Chapter 4.                           !Warning a major surprise!

(3 MONTHS LATER btw Bella and El have been hanging out more often and are now really good friend's, and have healed well other than Bella still having a cast)

I woke up jumping out of bed excited knowing in five days it was prom, I had been waiting all year for the day to come.
Even though I had no date to the dance I was still super excited, but first the battle of...school and loneliness.

I went to my bathroom and had a quick shower, washing my hair. Once I got out I wrapped my self in a towel and walked back to my bedroom to get dressed. I chose a black tight top, with blue ripped jeans and black high-heels.
I walked downstairs making myself some toast. When it popped out of the toaster I looked up at the clock,
"I'm running late already!" I yelled shoving the piece of toast in my mouth, grabbing my bag while rushing out the door. I got in my black Mercedes and drove to school.

Once I got to school I parked my car and got out, quickly tying my hair back into a ponytail and ran inside the school, I got to my locker looking for my time table when the bell rang, I checked the time "shit" I whispered that was the bell to got to your second class. I finally found my time table and looked at my second class, I had science. I ran in the classroom and everyone's heads looked up at me, I turned to the teacher "sorry I'm late" I apologised "take a seat Ms Niles" he said to me with a bored expression "I don't get paid enough for this" I heard him whisper as I took a seat next to Angelia "hey" I said to her as I sat down "hi, why are you late" she asked still writing something down in her book "slept in" I replied, she chuckled knowing I always sleep in.

Lunch came around faster than I expected, I made my way to the cafeteria and saw Bella being bombarded by Eric and Mike 'god these boys are annoying' I thought as I walked up to them "hey guys" I said thinking of a way to get Bella out of this situation "Edward said he needed to talk to you Bella" I said to the girl, at first she looked confused as to why he didn't come up to her himself but then got it when I nodded towards him and where he was sitting "oh ok" she said slightly smiling "sorry guys I have to go" she said to the boys walking away.

Mike and Eric looked disappointed but that slowly changed when I didn't walk away, "Hey El you got a date to prom yet?" Mike asked "yeah I don't remember anyone asking you" Eric said backing up Mikes question "no I don't, and no need to shove it in boys just because I don't have amazing social skills good enough to ask people like Jessica and Angelia" I replied with a smirk, they laughed.

I was good friends with Eric, Mike, Angelia and Jessica, "speaking of the girls here they come now" I said looking behind Eric as the two walk up with smiles on there faces. "Hey guys watcha talking about?" Jessica asked "oh you know how I'm so single that know one asked me to prom" I replied acting sad, all they did was laugh so I laughed as well " well I'm sure someone will in the next few days, anyway I'm hungry" Angelia spoke looking at the food "I second that" me and Mike said at the same time we all laughed again.

*BIINGG* the last bell went "finally schools over" I said to Jessica walking out of the school "yeah I agree" she replied "buuut we have prom dresses to shop for now!" She yelled as we reached the end of the stairs "yes we do" I said smiling, then I heard rapid footsteps coming my way and felt someone jump on my back wrapping there legs around my waist "sup bells" I said to the small girl on my back "did you know I was coming?" she asked and I nodded "oh stupid vam-" I cut her short by running away "see you later Jessica" I yelled "ok yeah byyyye" she also yelled waving her hand viciously in the air.

I stopped running when I heard a stick snap beside me I turned my head in the direction of the noice (by the way Bella's still on my back) then I smelt something rotten 'dog' I thought as a tan boy walked out from behind a tree, he had long black hair and dark brown eyes, he was wearing a grey t-shirt and brown shorts "Jacob!" Bella yelled and climbed of my back, she went to run up to the boy but I grabbed her arm "bells don't" I said glaring at the boy standing in front of me "but he's my friend" she said walking back to me.

"El this is Jacob, Jacob this is El" she introduced us "nice to meet you El" he said holding out a hand for me to shake, I looked at it and Bella nudged me, I slowly reached out my hand and grabbed on to his, he winced at the cold touch but shook it anyway "likewise" I replied smiling. It was a weird feeling he was really warm and I was super cold, we pulled away and I heard someone coming 'Oh shits bout to go down' I thought as Edward walked up, I saw Jacob's face turn from a smile to a scowl as Edward grabbed Bella's arm and pulled her away from me, making me let go of her other arm, the vampire looked at me with a hard glare " what do you think your doing making physical contact with him Eleonora" he said still glaring, if looks could kill I would definitely be dead, "just being friendly" Jacob answered for me while smiling Edwards head turned so fast towards Jacob that the tan boy took at step back still smiling at me?.

