A few months later~~

Tomorrow was June 2nd, 2017 aka the last day of my junior year! We weren't really going to be doing much different than the usual though. It's all the same classes, same teachers, same lessons, same everything. But you're wrong if you'd be thinking that I, the prank king would be doing nothing and let the best day to prank everyone pass by that easily. I've been told that everyone in my grade has to do some super hard test from first period to third period though so the pranks will have to wait till after first period as I'd hate being pranked on before an important test.

Anyways, it's 3:56 pm now. My daily patrol starts soon so I better go out and save some lives. Beeeeeeeep~ (car honk, if you didn't get it) . You heard that? Patrol is literally calling me to come out now. So without wasting anymore time, I headed out and began patrolling.

Timeskip to an hour later~~~

Today has been going not gonna lie, pretty boring. I usually have at least 1 fun-ish crime to jump into within an hour but today was just helping the elderly cross the street, helping foreigners find their way around New York, and rescuing abandoned animals. Actually you know what, that is really important and was really nice to witness as well so I'd say it's a fair price to pay for happiness.

But then again, everything comes to an end at some point so I was bored again but then, came a notification from my phone. Being the bored person I was, I immediately took a look and it was my one and only math teacher. Annoyed, I groaned and kept it back in my pocket but then, cam another notification, I once again checked it excitedly and it was just my physics teacher. You must be wondering, what am I so excited for? Well, the answer is...I don't know. I just want notifications from someone that's not a teacher. Ding! Ooh, another notification. I checked it again, and ugh man, it was even worse this time. An advertisement! Gosh, I swear if the next ding is not my teacher I'm gonna- Ding! This time I checked it almost instantly again, except with a little less enthusiasm as the last few times. It was May.

May - Peter, I'm sorry but I don't think I can make it today or tomorrow as well. I have a lot of work to do.

Me - That's alright, May! I'll make sure to stay well! Take care of yourself too and I hope you ate the lunch I packed for you today!

May - Oh they were delicious, Pete. Thank you so much for lunch. I'll miss your cooking when I'm gone :(

Me - I'll miss you too

As I sent the last message, another notification just popped up but before I could take at what it was, I was stopped by a familiar yelp.

I take a look around and notice him, the familiar brownish red curled head (or is it hair?), Edmond! I go to greet him but then I realised that I was the cool Spider-Man now so in the midst of attempting to greet him, Edmond spotted him acting like the awkward person he was.

"Hey Spider-Man!" Edmond called out.

"Oh if it isn't Edmond or shall I say Mr. Clumsy as you've gotten hurt nearly every time you see me."

"Oh cmon please, Spidey. Spare me some forgiveness please. I apologise for my clumsiness." Edmond said playfully

"I suppose I could make an exception for you, Mr. Clumsy. Only because you're in my good books though. If you happen to ever be in my bad books, I suggest you run away and never return!" I replied equally playful

"Oh, mighty Spider-Man. Thank you for letting me stay in your good books but I must say...I'm not that clumsy."

"Not that clumsy? Then how about the time you tripped on a twig and ended up in hospital? Or maybe the time you nearly fell into a drain because you weren't looking. You could've died y'know? It's dangerous. Ooh, what about the time you drenched me in green food colouring because I- I honestly still don't know. Need I go on? Because I can really say much more because in these past couple months of coincidentally bumping into you, you have stuck to your title 'Mr. Clumsy' really well so I hereby declare you, Edmond Roux, the award of-"

( I said I'd give you credit and I always stick to my word no matter how late I am so here you go anissavids )

"Okay, stop. You can stop now. You win. Now, please stop and I also need to get going as my shift starts soon. Also Roux? I'm not Roux."

"Ooh, Mr. Clumsy works? Wow, I wonder if Mr. Roux sticks to his Mr. Clumsy title there as well. And I'm using Roux, as one, I don't know your last name, and two, your hair is brownish red sooo why do you think I chose it French sir?"

"I will assure you, I don't. And I didn't know you spoke French, Spidey. Your accents pretty good as well. Are you French? Wait, how'd you know I was French?"

"That you shall never know and you can believe what you want to believe. If you wanna believe I'm French, go for it. If not, then I'm not French. It's as simple as that. Now, didn't you say that you had a shift that needed some attending from Mr. Roux?"

"Please don't call me Mr.Roux again but thank you, Spidey. Hopefully, I don't see you again."

"Don't see me again? Ah, that pains my heart but I've been meaning to ask, what clumsy mistake did you make this time that notified my 'Mr. Clumsy is at it again' alert."

"Well, I nearly choked on this donut I was eating..."

"Donuts, huh?"

"Yeah, the yummy sugary bread with the whole in between."

This sounds familiar. Where have I heard this line before? When did I hear it? Why do his words sound familiar to me? I mean, I'm not actually French right? Or am I and have just never known for some reason?

But before I could continue thinking more, I remembered I was being silent for far too long so we bid our goodbyes and we went back to our own lives. For him, that's going to the cafe and for me, that's being bored. Ding! Or so I thought.

A/N : Hi Guys. I'm so sorry for not updating in so long and for the shitty chapter but things have been really messed up with school, and that and that. Basically, a ton of things. But it was my birthday a while back, so with newfound motivation, I got myself to write this again so yayyy. Let's hope this motivation lasts and gets me good grades lol but anyways, I'll try to get the next chapter out as soon as possible. Like by the end of the month hopefully? But yeah, thank you guys for all your support, you guys are amazing. Love you 💕💕
