History: 
After L'Manberg split slightly, Tommy wanted to ask Techno for help to somehow help and find Wilbur. When Techno couldn't, he chose not to pay him. When Techno tried to curse him for that, the witch hunters started.

Dream and Punz, being friends who worked with Techno before, tried to save him and Phil, and succeeded.
