Raghav's POV:

Her eyes were pouring...

And I can do anything but ignore them...

I cupped her face in my palms and kissed her nose...

'Siyuu...is it really hurting that bad?' I asked her softly...

To which she nodded silently a No...

'I can see the tears answer it for you ...but believe me dear...if I wouldn't clear the wound it would hurt more na....it would turn to be septic and maybe we would have to give you a big injection!!!' I said...

'In...In... Injection...na...na...no...' she was stammering...

I was pressing my lips tightly and biting insides of my mouth to control my laughter 🤣

I knew this little 'Oh I'm the strongest' tornado of mine was scared of injections 🤣🤣🤣

I had heard of silly stories of how my dad and her dad had literally caught her hands and legs when she got hurt with a rusted metal rod when she was 7... They had to literally kidnap her and take her to hospital 🤣 where she literally bit the doctor's hand 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Her big button eyes 👁️ were almost popping out of the sockets...

But my shock treatment worked and she stopped crying...

I rubbed her cheeks with my thumb fingers and told her...
'Its ok...it's fine...now no more doctor..no more injection... We will apply medicine to it regularly ok? And if it doesn't heal we will show it to Esha and tell her our little baby Sona is ok with anything but not injection ok?'...

She nodded her head like an obedient child...

While I kept looking at her face...

I had a mad urge to kiss her...

Her pink apple like cheeks were inviting me...

I laughed at my thoughts...

While suddenly I heard a thud sound and we both looked towards the window...

We saw the moonlight was peeping into our room while a strong breeze entered our room...

Her hair strand was again back to flying on her face...on her glossy lips while this time I was in no mood to tuck it with my fingers...

I bent a bit more to her face ...

I wanted to go on trailing my lips to touch her cheek and kiss that little strand of hair ..

She was looking so beautiful in that moon light...

Just when I was about to give into my desire...

I felt a bunch of papers flying through...

She got out of my hold by pushing me aside and went to collect those papers that had scattered everywhere...

My eyes fell on them!

Those were the transfer papers of Sehgal Mansion.

This very minute everything looked fake!

My eyes welled up at the thought and I quickly left the room with a thud!!!

Siya's POV:

These papers were extremely important as they just didn't have the mansion papers but also had my will.

Where I had written my entire property on Raghav's name in case I loose my life.

I had to do this today as I was announced the CEO and I knew what would happen sooner or later...

I couldn't wait till the nth minute.

I told Ashwin uncle to keep this a secret and not even inform my Dad or Ram papa about this...

I swallowed a lump in my throat.

I carefully kept the papers in my locker with a note

I closed my eyes while a drop of tear escaped my eye...

I quickly went downstairs to the party again but I couldn't see Raghav...

While Vikrant came to me and was talking to me...

'It will be great working with you Siya...you have great knowledge about diamonds... thanks to Samay Bhai's training why don't you work with on the jewellery project... I am good to give the contract to your company... anyways I'm working with Raghav for the silk export project...'

Before I could say anything...I heard his voice... 'Wooow excellent Mr Chaddha ... I think Siya mam would love to take it up...after all she has all the research done on this project...Right ...Mam?'

Sarcasm oozed from his voice...

I genuinely didn't want to step over his work...

Raghav had put in months of hardwork to only achieve the Jewellery project from VC Group ...the silk export was a mere attempt to get a meatier project...

I could see hatred in Raghav's eyes...

While he left the party and went to study...

I saw everyone was slowly leaving including Vikrant who asked for Raghav... I lied saying he has headache and Vikrant wished me a bye not before confirming an appointment to meet me tomorrow in the office...

In no time the party got over while Laxman chachu and Ram papa asked me about Raghav...

I told them that tomorrow there is a presentation for VC Group for a major project so he is prepping for it in study infact I will join him soon.

In no time even Dad, Samay Bhai and Bhabhi wished me a goodnight...

While Bhai told me everything is sorted here in India so he and Bhabhi will be returning back to London this weekend however dad chose to stay here...

Govardhan uncle will take care of dad and anyways he trusts me... after all I'm only two streets away.

Bhabhima kissed my forehead and they all left.

While Gayatri Ma told me to take a glass of milk for myself and Raghav as we both ate only the starters.

I nodded and went to the study and knocked while I didn't get a response back from him...

I stepped inside the study to notice his coat was lying lazily on the king chair and he was sleeping on the couch.

The couch in the study was not even as big as the one in our room.

Raghav was a well built man... He was 5.9...

And the couch barely fitted him.

I wondered how can he sleep like this...

His legs and his neck both were literally hanging out of the couch.

It made me feel guilty!

I wanted to wake him up but that innocent face of his was tired...

I quietly kept the glass of milk hoping if he gets up in midnight he could have some.

I went back to our room and got him a quilt and covered him till his neck and looked at his innocent face...

Raghav was a pure beast when awake but a little baby when sleeping..

His hair was falling on his forehead...I caressed them and moved my fingers and raked through them... He moved a little in sleep pulling the quilt more cozily to his face...

Such a baby ❤️

No wonder they call him Golu 🤭

I smiled and quietly left the study..

I was feeling guilty to sleep on the huge bed when he was stuffing himself into the Uncomfortable couch.

So I also decided to take the couch.

I lied down on the couch. It was extremely uncomfortable inspite of being a bigger one than the one in study room.

I must talk to Raghav about this.

Thinking I drifted to a deep slumber.

Morning when I got up my neck was quite painful..

That's when I realised I probably sprained my neck...

I got up to only notice Raghav was already getting ready...while I noticed he got a call and he went to the balcony..

I saw the time it was 8 am.

Shit 🙄 I'm late...

I quickly took my clothes, ran into washroom...

Had a quick bath and came out wearing my saree...

I quickly tied my hair into a mini clip while suddenly I saw two pair of eyes scanning me top to bottom via mirror...

He looked like he went into a trans state again while I was about to say something his phone ringed again and he went out to pick the call...

While he came I wanted to talk to him but he completely avoided me and walked out of the room.

I went down the staircase while entire family was at the table.

It was a full house...

It brought a bright smile on my face...

'Areee Siyu come beta quickly...Your PA told me we have a meeting with VC Group, Khan's and Co and also Arora's at the same time.

I and your uncle will deal with Arora's...you and Raghav divide the other two as who will attend what' Niyonika chachi told me...

While before I tell Raghav said..
'Chachi...Siya is the boss! She will decide who are we to take the call!!!'

That was harsh...

And before he could continue I told..
'Chachi... I wanted to meet Arora's personally after my CEO announcement... and anyways Laxman chachu has very good experience of working on woolen supply which Khan's are extensively famous for...We need your expertise there Chachu and Chachi and Raghav can handle Vikrant... I mean VC Group'

While he said...
'Boss.... I am planning of a day off today...I have some personal work'

I could clearly see he was avoiding to work on the VC Group jewellery project.

What is his problem!!! This much of ego!!!

'May I know what's the personal reason?' I asked...

'You are my boss! I don't need to explain you my personal things' he was literally shooting me down infront of entire family...

Why is he crating a scene here!!!

He only told me to behave in public...

'Well that question is not by your boss but by your wife Raghav!!' I announced...

To which he said 'I need to go to doctor...I have a sprained neck!!!"

While I said... 'In that case let's go together because last night probably I sprained my neck too!!'

I said while I noticed entire family look at us and next second they all started chuckling and laughing...

Raghav's POV:

This woman is a complete nut case!!

She literally...

Ok... She too probably sprained her neck..

I don't know why she slept on the couch leaving the entire bed...

But my family 🤷🙈

I have to probably bare this embarrassment for a lifetime 🤦
