8 days went by.
Dimitri was walking around the training grounds, observing the training of the soldiers. Again, it was cloudy, showing that rain will soon come.

A boy known as the youngest among the soldiers was training in the corner, alone. The King watched how his moves were sloppy, the aim off point. Before he could make a move to help him, somebody beat him to it. Yara.

With confident strides she approached the boy, startling him. Shoving the sword out of the boy's hand, she handed him two daggers. The boy was confused.

"Falcon, wha..- what am I suppose to do with these..?"

"Use them."

"I-I don't know how.." He looked down embarrassed.

She rose a brow. "How will you know if you haven't even tried?"

"O-oh.." He clenched the daggers before shooting forward. The soldiers were trained to not hesitate, but immediately attack. Yara moved to the left, dodging the daggers, before grabbing the boy's arm, stopping his movements.

"Your attack moves are too predictable. Your face showed emotion. Fear. Hesitation. Embarrassment. Never show emotion. Never give the opponent a second chance. And never hesitate. It could cost you your life. Your body structure is too heavy for a sword. Use daggers, its effective and fast. Good, now try again."

After a while, the boy's moves were much better. Dimitri was impressed with the boy's improvement.

"Yara."

Yara looked up, startled by the King's voice. Dimitri motioned towards the door. "I need to have a word with you."

She sighed and nodded.

Soon both were in the King's study room.
Dimitri informed Yara about the arrival of the King from across the ocean, making her aware to inform and train the soldiers, in case of an attack.

Dimirti was expecting King Rafael anytime now, as it was already 8 days later. He opened his mouth to dismiss Yara, when a loud knock sounded from the door, a muffled voice following.

"My King, your presence is urgently required in the throne room. King Rafael has arrived."

Dimitri turned to Yara. "Send Dex to get the soldiers ready. You're coming with me." He began walking but stopped, turning around. "Or wait, get a maid to fetch you a dress. Then when we meet with King Rafael, don't say anything, especially about you being my warrior."

Yara norrowed her eyes in annoyance.
"Embarrassed to have a women as your warrior?" She challenged him.

The King gritted his teeth. "Respect." He turned around. "And no, it's to protect you." With that he turned and made his way to the door.

Yara glared at the King's retreating form. "I'm perfectly capable of protecting myself." But the door already closed.

Scoffing she made her way to the door and followed the King.

"Brother! What a pleasure to meet up again!"

King Rafael was so overly enthusiastic that it could easily be classified as sarcasm. The two King's appearances were almost identical, as both had the same black hair, height, and similar face features. The eyes though, didn't match at all. Where Rafael's eyes were pits of blackness, Dimitri's eyes were storms of grey.

The brothers weren't always on good terms. One of them was too greedy, the other too selfish.

Twins were mostly known to never seperate, always to be there for each other and to love each other. Although that didn't count for these brothers.

Once upon a time, a father, a King, defeated a Kingdom nearby his own. His two sons, twins, were given the land to make their own kingdoms. Several months had passed and the one brother left the land with a fleet of ships, an army on board, while the other stayed with dark and greedy plans.

The son that sailed across the ocean, defeated the kingdom, making it his own. Seeing it as his treasure, he didn't share his goods with other kingdoms. He was too selfish. The son that stayed at home, made his kingdom bigger by capturing smaller kingdoms around him.

A whole year passed and suddenly news were brought that the twins' parents were murdered. Although everyone knew who the murderer was, nobody could lay a hand against him, as he was the King himself.

Hatred formed between the two brothers, one of jealousy, and the other of revenge.
Dimitri swore that the time will come when he will end Rafael's life, for killing their parents.

A muscle ticked in Dimitri's jaw. "Rafael." He acknowledged his brother.

Tension already in the air, thick and suffocating, but it faded away when the soft swish of material against each other and soft footsteps were heard.

Both Kings turned as Yara made her entrance.

A deep maroon-red dress engulfed her toned body, swaying softly as she made her way towards the gaping kings. One of surprise and the other of lust. When Dimitri asked her to put on a dress, he never thought of the outcome. Rafael couldn't keep his eyes of the beautiful woman with the long black hair and startling blue eyes.

"And who might you be, milady?" Asked Rafael, eager to get to know her.

Yara already knew how to answer a king, the maids that helped her were of great help.

"Yara Diyani Roszita, first of her name, Your Highness."

She curtsied low. On the outside she was a calm and collected lady, but inside she was a brewing storm ready to lash out. The dress irritated her, it was too uncomfortable and sloppy. She felt naked. The only thing that calmed her was the knife strapped against her thigh and her combat boots. There were absolute no way she was going to agree wearing that heels. Luckily nobody saw the boots, it was safely hidden underneath the dress.

Rafael nodded in approval. Taking her hand he layed a gentle kiss on it before smiling back at her. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Lady Roszita."

Yara grimaced. "Call me Yara."

Rafael was slightly taken aback with the woman's forwardness, but let it slide and nodded.

"Yara." Sounded his deep voice.

She turned to Dimitri.

"Come we have lot to discuss, follow me to the study, Rafael, you too please."

When Yara were already out the door, the Kings following behind, Rafael stopped Dimitri.

With a confident look on his face he spoke.

"I want her to be my wife."
