THE HOPELESS CHEMIST

I thought this potion could
give you a infatuation on me.

For cupid hits you with his arrow
and destined you with
another person.

I thought this potion could
give you happiness
when you're laying
here in my arms.

But you turned yourself around
and found a better light to
fill up your warm world.

I thought this potion could
fill up my broken soul and holes
with your greatest love.

But you choose to fill your love
to someone who gives you
a brighter serendipity.

I thought this potion
could heal my sadness
with your colorful smile.

But I never see your rainbow
for you choose to be with
someone else.

I thought this potion
could lead a path towards
to your beautiful world.

But I was lost in a
different path for you
choose to shine with
the stars and the moon.

Because how million times
I created a potion for you
to simply love me.

I always ended up hoping
and breaking apart into
shattered pieces.
