Ch 36

Everyone had fun playing the cards. Chandhini and Veer as usual paired up and cheated full time. But Advay had such a poker face that they couldn't guess his cards. Arnav being Arnav showed all his cards to Khushi who used this knowledge to make him lose.

Sheekha kept trying to sneak peaks at Veer's cards who teased her by leaning toward her again and again on one pretext or other.

After game finished with Khushi winning the game, they went out for dinner.

Chandhini couldn't remember when the last time they had such good time. Though, she missed Megha di.

They came back late and everyone went to their rooms. Chandhini felt she was exhausted. She took quick shower and blow dried her hairs. She came out wearing her favourite pajama suit.

She went to bed, and wrapped herself tightly in blanket. Advay was still downstairs.

Advay came in the room at that moment. Seeing how she was wrapped up involuntarily he smiled. He went to take shower and when he came out, she was in same position. She reminded him of a little caterpillar.

Maybe it was because he had such a good time with his family after years or may be because she had admitted her mistake openly, he was feeling bit lenient toward her.

He got onto bed. As he had spent whole day away from his business, he quickly went through his emails. Suresh had sent him a summary email which had all the important details from various projects.

Chandhini moved closer toward the warmth and laid her head on his chest. He looked down at her. Was she really asleep? She inched closer. He could feel her gentle breath through the shirt.

Not able to concentrate on work. He put his mobile aside and took the little caterpillar in his arms. He was about to wake her up and he couldn't help himself. It was her fault anyway for tempting and teasing him whole day.

Chandhini tossed onto her side. She felt tired. She had exhausting day and then Advay hadn't let her sleep and had woken up for love making.

Now her sore body was keeping her awake. She looked at him sleeping next to her. He looked so peaceful. She thought about throwing water on him. How could he sleep after disturbing her sleep? But he might get really angry so she didn't do it. Her eyes fell on window, it was still dark outside. She picked up her mobile and looked at time. It was 4 in the morning. She looked at date 1st April. She should have started her college but she was being lazy.

1st April! April fool day. She suddenly felt excited and started making plans to fool Veer. Then, she looked at sleeping Advay. Another idea came into her mind. She slowly got up from the bed. She will need massage in morning. God, is he a man or bulldozer?

She went toward dresser and opened one of the boxes. Finally she found the glitter. Smiling evilly she came back to bed and then slowly opened the cap and started to sprinkle silver glitter on him.

My personal Edward Cullen, she laughed silently. I need to take a picture, she thought. She grabbed her phone and took his pictures saving the memory forever. Then, she updated the picture on Facebook with caption,'' My personal Edward Cullen''

Feeling vindicated she tried to sleep.
