"Excuse me!" The woman yelled when she opened the vet's door, causing the customers to jump in surprise.

AJ came from behind still holding the dog when he saw familiar faces inside.

AJ turned to see both Mike and Dolph waiting patiently as they were seated comfortably on the sofa. Mike sniffing the flowers quietly, while Dolph was holding a magazine beside him when his phone suddenly rings as he stood up and excuses himself from the room.

The veterinarian came out from the room as he examined Mike's face, "What's your name?"

"How many times do I have to tell you doc that it's Mike Mizanin?!" Mike yelled, taking a step closer to the doctor, whose eyes seemed bore into him.

"Oh yeah, Mr. Miz. No need to worry, Pumpkin's alright." The doctor snickered, tapping his shoulders. The Miz sighed in relief after hearing the news.

Then he turned his head towards their direction, his lips curled upward, "If it isn't-"

"Hush! I came here for a different reason. Please take care of him." The woman suddenly pointed at AJ.

"You mean this young man?" He gasped as the woman rolled her eyes.

"No. The one on his arm." She clarified.

The doctor keeps nodding his head as he replied, "I see."

~At McMahon's mansion,~

Seth suddenly stopped jogging in their backyard when Finn stepped outside while smiling at his phone screen.

{"We went to El Resto for dinner! And the foods were so delicious!"]

Bayley exclaimed through a video call.

["I know! I know! I just ate there three days ago. And gosh! The donuts! Have you tried it?"]

Seth chuckled as he witnessed how Finn and Bayley were sweet at each other. The nerd guy decided to leave Finn alone and headed inside the mansion.

["Anyway...Finn..."] Bayley suddenly sound serious. ["I just talked to Dad and......."]

["And what happened?"]

[....anyway, did you already ate dinner?"] Bayley asked instead as she couldn't tell her news to him.

~At the Veterinarian Clinic,~

"Doctor, is it okay?" AJ concernedly asked.

"I gave it some shots and some anti-inflammatory medication...it should be okay for now." He said.

"Hey mister, is she your girlfriend?" He suddenly asked which makes AJ raised his eyebrow at him. He turned around to see the woman talking to her phone outside the room. He wrinkled his nose in disgust.

"No way!" He denied which makes the doctor laughed at his response.

"I figured, but this is the first time she brought a man with her so I thought--" their conversation was suddenly interrupted when the woman walked inside without knocking on the door.

"How's the doggo doing?" She asked.

"Well, it looks like it's a stray dog the both of you took in together..."

The woman coldly stared at the doctor as he continued, "Because, besides nutritional deficiencies, we also found symptoms of osteomyelitis..."

"Osteom WHAT?" AJ loudly exclaimed.

"It'll have to stay here for a while for treatment. I have to warn the two of you, the cost is not going to be cheap." He explained.

"Cost?" AJ asked.

"Doctor, the cost isn't a problem. Please, you have to heal this dog." The woman calmly stated.

"Money isn't a problem." The woman stare shifted to AJ, "Right?"

AJ just smiled at the situation.

Meanwhile, Roman was walking alone on the street when a car stopped and blocked his way. Three guys stepped outside the car and slowly approached Roman.

"Are you Jay White?" The leader of the black hood gang asked.

"No-no."

"You're not Jay White? Then who are you?" The other guy asked with furrowed brows.

"I'm Roman. Not Jay------" Roman couldn't able to finish the sentence because the leader suddenly kicked his stomach.

"Let's beat him, guys!"

Unfortunately, Nikki walked to the same street and spot a familiar hair of his classmate getting beat up by three men in the black hood mask.

"Is that Roman?" She asked herself and immediately ran to help Roman.

Nikki delivered a vicious step-up enziguri kick on the leader of the gang.

"Who is this woman?!" The other guy confusedly asked and just looked at Nikki from head to toe.

Nikki didn't doubt to attack the two big guys with her punches. The two fell on the ground and Nikki picked them up and delivered a rack attack.

"ARRRGHHH!!!"

"LET'S GO! SHE'S A MONSTER!" The leader shouted, crawling in pain and the gang ran away wit their black van.

Roman groaned suddenly while lying on the road. Nikki approached him and help him to get up.

"You can't defend yourself being a good guy so stop it and become already a bad guy."

"I'm not a good guy, I'm not a bad guy. I'm the guy." Roman said, rubbing his stomach to ease the pain.

"If it wasn't for you, I couldn't be alive." Roman sighed as he took a seat when they arrived in a mini-store.

"Can I call myself a hero now?"

"Nikki, thank you is not enough and I don't know how can I repay you. You just saved my life...and I don't want to feel indebted so...... I'll help you with your plan."

~Back on AJ Styles' journey,~

"Goodbye to my monthly allowance..." AJ quietly mumbled as he stared at his empty wallet.

He was surprised to see Mike is still in there, looks like he's waiting for someone.

He ignored him and was about to open the door when he heard him called out his name.

"What?" He asked as he turned around to face him.

"You sly bastard. You didn't even tell us you got a new girlfriend!" He teased.

"She's not my girlfriend, Mike. We coincidentally met because of that dog, that's all..." AJ replied.

"What a fateful encounter then!" He said, resulting in AJ shooting a menacing glare at him.

Mike laughed at his reaction, "Calm down dude. I'm just joking!"

Their conversation was interrupted when the beautiful blonde woman walked out of the doctor's room.

The woman's eyes darted from AJ to Mike and back again. She approached AJ as she handed him a card.

"What's this?" Mike suddenly grabbed the card out of AJ's grasp as he examined it closely.

"A calling card!" He exclaimed which the two turned their heads at him and raise their eyebrows.

"Sorry! Well, I gotta go. Enjoy your sweet date AJ and bye Miss." Mike give back the card to AJ as he waved his hand and run towards the exit.

The woman blinked for a moment, processing what had just happened.

"Your friend probably misunderstand..." She pointed out.

"Don't worry. I already explained the situation, he's just messing around." He assured her.

"Mr. Styles," She began, gratefully, moving away and picking the flowers on the vase, "Thank you for accompanying me here to save the dog. For waiting patiently to its result and for paying half of the bill. I can't thank you enough for what you've done."

"Hmph," AJ scoffed, walking to the sofa and taking a seat, "I'll be lying if I'm going to say that the cost doesn't surprise me. But having to help the dog makes me really happy."

"Well, I'll contact you when the dog's condition improved. Is it alright?" The blonde asked, kindly.

AJ quirked an eyebrow as he stared at the calling card with just a number in it on his hand, "Sure. I'll be waiting."

The woman giggled, "I'll send you pictures of it whenever I'll visit, okay?"

AJ struggled to stifle a laugh when he realized she was serious, "I'm not exactly the type who bothers with dog pictures but fine."

"It'll be cool," The woman jested playfully, folding her hands in front of her as she swayed.

"What's your number? Put it here." She asked as she handed her phone to him.

"Oh." AJ obliged as he put his number on her phone.

"Nice phone case, by the way," AJ added staring at the phone with tiger design as he handed the phone back to her.

The woman just smiled at him. As the two parted ways and AJ realized that he forgot to ask her an important thing.

"WHAT'S HER NAME?!" He yelled particularly to no one.