"Stay away from my daughter" Edward said 'f*ck' I thought, Jacob face lost the smile as daughter came out of Edwards mouth, he looked at the vampire and then back at me with a confused look on his face "daughter?" He and Bella asked at the same time slightly intrigued "well um no, but yes" I said trying not to give anything away "cool" Jacob said smiling again, I smiled at his comment.

Edward let go of Bella's arm and grabbed mine instead, I'd never seen him so angry before it was weird, his grip on my arm got tighter as he glared at Jacob "Stay.Away.From.My.Daughter." He said pausing in between every word making Jacob look dumb "Yes.Sir" Jacob replied with a sly smirk while saluting towards my 'dad' I let out a chuckle and bit my lip to prevent bursting into laughter, The tan boy seemed happy that he made me laugh "we have prom dresses to bye let's go El" Bella spoke up lightly shoving Edward out of the way and grabbing my hand "ok, bye Jacob" I said to him , to piss my dad off even more I waved and blew him a kiss, I could swear I saw him blush but I turned around before I could comment. I bent down for Bella to get on my back and she did, so I ran us to my car and drove to the shops looking for dresses.

-FIVE DAYS LATER I AND ITS THE NIGHT FOR PROM, BTW IN THE LAST FIVE DAYS NOBODY ASKED EL TO PROM AND JAKE AND HER HAVE BEEN TALKING AND HANGING OUT ABIT MORE-

It was the night of prom and we had just gotten back from school, I was driving Bella and I back to her house because we were going to get ready together.

We finally got to Bella's house and I pulled up, she got out walking to the front door with me following.
"Oh hey Nora" Charlie said looking up from the baseball game he was watching on the tv "hey Charlie" I replied, "where gonna get ready for prom okay dad" Bella said "yeah yeah go on" he said waving towards the stairs. I help lead Bella up the stairs because she still had the cast on her right foot, we reached her room and started to get ready, Bella was first.

She came out of the bathroom wearing a beautiful purple dress that started to wave reaching the bottom of the dress, the straps where a v shape so it was exposing her collar bone and there was a silver necklace dangling there, for shoes she had her cast then a purple sneaker "you look gorgeous" I complimented the girl while doing her makeup and curling her hair slightly "ok your turn" she said pushing me in the bathroom, I got dressed and walked out to Bella's room, she gasped "damn girl" I chuckled at her comment.

This was my dress-

My shoes where the same pink as my dress and had straps that reached my ankles, they where high-heels.
"Okay your turn for hair and makeup" she said shoving me in a chair, she curled my black hair and put on light pink eyeshadow and lipstick, I had gold hoop earrings and a small pink bag, "done" she said walking me over to her mirror "Bella you are amazing at makeup you should do this for a living" I said checking myself out I actually looked hot (lol)
"Says you, your a beauty guru" she complimented me grabbing ahold of both my shoulders and staring me in the eyes, it was intense "any guy would be lucky to date you" she said smiling "thanks bells" I replied blushing at the compliment.

"ARE YOU GIRLS DONE BECAUSE EDWARDS HERE TO TAKE YOU TO PROM BELLA" Charlie yelled from down stairs I chuckled and Bella just rolled her eyes "your dads awesome" I said to her she rolled her eyes again making me laugh, "coming dad!" She yelled back "come on before my dad starts yelling again" she spoke walking towards the door I nodded even though she was facing her back to me.

We started walking down the stairs and saw Edward and Charlie at the bottom looking at us, well Edward was only looking at Bella but Charlie was smiling at the both of us, we made it on the last stair and Bella spoke up "Alice lent me the dress" I smiled at her, she really is pretty "the cast is..." she said laughing while looking down "your perfect" Edward said staring at her, I laughed when I saw Charlie look at Edward like he was done with him, Charlie just smiled at me.
"I'll take care of her Chief Swan" Edward said walking to the door, I knew he was only taking about Bella "Uh-Huh I've heard that before" Charlie replied I laughed again this was so amusing to watch.

