More Longish Headcannons

Vermont somehow ended up on a season of the Bachelorette, he doesn't know how and didn't even realize it was a love show until he was already there. Made it to the finial round but lost.
...
...it was a little  weird that the Bachelorette and her partner disappeared soon after the season aired and how Gov seemed a little happier after that- but it must be a coincidence... right...?

*sigh* no Florida

.......you didn't see what Gov did to the Bachlorette and contestant ok? It was all a bad dream, your tired, you didn't get much sleep for the past few days. It was only a dream... right...?

Oh look, Gov got you a present! He doesn't useually give out presents and theres weird dots on his suit, but it's a gift and  you shouldn't question it. Oh look! He got your rat two new rat friends! How nice is that?

½ Food + ½ Chaos
It was a strange thing, but everyone chose not to much attention to it. A little over a month after the meetings started people in goverment positions started... dissipearing. No one knew why they where disappearing or where they went, but the interesting thing was that the only people disappearing ether knew about the states or interacted with them before.
And little while after everyone moved into the state house the disappearances lessened, only happening every once and a while after a state leaves the house. It's always someone who was mean to a state and was mentioned about in the state house or caused physical harm to someone. No one knew what was happening but they knew it had to be someone in the house. Everyone is a bit on edge, not wanting to do the wrong thing and get someone or themselves hurt by the culprit.
Only one person knows who does it. Alaska knows. The introverted state useually stays quiet but he has eyes everywhere. He knows what Gov's doing. He knows what's in that diary. He knows what Gov would do if anyone found out and he doesn't want to risk it.

What happened to the food

Why did Florida find a tracker in his hat??? It fell into his cereal and now he's sad

Randomness

After the Florida tracker incident a few chapters back everyone looked through their clothes and stuff they usually take with them.
Everyone found trackers.
No one felt safe for a while after that
....
It was strange that Gov didn't mention finding one, but everyone just assumed that he found one too from his reaction

While cleaning up a body that he definitely didn't kill Gov was almost caught by Florida, but turns out Coolaid can get the state to quiet down and not ask any questions

.....unfortunately for Gov that doesn't work on all states and Oregon saw him. Now the western state is avoiding him like the plague and hasn't gotten much sleep sense. It's worrying Cal and Washington but whenever they ask him what's wrong or try to calm him down his eyes always dart to the Official and he panics more.

Rocket

Florida, Alabama, Massachusetts, and DC where caught sneaking out to build the rocket when they where planning on sending Florida off after Nasa realized what they where planning after looking over security footage of the four stealing equipment from his lab. He reported them to Gov because they stole really expensive equipment and wanted it back.

After learning about what happened Gov followed them as they snuck out and heard of their plans, and not wanting to loose any states incase something goes wrong he talks to FBI and NASA and gets them to join him when he confronts them about their plan.

NASA ends up getting his equipment back, FBI gets to intimidate states, Gov doesn't loose anyones, and Florida, Alabama, Massachusetts, and DC are scared and arn't aloud to leave the state house for a while, but they arn't aloud to tell the other states why and are too scared to sneak out or mention what happened, even to each other.

FBI is so as intimidating, and they've seen what he's done before. They've seen what jobs he's taken and how bloody they've gotten, the thought of getting on the wrong side of him makes them shudder.

They've never seen Gov so mad before, with such a dark glint in his eyes before, it gave them chills so they listened to what he said out of fear for what he might do to them if they didn't. This is what the American Government would look like to anyone who hasn't met Gov before. But this is the same Gov they've known for so long, the one who lives in the state house and deals with their shenanigans. He's never been mad before...
They never knew Gov could do anything like that.

The four states didn't sleep for weeks.

Relationships

Gov doesn't allow the states to visit countries or fir countries to visit the states without supervision, unless they have good relations or are ally's with the US to avoid any possibly ruined alliances, injuries, or worse.

Rocket 2

Before Gov learned about the rocket plan:
Alabama isn't allowed to set off science experiments in the back yard, near the animals, or indoors. He has to use a lab or his own property to do that because with so many people in one house it can go wrong very fast
After Gov learned of the rocket plan:
Alabama hasn't been doing much experimenting anymore, or much science in general. Gov's not allowing him incase he plans anything or tries to bring back the rocket project. Alabama is planning something though, Gov doesn't know want and the state is planning to keep it that way until he can execute it.

What happened to the rocket?
Well... the states aren't quite sure. Florida and DC have tried to escape a few times to figure out what happened and try to salvage some of the work but have always gotten caught before they could reach it.

Do you want to know why they built the rocket ship?
Florida watched all of Phineas and Ferb, which lead him to wanting to be their friend and then he started nagging Alabama about making the jello pool. After rejecting the pool, roller coaster, and many inators Alabama finally agreed to making a rocket ship.
If the rocket fails Florida would stop nagging them for a while, if it succeeds they would be part of the group getting the first state on the moon and that would've been amazing.
