Sly and Y/n in: Fire in the Sky!

The unstable KunLun Mountains in Western China, Home of the lair of the fourth member of the Fiendish Five and demolitions expert the Panda King. Murray drove on a sturdy stone bridge in front of the Panda King's lair quickly doing a donut turn so the double doors were front of the first area Sly and Y/n Cooper would be venturing into it, A Perilous Ascent. The Cooper twins jumped out of the van as they smirked at each other before fist bumping then take out baboons wielding battle staffs, giant yeti like monkeys tossing snowball crew at them while gathering 30 clue bottles for the area's vault along with coins. Once they got through the Panda King's crew and got to their first marker, Sly and Y/n took out their Binocucoms looking at a giant stone panda statue with a house on top of it seeing it shot out a giant firework rocket.

Bentley- "Would you guys look at that? A fireworks show!" Bentley said til the fireworks hit the top of the mountain thus burying the village underneath the base of the mountain. "Oh My Gosh, that's awful! That poor village just got buried in freezing snow!" Bentley cried out in shock.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- The Cooper twins looked back over at the Panda statue saying in unison. "The rocket came from that giant statue, and you can bet the Panda King lit the fuse. We've got to find our way up there fast before that lunatic squashes another town." Once Sly and Y/n said those words, they put their Binocucoms away in their backpacks.

Sly and Y/n swang on a hook with their canes as they continued walking through a snow trench taking out another yeti like monkey before walking onto a wooden bridge then sideway walked on a ledge as well avoiding falling sharp icicles, taking out more monkeys along with setting off the fireworks nearby til a red one hit a gate that lead into a more roomier part of the area looking through their Binocucoms seeing more monkeys that wielded swords. Silver horseshoe charms rested on their backpacks as they got to work taking out the area's crew along with the rest of the 30 clue bottles and collected their first of the Panda King's treasure keys from a heavily guarded by General Tso apes. With all 30 clues Sly and Y/n headed to the first vault as Bentley cracked the clues to give Y/n the first combo of 5-7-8, Sly and Y/n whacked the vault's handle with their canes as Y/n picked up what was in the vault and Sly put his trademark logo into the empty vault. This latest page of the Thievious Raccoonus was written by our southern ancestor, Huckleberry Cooper who developed a technique to move while staying invisible when Sly and Y/n finished reading the page she placed it into her backpack as the Cooper twins now headed inside the Panda King's Stronghold. Once inside the main area Sly and Y/n took out their Binocucoms to scope out the new area while Bentley spoke to them via ear peices.

Bentley- "Nice job breaking into the Panda King's compound. I think I've figured out a way to get to the top of that giant statue...but unfortunately it's obstructed by this reinforced ceiling hatch." Bentley said as Sly and Y/n spotted a bundle of fireworks with three locks on them.

Sly and Y/n Cooper- No problem Bentley. They seem to have plenty of firepower around here. We'll just have to find a few more of the Panda King's treasure keys to get at it." They said together in unison as they put their Binocucoms away and fist bumped before Y/n hugged Sly. "This area is to unstable Sly so this time there's no slitting up." She said honestly not wanting to lost her big brother as they headed into the king of the hill area for their second of the Panda King's treasure keys to help guide their friend Murray in this area, taking out their Binocucoms to scope out the area.

Bentley- "Murray's all fired up to make the run for the key. While on blasting stations Sly, Y/n will give Murray covering fire thus taking out enemies before they get to Murray." He said seriously as Sly and Y/n smiled.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- Got onto the blasting stations. "Right on, We'll keep him covered." Sly and Y/n said together in unison while putting away their Binocucoms into their backpacks that held golden horseshoe charms.

Sly and Y/n began shooting down nunchuck wielding monkeys from harming Murray then a surprise yeti like monkey and a General Tso sword wielding apes at the Hill's temple as Murray collected the second key. Once Murray handed Y/n the key and returned to the van, the Cooper twins left to their next area the unseen foe. They began collecting 30 clue bottles, coins and breaking valuables before the area's vault as they jumped into the area's tower Bently spoke to them via ear peice.

