The Story: On the RAW after Summerslam, WWE General Manager Edge, announced a 5 man gauntlet match for the WWE Breakout Championship, Neville looked poised for victory, until a returning Gregory Helms, shocked the world by becoming the new Champion.

The following week on RAW, Neville challenged Helms, to a match at Night Of Champions, for the Breakout Championship. Helms accepted.

On the final RAW before Night Of Champions, Neville sent a huge message to Helms, by giving a Red Arrow on the champ, through the Announce Table. Who will walk away as Breakout Champion?

The Match: Neville and Helms try to wear each other down with various holds in the first half, but Neville takes over the match, after taking down Helms with a Springboard dropkick. Neville then begins to wear down Helms, with kicks to the ribs, legs and feet, before disorienting him with a Frankensteiner, sending Helms into the corner.

When Neville tried to attack Helms however, Helms moved out of the way, and Neville's shoulder cracks the ringpost. Helms then spends the second half of the match, working on Neville's injured shoulder. Helms then hits a Superplex, from the top turnbuckle, for a two count. Helms then tries to set up for a Shining Wizard, but Neville dodges, and he hits Helms with a DDT. Neville then goes for the cover, but Helms kicks out at two.

Helms then runs into a Super Kick from Neville. Neville then goes for the Reverse 450 Splash, but Helms moves out of the way, and he hits Neville with the Eye of the Hurricane. Helms then goes for the cover, but Neville gets his shoulder up. Helms then sets up for the Nightmare on Helms Street, but Neville fights out of it, and he reverses it into a German Suplex.

Neville then slowly gets to the top rope, and he tries to hit the Red Arrow, but Helms meets him on the top rope. The two then fight on the top rope, but Neville knocks Helms off, and he quickly hits the Red Arrow. He then covers Helms quickly, but the champion gets his shoulder up at two and a half. Neville, in disbelief, tries for the Red Arrow again, but Helms jumps up, and Belly to Belly Suplexes him to the canvas.

Helms then hits Neville with a Nightmare on Helms Street, and Helms covers Neville for a three count, but the referee sees that Neville's foot was on the ropes. Helms is then in frustration. Helms then stalks Neville again for a second Nightmare on Helms Street, but Neville rolls up Helms for a two count. After Helms kicks out, Neville gets hit with a Shining Wizard, and the referee counts the three for Helms.

Winner and Still Breakout Champion: Gregory Helms.

After the match: Neville and Helms shake hands, and Neville leaves to let Helms celebrate. Suddenly, Gaspar attacks Helms and let's the world know, that he wants a shot at the Breakout Championship.