Edward opened the door not taking his eyes of Bella then starts walking to his car "all right bells" Charlie said watching Edward walk outside like a hawk "I put a new can of pepper spray in your bag" he said when Edward got in the car, I chuckled sitting on the stair case "dad" Bella said and slightly laughed "and um...well you look beautiful" Charlie said, he was such a nice person, this got me thinking about Waylon, he would have made a uncalled for appearance at the dance and would have danced with me, but he couldn't cause he was gone. I didn't want to cry because if I did I'd ruin my makeup, Bella specifically told me that the mascaras not waterproof. So no crying even though I couldn't.

"See you" Bella said waving and walking outside to the car, I stood up and walked to Charlie "you look amazing El" Charlie said pulling me in for a hug, Bella didn't like hugs so I let him hug me when he needs it, I returned the embrace and whispered "thanks so do you" he laughed and pulled away "I'm in my home outfit and I look nice?" He asked still laughing "handsome as always" I said going to the door "thanks El have fun at the dance" he replied and patted my shoulder "bye Charlie" I waved goodbye and walked to my car and got in "prom here I come" I said and started the car, and drove off listening to one of my favourite songs 'Money Money' by ABBA.

I got to the dance an pulled up seeing Edward walk away leaving Bella to sit on a wooden bench. I got out of the car and walked up to her, sitting down next to her, "hey bells where did Edward go?" I asked the waiting girl "dunno he just said he needed to go somewhere maybe the toilet" she replied I chuckled, then I smelt a familiar smell and turned my head around to see a certain tan boy, I smiled and he smiled back.

"El ,Bella" he said "Jacob" Bella spoke turning around also I laughed for know reason at all "what's is funny" Bella asked me "dunno" I replied still laughing, Jacob chuckled at my laugh "hey" she said to Jacob, I put my face in my hands still laughing "nice" Jacob complimented checking Bella and I out "you too" Bella spoke seeing I wasn't calming down any time soon "are you crashing the prom or something, did you come with a date?" Bella questioned the boy making me laugh harder, "no uhh..." he said taking a seat next to me on the bench "my dad paid me to come talk to you" I lifted my head and looked at the boy, he laughed at me and I started laughing again "twenty bucks" I put my face in my hands again laughing "stop laughing El my makeup is gonna smudge" Bella said rubbing my back.

"Sorry" I said sort of calming down "what's so funny anyway" Jacob asked "I can't say, it's rude" I said calming down some more "if you make a comment about my outfit, it's my dads fault because he said I had to look proper" Jacob replied, I started laughing again and he joined me "I think it looks nice" Bella said making me and Jacob laugh harder "says the girl who dates a pale ass dude who's also really creepy" I said making Jacob laugh so hard he put his arm over his belly.

"Edwards a sweet guy and you know that" she said getting annoyed with all the laughter "yeah well he's being an ass" I spoke making Jacob put his forehead against my shoulder and started laughing harder that he couldn't breath "you alright there mate" I said to Jacob "it...hu-urrts..." he said in between laughs, "sorry my humour is just immaculate" I replied with a smirk he fell of the bench hitting the ground face first, that made him stop laughing.

He jumped of the ground which startled me "My white top!" He yelled turning to me "is it still white?" He asked clearly concerned that his dad was going to kill him if it wasn't "no" I said trying to hide my smirk "ye-" I cut Bella off by looking at her, Jacob yelled "my dads gonna kill me!!"

I started laughing again which made his face dead serious "your lying aren't you?" He asked "yep" I said when I stopped laughing "that's rude" he said pretending to pout "awww too bad" I said looking around to see if Edward was back yet, Jacob sat down again next to me acting as if nothing had happened, "let's hear it" Bella said continuing there previous conversation "just don't get mad okay" Jacob said I looked at him and raised a brow "he wants you to brake up with your boyfriend" Jacob said sorta smirking "hahah lol you have to break up with Edward" I teased "just shut up ok!" Bella yelled at me, I stopped smiling and glared at her, Jacob looked at her in surprise at her sudden outburst then at me "fine have fun talking" I said getting up walking away to the prom room.

JACOB POV

I looked at Bella, she had just told El to shut up and I don't understand why, I looked at El who was glaring at Bella, "fine have fun talking" she said and got of the bench walking to the prom room.
She looked so elegant walking away, her pink dress and black hair flowing every step she took, her heels clicking loudly, she was beautiful. I had noticed the day we met she had a chunk missing from her right arm, I wonder what happened.

