Jim Ross: It was a very pain inducing No Holds Barred match, but Lilith managed to keep the streak alive and become an eight time Women's Champion. Lilith ties with Christal Brown for the most championship reigns in the women's division.

Mauro Ranallo: As Lilith makes her slow walk down the ramp, we wonder what the new champion has to say, following her big victory last Sunday.

Lilith: As the sun sets on Wrestlemania, I stand before you still undefeated! I now sit on the throne, as your new Smackdown Women's Champion!
