The assistant looked at chandhini, she looked very beautiful in blue net saree with her hairs curled and caught up in at nape falling down like a waterfall on her back.

Assistant,'' madam, there is an issue with the stage. It's tilted toward right too much and its taking up the space for tables we were going to set up for food.''

Chandhini barely heard her,her thoughts still at home.,''break it and then built another one.''

Assistant tried again,''but madam..''

Chandhini ignored her protest and said,'' Leave me and don't disturb me until I call you again.''

After assistant was gone chandhini sat on her chair and put her head on table as tried to control her tears.

Advay was playing golf when he got a call from Mr. mangeshakar requesting his urgent presence at office. Advay went to office.

Mr. mangeshkar was waiting for him in the hallway,after greeting Advay he took Advay to his room and told him that he was trying to reach chandhini for past two hours but she wasn't answering her phone and she told her assistant to not disturb her.

She didn't attended the meeting and everyone waited for her an hour before starting without her.

Advay listened to his complaints and resolved them one by one, he approved the pending tasks and then he went with Mangeshkar to take a survey of the work to see how it was proceeding. Both mangeshkar and Advay stared shocked at the stage which was broken and now being rebuilt.

Mangeshkar immediately called his subordinate,he told there was a fault and chandhini madam asked to broke it and remade it. Advay was ready to kill someone. He closed his eyes and counted to ten.

Mangeshkar was angry at his subordinate,''why wasn't I told about this issue, it took whole night to build this stage, how can we make it in 5 hours?''

Advay quickly thought about options,'' get more workers here immediately as many as can be arranged.''

Mangeshkar thought about it and said,''not enough room for more workers. May be we should shift the venue, let me see if I can book some hall in a hotel.''

Advay,'' but the guests?''

Mangeshkar,'' I will personally phone them and tell them change in venue.''

Advay didn't say anything, how could they find a good place so quickly and so many people were invited. It was matter of their family reputation.

Mangeshkar frowned,''there is another option too, maybe we can get a ready made stage and try to fix it here?.''

Advay,''Its worth a try.''

Chandhini slowly raise her head feeling slightly dizzy. She peered around her, did she fell sleep? She remembered thinking about her room and ayi and then, it was a blank.

She looked at time, more than 3 hours had passed, oh my god the function! She got to her feet staggering a little. She drank water and went out of the office. She went to her assistant's cabin but she was not there.

Chandhini went toward the hall. She entered the hall, Advay and Mr. mangeshkar were standing with couple of other people and staring at stage which was being built. She went toward them. Advay turned his head, saw her and turned away from her.

Chandhini went to Mr. mangeshkar and said,''Sorry I missed the meeting, everything is ok?''

The guy stared at her face for a few moments, then gave her a polite smile which seemed more like a grimace, I will be just be back.'' he left from there. Other people dispersed too. She was left with Advay looking at stage.

Chandhini asked,''what happened, why is everyone looking so tense?''

Advay turned and said quietly to her,'' I don't want to speak with you. Just go away before I say or do anything which I shouldn't.''

Chandhini turned and left, knowing he meant it.

She met her assistant outside the hall, Chandhini asked her what happened. She told Chandhini everything. Chandhini nodded, told her to contact if a solution was found and went back to her office.

She had messed up again and really badly this time. She closed her room door and went and sat down on floor beside her desk.

She wrapped her arms around herself. Now baba is going to be angry at me too. He gave me a job but I couldn't do it. She just sat there waiting, hoping that a solution will be found.

Her cell phone rang, Chandhini got up and picked it. It was her assistant telling that the issue was resolved and everything was fine now. Chandhini thanked her for telling her and put the cell back on desk.

She thought to go back home, not in the mood to attend the function, she turned and fell down hard on floor, her mind blanking out.

After ensuring everything was ok, Advay went home without attending the function. He called baba telling him that he was not feeling well. He could not face Chandhini at function, he was still angry at her. She was always careless.

He entered his room and fell down on bed and fell asleep.

Arnav looked around for Chandhini at the party,''Khushi did you see Chandhini?''

Khushi,'' No, maybe she went home with Advay.''

Arnav,''but..''

One of the guests interrupted him and Arnav started talking to him.

After function was over, Arnav told Khushi to go home with Veer and Sheekha. He was going to drink coffee with one of his friends. Khushi nodded and left.

Arnav was coming back from cafe when his secretary called him telling him to come to office urgently. Arnav frowned and asked the driver to turn the car toward office.

As car entered the parking lot, someone was being loaded onto ambulance. Worried Arnav got out of the car, his secretary almost ran toward him.

Arnav asked, ''What happened?''

Secretary,'' Sir, she was found lying on floor inher office, the watch man was locking all the door as per protocol and found her.''

Arnav,''Who was it?''

Secretary,''Sir I think we should follow the ambulance, I will tell you everything on our way.''

Arnav sat in the hospital corridor, his face white as he waited for doctor to come and tell him what happened to Chandhini.

His secretary asked,''sir should I call your family?''

A doctor came out of emergency room and he leapt to his feet,'' how is she now? What happened?''

Doctor,''Sir we have provided her emergency treatment, we are trying to find out why she isn't regaining her senses. Reports will be here soon.''

Arnav sat down, this was what he had been told an hour ago. He felt so helpless. Someone called his name and he looked up, it was head of the emergency department and an acquaintance of his, Arnav had called him when he reached here. His name was Rakesh.

Arnav told secretary to call home and inform them and went to talk with Doctor.

Khushi knocked and then entered Advay's bedroom to find him playing game on his ipad.

Khushi looked around for Chandhini and then, asked strictly,'' Advay,where is Chandhini?''

Advay put the game down and replied,'' I don't know ayi.''

Khushi,'' did you again threw her out of the room?''

Advay got quiet at hearing this, so she told ayi. He picked up his game and again started playing.

Khushi,''Advay! What has gotten into you two, fighting like children? You are older than her at least you should show some maturity.''

Advay,'' Ayi this is between me and Chandhini, I don't want to discuss it.''

Khushi was about to retort, when he mobile rang, she glared at Advay and lookd at screen, it was from Arnav's secretary. Suddenly worried, she picked up the call.

Secretary,'Hi ma'am.''

Khushi,'' Hi.''

Secretary,'' Everything is okay but you need to come to ABC hospital.''

Khushi turned white,'' Is Arnav alright? did he have an accident?''

Advay put his ipad down and got up from bed listening to Khushi.

Secretary,'' he is fine, nothing is wrong with him, he is talking with doctors now. I will be waiting for you at the emergency building gate.''

Khushi,''ok'' and cut off the call. She took a deep breath, he was fine. The secretary wouldn't lie if it wasn't serious and he said Arnav was talking with doctor.

Advay asked Khushi his own face pale,'' Is baba okay? What happened?''

Khushi,''his secretary said there is nothing to worry, let's go there ourselves.''

Advay,'' I will go and tell Veer.'' He stared at Khushi for a moment and held her hand for a moment and then left