I couldn't help but stare at El as she walked away "Jacob" I heard Bella say "why did you yell at her" I said looking at Bella "I didn't mean to I'm sorry" she apologised I could tell it was fake "you need to apologise to her not me" I said to her, she was being mean for know reason, at least not that I know of "anyway what were you saying before" Bella said changing the subject, as much as I wanted to ask why she was being rude to El I pushed the thought aside. For now.

"Umm it's he said uh, quote" I said remembering what my dad had told me "we'll be watching you" I left out the part where he lectured me about being friends with El, because she was friends with the Cullens, but I argued against it she's a nice person and I want to get to know her before pushing her away. "Okay well tell him thanks" she said laughing "okay" I replied still thinking about El "and to pay up" she said standing up "okay, let me help you" I offered as she stood up "Jacob" a voice spoke 'Edward seriously' I thought "I'll take it from here" he said glaring at me "guess I'll see you around Bella" I said walking away when an idea popped in my head.

ELEONORAS POV

I walked in the prom room it was really nice looking, for a prom, I scanned the room to see Mike and Jessica taking photos with each other, Mike was smiling while Jessica was posing, she looked really pretty in a velvet dress and white gloves, they waved at me and I returned it. I looked around again while walking to see Eric and Angelia at the Dj stand 'cute' I thought, they really did make a cute couple, they saw me and waved, again I returned it.

I walked around some more before finding the "food" I said to myself. I walked over scanning the different sorts of food "lots of choices isn't there" Jessica said walking up behind me "yeah just what to chose" I questioned my appetite "well the gummy worms are reaaally good" she said taking a handful "ok then gummy worms it is, thanks" I replied taking lots of gummy worms "and you look beautiful by the way" I said complimenting the girl stood before me "thanks so do you" she replied taking in my outfit "hey there you are" Mike said to Jessica coming around the corner "hey El" he said seeing me and looking back at Jessica "hey" I replied shoving a gummy worm in my mouth, Mike whipped his head around and looked me up and down "you look hot" he said, me and Jessica laughed at his confused look after realising what he had said to me "thanks Mike, you don't look so bad either" I said "I'm gonna go bye" I said again walking away "bye" "byeee" Mike and Jessica said at the same time.

I found a seat and sat down not in the mood to dance, I continued eating then shoving gummy worms into my mouth. Jessica was right they were really good. I was enjoying my moment alone watching the people dance as a slow dance song came on when some one walked in front of me blocking my view, I looked up to see a random guy I didn't even know smiling down at me.

"Would you like to dance beautiful" he said "no thank you, um I'm not in the mood to dance" I replied looking up again "okay then sorry for bothering you" he said walking away 'at least he was nice when I said no' I thought eating another gummy worm, a couple minutes past, slow song after slow song kept playing, when someone blocked my view again as I put a gummy worm in my mouth. I sighed and looked up "look I don't want to dan-" I was cut short when I saw a familiar face "Jacob?" I asked.

JACOBS POV

I had walked into the prom room and saw no El, I kept looking around but the place was really big, "hey um excuse me" I heard a girls voice say behind me, I turned around to see a brunette girl and blonde guy standing holding hands, the girl looked at me "are you new I don't think I've seen you around here before" she said looking me up and down "because I think I would have remembered if I did" she said again smirking the blonde guy looked kinda upset, she was hitting on me and I still couldn't find El "umm yeah I guess you could say that" I replied looking around then wondering if she knew El.

"hey uh you wouldn't happen to know where a girl called El is would you?" I asked the couple, the girls face turned into a confused look "you know El?" She asked "how do you know El?" The guy asked after the girl "so you do know her, can you tell me where she is please?" I asked them again, they looked at each other then back at me and smiled widely, it was sorta freaky "yes she is to your left near the food, and she's really miserable because no one asked her to prom" she said pointing in the direction where she said El would be "okay thanks" I said walking in the direction the girl pointed "good luck" they both yelled.

I walked around the corner spotting a lonely El watching the couple slow dance "El" I yelled she didn't look at me, she probably didn't hear me, so I walked up and stood in front of the girl as she put a gummy worm in her mouth 'she's so cute' I thought, she sighed and started slowly looking up I smiled "look I don't want to dan-" she stopped talking when her eyes met mine "Jacob?" She asked confused she stood up from her seat and smiled "what the hell are you doing here?" She asked playfully hitting my arm, I'm not going to admit it but it actually hurt "well a little birdie told me you didn't get asked to prom so here I am" I said flexing my muscles, she blushed and playfully rolled her eyes "so El may I have this dance" I said bowing down and stretching my hand out to her "no" she said with a smirk.