Bentley- "This looks like a good place to try out your new invisibility move Sly and Y/n. But if the guards already see you then it won't be much good." He said before signing off.

Sly and Y/n easily became invisible then began taking out General Tso apes one by one from watchtowers and the area's floor. They then rail slide into the next building of the area taking out battle staff baboons and ninja monkeys. Once they got all 30 clue bottles, Bentley cracked the code for the vault which was 6-6-7, Sly put in the combo before they whacked the vault's handle with their canes and found another page of the Thievious Raccoonus, Sir Augustine of Cooper's Technique to briefly defy gravity so we would not lose our lucky charm. As Y/n placed her trademark logo into the empty vault while Sly got their third treasure key that they needed for the firework bundles. They headed back into the Panda King's Stronghold before heading into the Flaming Temple of Flame area for the fourth of The Panda King's treasure keys.

Bentley- "Despite it's temple-like facade, this place is really some sort of training ground. Stay on your toes Sly, Y/n." He said

Once that was said, Sly and Y/n rail slide down taking out more enemies as well collecting 25 clue bottles for this area's third vault thus entering the main training ground gathering more clues until they got the vault's combo from Bentley as Y/n entered in the vault's combo which was 9-3-2. Sly and Y/n smiled as they held up their canes and whacked the vault's handle, opening up the vault easily finding the Panda King's Lair blueprints. Y/n put the blueprints into her backpack as Sly placed his trademark logo into the empty vault before they returned to the Stronghold area and towards the locked up fireworks bundle. Sly and Y/n flings three keys into the locks as they vanished thus igniting fireworks that broke the reinforced ceiling door so Sly and Y/n could get into the new part of the stronghold. They took out their Binocucoms as Bentley spoke to them.

Bentley- "I've calculated the trajectory of these rockets and...I'm ninety-nine percent sure you'll both be able to ride them all the way to the top of that statue before they explode." He explained calmly.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- "Hmm, What about that other one percent?" They asked together while scoping out the new area.

Bentley- "We'll in that case, Sly, Y/n, you'll both be blown to bits-but the experience will no doubt be spectacular. Now to unlock these rockets you'll guys need all 7 of the Panda King's treasure keys" He said seriously.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- They rolled their eyes before saying to Bentley. "Nice, Right on, We'll steal 'em in no time ." They said together in unison in a hushed tone before putting their Binocucoms away into their backpacks then headed to the desperate race to help out Murray. Once in the new area Sly and Y/n spotted the van quickly takin out their Binocucoms to speak to Murray. "Murray! What are you doing down there?!" They asked in a panic tone of voice.

Murray- "Well, I'm minding my post when I notice this snow-cone stand, and I think to myself, "Hey Murray, you've got to keep your energy up." So I hurry over here and then all of a sudden, monkeys are everywhere, bugging me to race them 3 times around this track for a key." He explained to Sly and Y/n.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- "We could use the key - think you can take 'em?" Sly and Y/n asked their hippo friend.

Murray- Nods before saying to Sly and Y/n. "Come on Sly, Y/n - they're a pack of monkeys! How can I lose?" With those words Murray raced off on the track minding ice patches and gathering nitro packs then got the key that Sly and Y/n needed.

Once the Cooper twins got back to the stronghold area they headed to the Rapid Fire Assault area they jumped onto the pair of blaster vehicles and drove off into the area firing at enemies, obstacles and barriers as Sly and Y/n's ears perked up slightly hearing the Panda King's voice through the area.

Panda King- "Attention my faithful employees, it has come to my attention that a pair of thieves are somewhere inside of my firework production facility. Clearly they don't appreciate my genius so dispose of them." He said seriously over the intercom.

Sly and Y/n continued blasting through everything as a new silver horseshoe charm stuck onto their backpacks heading into a new part of area taking out yeti like apes tossing smaller snowball ridden monkeys, dodging icicles until they finally claimed their sixth of the Panda King's treasure keys before walking back into the Stronghold area and to their last area for the final treasure key they'd need to take on the Panda King in the last area, Duel by the Dragon. Y/n twirled her cane before sticking it into the ground alongside Sly as they took a breather.

