Yeah yeah, I know these are a bit late, I just suck at rules.

One)) No being too OP.  You have the same powers as your superhero parent, end of story.
Two)) Please use third person, past tense. I find it hard to follow when someone jumps between first and third person, or uses present tense. Also both are annoying. Lol
Three)) The dorms will have a points system going on between them. There will be competitions pitting them against each other. Mostly seeing who can use their powers the best in the given situation.
Four)) Hate the OC, not the person behind them. Honestly I hate it when people rag on someone for whatever reason. So be nice to each other please.
Five)) When talking OOC, use parentheses: ()[]{} or any variation you wise, as long as it's clear that it's you talking out of character.
Six)) Please make a boy and a girl.
