"Guys I don't know if I can do this..." I say hesitantly as we enter the studio for this first time since my fallout a few weeks ago. Slowly over time things have gotten better. I've been able to get the twins a little back on schedule. I'm still getting the hang of balancing being both a mom and a dad but I'm far from where I used to be.

Chloe held my hand guiding me inside. "We're not going to push this time." She said letting go and sitting down next to Nova on a couch. "Yeah I don't think Chloe wants to end up on the ground again" Nova laughed and Victoria shot her a look telling her that this was not the time.

Normally when there's a lot on my mind, or something thing I want to get off my chest, I put that into my music. I use it to take my mind off of things. And I did just that. We spent hours in that room. Writing. The more time that passed I figured out that maybe, my friends did have a good reason trying to get me back here.

Mommy? Do you remember back when me, Chloe, and daddy bubble wrapped the entire studio?" Nova randomly brought up and my head snaps over to her, "Yeah," I blew air through my cheeks. "What about it?"

"Oh I was just thinking about how red your face was."

I could tell Chloe wanted to laugh and she did letting out a cackle, "Ha! That was fun."

"Um hello? Me and Vic had to spend the entire day cleaning this place up. You guys could've broken something."

"Duh that's why we used bubble wrap" Nova said in a obvious tone.

"Your girls tired? If you are we can leave?" I say and they both shook their heads no. The second we got home they'd have to go to bed so this was a excuse to stay up past their bedtime.

"Alright..."

"Mommy did you and daddy ever do studio sessions together?" Chloe says and I smile. "All the time."

"Did daddy have a favorite?" I rolled my eyes at Nova, "No. He loved you both equally."

"Have you gotten anything done today?" I motion for the girls to come over to me, "Lots, thank you guys so much for caring about your mommy. This is hat I needed to get back on track. And," I kissed Chloe's head,

"Thank you for not pushing this time."

Chloe tapped me on the nose, "No problem mommy!"

"I'll definitely be back tomorrow, but it is late so why don't we go home and get you girlies in bed?"

"Or we could stay up with you..." Nova said looking up at me with her big eyes, "Nice try, it's already past you're bedtime let's go."

"Mommy! Chloe's loud and I can't sleep!"

"No Nova's being annoying"

The twins whine busting into my room bringing all of the dogs in with them.

"Oh so there's no such thing as knocking huh?"
"It's time for bed! Go to bed! I tucked your guys in 30 minutes ago"

Nova grabbed ahold of one of my large pillows, "Hey Chloe," She hit her sister with it almost making her fall off the bed.

"So you wanna play like that?" Chloe threw the pillow back hitting Nova. Me caught in the middle of it all. "Girls it's too late for this-" I was caught off by Nova slapping me in the face with a pillow.

"Okay, are we really doing this?" I laughed grabbing my own ready to throw it at either one of them.

"Yeah!" Chloe said tackling me and I fell back down. "CHLOE" I groaned trying to push her off me. "Hey Chlo I think we should sleep with mama tonight." Nova says. "Yes we should. Mommy we're gonna stay in here!"
