I don't know how they did that but, okay.
Owen and Davey made friends with undercover cops one night and and convinced them to help them to pull a prank on Lex Luger.
So, later they stopped a car driving Lex, with Owen and Davey as passengers.
While the cop was walking back to his car, Davey yelled out "blow it out your arse!".
The cops came back and demanded for Lex to come out. They then handcuffed him and ignored Lexʻs reasoning that he didn't yell anything.
After Lex started to get really terrified, all of them revealed the joke.