Y/n Cooper- "One more key then we take on the Panda king, Sly. But I wonder though how we've not seen your pretty vixen Carmelita M. Fox or my handsome todd Carlos Montero Fox? We better stay on our toes in this area while collecting 40 clues for the vault, coins and of course taking out the Panda King's crew." She said honestly before she picked up her cane and put it on her shoulders stretching out her legs before Sly and herself ran through this new area. Battling battle staff baboon then walked onto a pair of firework powered lifts onto a roof where the Cooper twins saw Inspectors Carmelita and Carlos Fox.

Carmelita & Carlos Fox- "Freeze, Raccoons!" They said as Sly and Y/n smiled up at their foxes while they held their shock pistols out aiming at them.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- Sly and Y/n looked at each other before sighing softly saying together towards Carmelita and Carlos. "How can we freeze when our hearts warm at the very sight of you two? Carmelita and Carlos Fox.~" They said as Y/n blow a kiss towards Carlos and Sly winked at Carmelita as Carlos shivered with a slight blush on his face, Carmelita blushed bright red at Sly before they shook their heads.

Carmelita & Carlos Fox- "Shut up, Ringtails! I don't know what you're both doing here in China, but I'm sure it can't be good for whomever owns this place." Carmelita yelled at Sly and Y/n as the female Cooper looked over at Carlos as he tapped his nose to say that he didn't tell Carmelita where the location tip of the Cooper gang fully came from. Y/n laughed softly.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- "Wow, You must really have eyes for us if you're too blind to see what's going on around here Carmelita." They said together as they placed their canes on their shoulders sighing.

Carmelita & Carlos Fox- As Carmelita cocked her shock pistol towards Sly and Y/n Cooper. "All I see is a pair of pathetic thieves who's escaped justice for far too long. Along with a certain Cooper handcuffing my brother to a railing." Carmelita said to last part aimed at Y/n whom smiled over at Carlos.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- "We're proud to be thieves, especially when we're stealing from a vicious extortionist like the Panda King. Open your eyes "Detective Carmelita Fox" - these quaint temples are a front for an illegal explosives factory." They said together

Carmelita & Carlos Fox- Carlos looked down at Sly and Y/n already believing them because Y/n explained to him a few days prior what was happening but Carmelita. "Don't try to confuse the issue. You criminals are all the same and none of you can escape justice." Carmelita said as she fired her shock pistol at Sly and Y/n Cooper as well Carlos whom missed on purpose.

Sly and Y/n began dodging and running from Carmelita and Carlos shock pistols ammunition collecting clues, coins while jumping onto fallen icicles and knocking out the Panda King's crew one by one. Running across temple rooftops with the Inspectors Carmelita and Carlos Fox on their tails. But as they got the last two clues they needed for the vault although Bentley told Sly and Y/n that there is a problem via ear peices.

Bentley- "Unfortunately, this vault code appears to have been written in owl dialect. I won't be able to crack the code until we meet and defeat the bird who created it." He said seriously.

Sly and Y/n Cooper continued on dodging Carmelita and Carlos Fox shooting at them while whacking their canes onto fireworks until one hit the ledge the Fox twins were on.

Carmelita & Carlos Fox- "Watch your backs, Coopers! When you two least expect it. We'll be there!" They shouted out as Carlos looked over at Y/n smiling at her while they escaped safely.

Sly and Y/n Cooper finally got the seventh treasure key of the Panda King's then headed back into the Stronghold to take on the Fiendish Five's demolition expert, the Panda King with a pair of golden horseshoe charms on their backpacks. Sly and Y/n looked at each with the seven treasure keys in hand as they fist bumped before flinging the keys into the locks and hooked their canes onto the giant set of fireworks as they flew towards the top of the Panda King's statue to begin taking on the Panda King in Flame Fu. Jumping of the rockets easily and landing in front of the stairs leading to the Panda King.