I stood back up "no?" I questioned she laughed and grabbed my hand pulling me to the dance floor, I blushed when she put my hands on her hips and her arms around my neck. It was amazing I really enjoyed it even though she was really cold she was still an "awesome dancer" "thanks" she said smirking "umm what" I asked "you said I'm an awesome dancer, you are too" she replied making her smirk get bigger "oh um thanks" I blushed "I'm so stupid" "no your not" she said again losing the smirk and resting her head on my chest 'first she's leaning on me and it's making me feel sick, some sort of animal is ramming inside my stomach, but like it's a good sick, and second I said another thing aloud' her hands ran down to my waist as she put herself in a more comfortable position.

The slow dance ended and she pulled away and so did I "you really are a good dancer" she said "you are to" I replied blushing for some reason "now where did I put my gummy worms" she asked herself I laughed she's so cute "here gummy, gummy here gummy worms" she whispered walking around in a crouched position, I saw here gummy worms in her purse and walked up behind her, I grabbed her waist making her squeal "omg Jacob you scared me" she said taking deeps breaths "your worms are here" I said lifting her purse that rested on her shoulder "aha i new I'd find you" she said grabbing one and eating it I laughed, and she joined me.

"Eleonora Elizebeth Niles" I heard someone say, she stopped laughing and looked behind me her eyes hardened and I turned around to see "Edward" I said crossing my arms over my chest "what do you want" she said putting another worm in her mouth. "Don't you dare speak to me like that young lady" he replied walking closer, she rolled her eyes and I laughed, she looked at me and smirked while Edward was throwing daggers with his eyes "I told you not to call me my full name you know that Edward Anthony Cullen" she said his full name in a mocking tone, his eyes filled with rage and he grabbed her arm "I'm taking you home" he said glaring at me before trying to walk away but El wasn't budging.

"Eleonora you are coming with me" he said still trying to pull her away "umm actually I was taking her home" I said making El look at me and smile "yeah so let go and take Bella home okay" she said agreeing with me "fine, but if you hurt her in any possible way, that will be the end of you and your family" he said in a threatening tone I just laughed "just piss off Edward" El said pushing him aside and grabbing my hand "come on Jake" she said in a sweet tone 'she's cute when she says Jake' I thought, Edward looked even angrier when I looked back.

I ran up to El picking her up bridal style and running outside "woah ok Mr Black" she said I smiled 'I never told her my last name' I thought "Bella told me" she said resting her head on my chest as I continued to walk "what?" I asked completely oblivious to what it was she was saying "I mean your last name Bella told me" she said again "ok" I replied and stopped walking putting her on her feet, "where's you car?" She asked looking around "ok don't freak out" I said making her look at me "ok?" I asked again "umm ok" she said.

I walked her to the forest making her close her eyes "why?" She asked "just close them" I said "ok ok" she said covering her eyes with her hands, I walked away and drove something to her "ok open your eyes" I said and she opens them "cool bike" she said walking up to my motorbike "yeah it's a-" I got cut off by her saying "a Harley-Davidson nice" she said walking closer "you know the brand?" I asked quite curious.

"yeah my da- caretaker owned one, we uh had to sell it though" she said turning sad "oh why's that?" I questioned her, I didn't want to pry but I kinda wanted to know why "he uh died" she said taking the spare helmet from behind me and putting it on "oh I'm sorry El I ding mean to-" "it's fine really" she said hoping on the back, she wrapped her hands around my waist pulling herself closer to me "for a second I thought you were gonna confess you undying love for me" she said chuckling I blushed "ok hold on" I said and started the bike, driving off threw the woods onto the road.

ELEONORAS POV

We got home with me telling him the directions, Jake pulled into my driveway and stopped the bike I got off and took the helmet off of my head, handing it to him "thanks for the ride home" I said smiling at him "no problem" he said hopping off the bike, I started walking to the front with Jake following. I unlocked the door and turned around making our faces inches apart "thanks for dancing with me tonight Jake" I said smiling at him "it was an honour my lady" he said making me laugh, he took at step forward making our noses touch, he leaned in our lips almost touching when my front door opened making us jump apart, "Elizabeth we need to talk" someone said and I turned around like lightning speed.

"Mum!?"...
