviously we should have snuffed you two out as well. So, without further ado, let me make amends by, what...BLOATING TO GARGANTUAN SIZE, AND SQUASHING YOU TWO LIKE THE INSIGNIFICANT BUGS THAT YOU TWO ARE!!!" Raleigh yelled at the Cooper twins.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- twirled their canes as they looked at Raleigh unafraid. "Bring it on!" Sly said as Y/n said after Sly. "Your going to be a plate of Frog legs when we're done with ya Raleigh!"

Sly and Y/n dodged a bloated Raleigh hitting him with their canes after the frog deflated then reflated after eating a fly. They jumped over Raleigh's tongue then finally knocked him into the water.

Raleigh- "Blast it all! You've beaten me! Well, gloat all you two want, Sly and Y/n Cooper. You're both no match for Mugshot, my villainous cohort in Utah. You two will see, Mesa City is so well-guarded, a snake couldn't slither in without setting off alarms! Hahaha." Raleigh said as Y/n tied up his tongue not wanting to hear from the pirate frog anymore along with stealing his metal top hat.

Sly and Y/n opened up the safe under Raleigh's metal throne taking out the rest of the pages he stole from the Thievious Raccoonus. Which held detailed instructions on our ancestor Rioichi Cooper's ninja spire jump. A technique he invented to sneak into thickly fortified castles in feudal Japan. Finding a way off of Raleigh's boat got a little tricky with the untimely arrival of Inspectors Carmelita and Carlos Fox whom failing to find us, busted Raleigh and his crew. With the storm machine out of commission boats found their way back onto the ocean and the Welsh triangle faded from memory. Sly, Y/n and the gang loafe around England for a while enjoying the pleasant weather and theiving before they headed back home excited for our next heist.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- As Murray drove Sly and Y/n studied the next of the Fiendish five; the notorious Mugshot their ruthless muscle, but what he lacked in brains he definitely made up for in brawn.Turns out he wasn't always that way, he grew up as the runt of the litter. The only friends that he could turn to were those on the big silver screen. It was there he saw his first gangster movie and instantly knew that's what he wanted to be, He'd spend the rest of his youth working real hard to get there to realise his dreams of power and respect. With enough perspiration he realized that dream. He'd become a hard boiled, street brawling tough as nails gangster ensuring that he never be pushed around again. So he's held up in Mesa City eh we always wanted to go to that thriving American hometown.

Meanwhile back in Paris,France.

Carlos Montero Fox grabbed Raleigh by the prison shirt growling at the frog angrily. Ya see once the police got the frog's tongue untied literally, the mad machinist told the Inspectors of his crimes and his part in the Fiendish five was along with the murder of Sly's and Y/n's parents. Carmelita and Carlos understood the Cooper twins a bit more now but Carlos was pissed that the frog not orphaned two innocent kids but started bad mouthing Y/n calling her a variety of uncouth names, he punched the frog in the jaw as the male fox tossed Raleigh into a cell. Once that was done Carmelita and Carlos walked back to their office, as they got it Carlos sat at his desk sighing while rubbing his face with his gloved hands. "Go ahead Carmelita tell me what I did wrong this time." He said until his big sister hugged him thus surprising him. "I'm not mad at you Carlos, you defended a girl's honor even though Sly and Y/n Cooper are thieves at least we now know why. You go home and get some rest okay, you deserve it little brother." Carmelita said before handing Carlos his coat which he took before walking out of the police headquarters and down the streets of Paris to his upstairs apartment facing the Eiffel tower. Carlos Montero Fox unlocked his door walking inside and locked the door back up before hanging up his coat along with his badge and shock pistol holster, he turned on a lamp beside his blue couch then slowly walks towards his kitchen and got some leftover Mexican food from his fridge out while he read through Y/n Cooper's file he had thinking while he ate his spicy chicken tacos. 'Your a thief and you actually stole my heart ironic, yet I hope your safe where ever you and your gang are.' Once he finished his dinner and walked towards his bedroom noticing a Y/n Cooper trademark envelope on his pillow. "what the?" Carlos sat on his bed removing his boots and shirt before he picked up the envelope then carefully opened it up seeing the female ring tailed thief's handwriting.

Dear Carlos,

I hope you find the letter but then again I did place it in your apartment quite easily anyway I guess you and Carmelita now know a bit more about my and Sly's past. Know this the gang and I are good thieves we only steal from other thiefs whom committed unlawful crimes like Raleigh. Maybe one day when this is all over I'll let ya actually place me under arrest but not until Sly and I are going to restore our families most important treasure first. Til then I hope to see you in my dreams tonight.

Carlos set the letter onto his nightstand before opening up the drawer and pulled out the water stone of India along with a yellow scarf that smelled of Y/n Cooper's rose and lilac perfume. "Dang you know how to keep a man running after you Y/n Cooper." He said smiling as he put the stone and scarf back into the nightstand drawer then lied down looking at the stars through his balcony window doors. "See you in my dreams as well Mi amor." With those words he fall asleep dreaming of the Female ring tailed thief whom stole his heart away from him and loved him back, Y/n Cooper.