Panda King- "I see you both carry the canes of the notorious Cooper thief clan. Have you come here for revenge? To steal back the Theivious Raccoonus?" The Panda King asked The Cooper twins whom crossed their arms at his words.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- They glared at the Panda King. "That was our plan at first, but now we're more interested in putting an end to your avalanche extortion racket." They said together.

Panda King- "Why should you two care if I bury a few worthless villages in snow? You both are thieves, just like me." He said as Y/n slammed her cane onto the ground thus gaining the Panda King's attention.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- "No, That's only half right. We are thieves, from a long line of master thieves, while you...you're just a frustrated firework artist turned homicidal pyromaniac." She said honestly as she twirled her cane in between her fingers and pointed the C shaped top at the Panda King with Sly beside her doing the same.

Panda King- Now angry he glared at the Cooper twins. "Insolent Childs! You shall pay dearly for your disrespect! Still, to honor your Cooper ancestry, I will send you both to your doom with the beauty of my new firework technique...Flame-Fu!" He yelled out at Sly and Y/n Cooper.

Sly and Y/n Cooper began dodging the Panda King's flames while whacking him with their canes then jumping over the rings of fire sent their way then belly flopped them back. Dodging fire attacks left and right until Sly and Y/n finally landed the last hit take make the Panda King fall in front of them coughing.

Panda King- "Your skill with those canes is unparalleled. Aaahhh!" He screamed out as Y/n walked over to the old Panda and began taking care his wounds. "Why are you helping me little girl?" He asked honestly as Y/n looked up at the Panda King smiling.

Y/n Cooper- "You remind me of my dad when he'd come home slightly hurt, my mom and I would patch him up before bed. Plus I can spot a father when I see one and I'm not going to let another kid grow up without their own father or mother as Sly and I did." She said honestly while finishing patching up the Panda King as Bentley spoke to Sly and Y/n via ear peices.

Bentley- "Sly!, Y/n! I did a cross analysis of the metal used in that high tech blasting vehicle and it turns out it can only be found in one place- the Krack-Karov volcano in Russia. That's got to be where we'll find the fifth member of the Fiendish Five. So get what you two came here for and let's get out of here!" He said seriously.

Sly & Y/n Cooper- Retrieving the Panda King's section of the Thievious Raccoonus gave us the chance to learn about our technical minded ancestor, Otto van Cooper. Not know for his physical dexterity, Otto relied on vehicles to aid him in his criminal endeavors. Armed with his designs we were sure Murray would able to make some cool modifications to the team van. A pair of frustrated Inspector Foxes, having missed us coming down the mountain, threw the Panda King and his crew in jail. Thus putting an end to his avalanche protection services and ensuring the safety of mountain villages throughout China. The gang and us took a little time off and did some shopping through Hong Kong throughly relaxed we headed home to plan our next move.

On our way to the Krack-Karov volcano in Russia while looking over what little information we had on the fifth and final member of the Fiendish Five. We began to notice something, In the four parts of the Thievious Raccoonus recovered so far several of the pictures depict an shadowy owl like figure which looks very similar to the police etches of the mysterious Clockwerk. Is this a strange coincidence or is there something we're missing?

Meanwhile back in Paris, France!

Carmelita and Carlos interrogated the Panda King on his crimes as well seeing his patched up wounds the asked him who did them for which he responded "The female thief, Y/n Cooper. She said that she didn't want my own daughter to live without her own father as she and Sly did. How did she know I have a daughter?" He asked the Inspectors Carmelita and Carlos Fox, who looked at each other. "The files on every member of the Fiendish Five." Carmelita said as she ran out of the interrogation room, Carlos helped gently place the Panda King back into his cell. "Sly and Y/n Cooper never harm innocent children that's why she helped you out, Panda King." Carlos said before closing the cell behind him and went to his and Carmelita's office. Once there he saw Carmelita packing up their shock pistols ammunition batteries and mountain gear. "Carmelita what are you doing?" He asked honestly as he caught the gear his sister tossed him and put it on. "We're going to catch up to the Cooper gang in Russia." She said honestly.
