The Story: At TLC, Kevin Owens won a 6-man Ladder Match to face Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship.

The following night on RAW, Paul Heyman would call out Owens, telling him that he will fail to defeat Brock Lesnar like all the rest have. Owens responded by giving Heyman a Pop-Up Powerbomb.

On the final RAW before Royal Rumble, Brock Lesnar would engage in a brawl backstage with Kevin Owens. Brock would then knock out Owens with a German Suplex, and a F5 on to a car hood. Can Owens survive against the Beast?

The Match: Kevin Owens and Brock Lesnar begin to trade punches with each other in the middle of the ring. Lesnar then dodges a punch from Owens, and he nails him with a German Suplex.

Lesnar then Shoulder Tackles Owens in the corner, and he hits him with a second German Suplex. Owens tries to fight back, but Lesnar hits him with a Belly to Belly Suplex.

Lesnar then begins to viciously pummel Owens, punching and elbowing him in the face. Owens manages to cover up, but Lesnar hits a third German Suplex on him.

Lesnar then goes for the cover, but Owens kicks out at two. Owens then begins to take down Lesnar, and he begins to punch Lesnar in the face repeatedly. Owens then crushes Lesnar with a Running Senton.

As Lesnar rolls out of the ring, Kevin continues to attack him. Kevin then tackles Lesnar through the Timekeepers area, and he begins to put more pressure on the champion.

Owens then puts Lesnar back into the ring, and he hits Lesnar with three German Suplexes. Owens then goes for the cover, but Lesnar kicks out at two. As Lesnar backs up into the corner, Kevin hits a Cannonball on Lesnar.

Owens then goes up to the top rope, but Lesnar quickly jumps up, and he does a Belly to Belly Suplex throw on Owens, from the top rope.

Lesnar then hits his Multi-Powerbombs on Owens, viciously targeting his back. Lesnar then hits Owens with Backbreaker.

Lesnar then prepares to hit the F5, but Owens performs a devastating Neckbreaker, that stuns him. Owens then goes to the top rope, and he hits the Bullfrog Splash on Lesnar. Owens then goes for the cover, but Lesnar kicks out at two.

Owens then stalks Lesnar for the Pop-Up Powerbomb, but Lesnar counters it with another German Suplex. Lesnar then hits three more German Suplexes to Kevin Owens. Brock then hits Owens with a devastating F5, goes for the cover, but Owens kicks out at two.

Lesnar then tries to hit the F5 again, but Owens fights out of it and he hits a Reverse DDT on Lesnar. Owens then picks up Lesnar, and he hits him with a Pop-Up Powerbomb. Owens then goes for the cover, but Lesnar kicks out at two and a half.

Owens and Lesnar then trade blows with each other in the middle of the ring. Owens wins the tussle, and he Irish Whips Lesnar into the ropes. Lesnar avoids Owens and he tries to Clothesline him, but he brutally knocks out the referee.

Heyman then grabs a chair, and he tosses it to Lesnar. Lesnar then hits Owens eight time with the Steel Chair. Lesnar then hits a devastating F5 to Owens, landing on the Steel Chair.

Brock then goes for the cover, but the referee is unconscious. Brock then tries to wake up the ref, but Kevin Owens catches him with the Argentine Neckbreaker. Owens then delivers another Pop-Up Powerbomb to Lesnar, but Heyman interfered, breaking up the pin attempt.

Owens then Super Kicks Heyman, and he sets up the Steel Chair. Kevin then Pop-Up Powerbombs Heyman, through the chair. Lesnar then tries to hit another German Suplex, but Kevin escapes, only for Lesnar to trap him in the Kimura Lock.

After three minutes of being trapped, Kevin Owens manages to fight out. Owens then prepares for the finishing blow, but Lesnar catches him with an F5.

As Lesnar goes for the cover, Randy Orton comes out of nowhere by hitting Lesnar with the championship. Randy Orton then knocks out Lesnar with an RKO onto the title belt.

Randy then drags the body of Kevin Owens onto Brock Lesnar, and the referee counts the Three!
