Time Period: Anytime in which orphanages were bad places to send infants

Writing Prompt: A young woman is lying on her death bed, a newborn babe pressed close to her. Knowing when she dies, her child will go to an orphanage, she tries one last thing to save her child from death. She calls upon the Goblin King to take away her child. Jareth receives the wish and when he arrives he finds the dying woman and takes pity on her, taking her and her child with him to the Labyrinth, saving her life. Over time, a romance forms between them.
