Spoilers for that by the way.

Yuga was going to suffer WAY more than he had in Chapter 3. A lot of them were cut due to lack of time.

First of all, Kanade's grooming plan.

There was going to be a moment where Kanade puts black ink on the cards Yuga recreated. With the one that looks like Sevens Road Magician being rip in half as a symbolism for Yuga's dream and sanity will be ripped apart. And then some cards that are his friends' ace monsters all have words written in black ink saying "They hate you." This to symbolize how his memories of his friends were lies. The black ink as a whole represent how his innocent will be tainted and ruined throughout the entire chapter.

Another one being a moment where Kanade brings Yuga to the media room, tie him up, duct taped his mouth and puts blinders around him. So basically he will be forced watching something. What is he was forced to watch? It's basically the other Yu-Gi-Oh protagonists doing their thing. This seems fine at first but this is Kanade Otonokoji we are talking, nothing is going to be great. She berated him, saying how those protagonists had a purpose and not him. Saying he has no purpose but only to serve the villain (Otis, in Xrossedronpa, the final episode is basically Yuga came back a few days after the final duel.) without realizing and how he is the weakest out of all the protagonists. With her saying how the other protagonists possibly hates Yuga.

Now for the IF: Inferno Fell. A.k.a the motive.

So..... remember how Yuga is actually a child born out of wedlock? So originally, the final moment of Yuga's IF torture wasn't his friends about to hung him. It was originally going to be where Yuga is being found by a Goha Employee and.......he was almost met the same fate as his mom...... with Monoentity, right after revealing what happened in this version said "like mother, like son". I scraped this because I was like "okay, I'm not THAT evil." Cause I feel like that was going too far even for me. So I replaced it with the attempted hanging by his friends.

Finally, the diary stuff.

There's originally going to be more stuff about Yuga's diary. Such as his opinion on the rest of the cast and some of the major stuff he does (The get along circle, building QAHR, etc.) throughout the killing game. And then there's stuff about how now he hates his friends and the other protagonists and how he envy them all (with a bonus how he envy the entire cast.), how hates and regret making Rush Duels and how he draws himself commiting many ways of suicide.

As a bonus, there was originally going to be a CG where Yuga has the most twisted and scary face while laughing after killing Kanade. I got the inspiration for that from Umineko Episode 4: Alliance of The Golden Witch. In that episode, there's a CG where Maria has a scary face while killing her mama over and over again. Here's what it looks like:

Terrifying right? And this is Maria. Imagine if this was Yuga. Another unused CG is where Yuga covers his face while crying right after being exposed as the blackened.

In a nutshell, Chapter 3 of Xrossedronpa was originally going to be as dark as Ultra Despair Girls Chapter 3. And Yuga deserve better. Also, Fuck Kanade.
