• unless asked, the selected cannot leave the palace on his own accord, they can only be dismissed by one of the selecting princesses

•the selected cannot arrange times/dates with the princess they hope to fall in love with. However in large social gatherings this rule doesn't apply

•Selected cannot lay hands on each other, also known as fighting each other, or sabotage each other. if they get caught fighting or sabotaging someone they are at risk of being eliminated

•Selected can only have a relationship with the selecting princess of their choosing, unless they get eliminated

•for security and health purposes, while in the palace, they can only eat food provided for them at the palace

•for each week the selected are at the palace their family will be compensated

•if a selected makes it to the top 10, they will be considered an Elite, and if not already familiar with running a kingdom and what the life of a king would require, they will learn. Until then, they aren't allowed to seek out that information. Also, if desired, they can eat meals in their room.

•If a Selected wins they become part of the royal family
