[OM] Electric Shock.
After Apocalypse, everyone was trying to settle back into their normal routines. That included you and Ororo. You had been a student at the mansion for a few years before it happened. It was difficult, trying to teach Ororo a few things that were different there than what they were in Cairo, where Apocalypse had found her, but you were slowly getting there. One of which was that she didn't need to pickpocket. That was still a lesson that you were trying to teach her. The key word was trying. You were having some difficulty, mainly because she didn't always listen to you.
You were walking along the corridors of the mansion when you saw her walk passed a group of mutants, her hand quickly moving passed one of their pockets as they didn't notice. But you did. A groan left your lips, your hand pinching the bridge of your nose as it rested on your other arm around your stomach, your body quickly moved in front of her—still in the same position—she let out a small yelp as her body jumped back in shock.
"Ororo." You shook your head. Removing your hand from your nose as you looked up at her. "Return it."
"I didn't do anything." She shrugged.
Before she could react, you held the wallet in your hand. "I somehow doubt that." You were home one second as you returned it before going back to her. "What have I told you?"
"Don't get caught—"
"No!"
"It's not a big deal, relax. There was nothing in it, so, it wasn't like I was stealing much," she defended.
"You just admitted to stealing. Therefore, it is a big deal." She rolled her eyes at you. "You don't have to steal here, Ororo, not anymore."
"Yeah, I know," she huffed. "But it's more fun." She smirked, walking around you, leaving you to stand there with your hands clutched in fists. You shook your head, walking the opposite way she went as you went to go to your lessons.

A few hours later, you were outside, laying on the grass, staring at the clouds, not knowing what else to do. Your fingers picked at the grass around you before you felt a gust of wind. You didn't bother turning your head to the side until you heard someone gagging and coughing. You turned your head, with eyebrows furrowed, and saw Peter laying on the grass next to you, his hands under his head, his goggles resting on top of his head while his shiny silver jacket reflected the light from the sun, blinding you.
Beside him, Ororo was leaning forward, holding the back of her neck. "What the hell, Peter!" She growled, slamming her fist into his stomach. Peter groaned, his hands moving to protect his stomach as he rolled over to face you.
"You said you wanted to find them!" He groaned.
"Yeah, I wanted you to give me directions! Not whiplash!"
"You'll get over it," he managed to squeak out.
You patted his head soothingly before looking at Ororo. "Why did you want to find me?"
"I was bored, no one was telling me off for pickpocketing." She shrugged, pulling out random junk from her pockets. "It's more fun when you're around."
"My God," you muttered, looking at everything she took. "Return all of it, O!"
"You see, I would..." She trailed off. "But I have no idea who all of this crap belongs to." She grinned. You closed your eyes and sighed, pinching the bridge of your nose once more. "See!" She exclaimed, making you look at her. "It's fun to watch you get all annoyed."
"Why must you do this?"
Ororo shrugged and put the stuff back in her pockets. "Come with me." She stood up. "Leave the baby."
"Don't leave me!" Peter whined. "I'm your son!" He held onto your leg. "I have your speed and her old person hair colour!"
"Petey," you raised an eyebrow. "You're older than both of us." You laughed quietly as he fake cried. Ororo rolled her eyes and she grabbed your arm and pulled you away from him.
"Well, son. Your parents need to do some stuff. Like, leave you." Ororo pulled you away from him once more, linking her arm with yours.
"I think he secretly enjoys the pain," you mumbled, turning your head back to look at him. "I also don't think you have old people hair, he does." Ororo laughed quietly, dragging you with her. "Where are we going? You said you didn't know who you stole from."
"We're going to your room to hang out," she stated like it was obvious.
"How about I just run us there?" She opened her mouth to interrupt. "Keep your eyes and mouth closed. Your body relaxed, and I promise I won't give you whiplash." You held the back of her neck securely, holding her arm with your other hand. Her body almost fell backward when you stopped inside your room. "You can open your eyes now," you told her, letting her go.
She let out a sigh of relief, falling backward onto your bed, her arm stretched out and you sat down on your desk chair. "Wow, I don't have to throw up."
"I'm more experienced than Peter when it comes to...well, everything." You chuckled, picking a pen up from your desk. She sat up more.
"Can we watch a movie?" She hit your leg with her hand, getting your attention. She quickly pulled her hand away, yelling, "You shocked me!"
"What?" You laughed at her, not feeling anything.
"You gave me an electric shock!"
"What do you expect? When you run at fast speeds there's going to be some energy, not to mention that you control the weather, like lightning!"
"Still." She pouted, rubbing her hand. "You shocked me."
"Get over it." You rolled your eyes with a grin, getting your old laptop from your desk. You walked over to the bed, watching her get comfortable under the covers, shuffling to warm the bed up. You raised an eyebrow at her just before she lifted the blankets up for you to get under. You sat down, letting her put the blankets over you before you started the laptop up, getting a movie ready for her.
