Cheryl Anna Lucy Jackson was a serial killer between the years on 1968 and 1987.

Born on December 10th, 1950 in New Orleans, Louisiana Cheryl's life got off to a rough start. Her mother , Helen Jackson , had been a white woman who had an affair with a black man, Gregory Stevenson Jr. This subject her to a lot of her step-father's , Robert Jackson's , abuse. Though he seemed to mostly leave her mother alone. Cheryl had two older siblings; Daniel and Evelyn, who had been twelve and ten at the time of her birth. She grew up very close with Evelyn despite the age gap.

Often times, Cheryl would try to run away but Robert would find her and drag her back. On one of these outings, she ran into actress Louisa Williams, who at the time was still going by Susie Cox. Shortly before turning seventeen, she once again tried to run away. Robert found her, dragged her back, beat her worse than he ever had before and Cheryl before that day had been shy, quiet and obedient. After waking up two days later, she was far from that.

For her seventeenth birthday, Cheryl was given a copy of Anne Frank's diary and her own diary. Today, the diary is published and contains every entry from her first in January 1968 to the day she died. 

Her first victim was her step-father, whom she killed on the night of July 17th, 1968 with a hatchet. After that, she ran to Evelyn's and told her that someone had just killed Robert and she needed to hide here. She told Evelyn not to call the police. Later that night, she convinced Evelyn's husband , Joseph "Joe" Watson , to go out on a walk with her and she used Joe's gun to kill him, thus making him her second victim.

Then Evelyn called the police. Two years later, she and Evelyn moved to New York City with Evelyn's two daughters, Lila and Amber. While in New York, she'd meet Jacob Liu, Daisy Ling's uncle.

Between the years of 1968 and 1987, Cheryl killed nineteen men. Including her own husband, James Philips, whom she killed after he read her diary. James gave her two children; Tommy and Rosie. Given how their mother was a murdered and all, they spent a lot of time with their aunt Evelyn. Cheryl would be caught when she shot what she thought would be her twentieth victim, Steven Williams, in the shoulder and then went to sleep, assuming he'd bleed out and die.

Well, Steven escaped and went to the police station. In the early morning, Cheryl woke up to see no Steven so she quickly packed a few things, drove over to Evelyn's to grab her kids and left the state. She settled in Charlotte, North Carolina where she stayed with her children for three months and when the police came by, she went without a fight. In her trial, she pled guilty and was given the death sentence.

Cheryl Anna Jackson was executed by lethal injection on June 30th, 2000.
