Chapter Fifteen: Arvinrosiefel
Chapter Fifteen:
Stella folded the paper and faced her companions.
"Well, everyone, I think we're going to the Rock."
Everyone nodded and thought deeply in silence. The silence was broken by Leo, "Where exactly is the Rock?" eveyone snapped back into reality and stared at Stella.
"I have no idea," Stella answered. Everyone rubbed their chins, thinking of anyone who could lead them to the place.
Lorena snapped her finger. "I may not know where it is, but I know someone who does," she said with an air of hope in her tone.
"That's great!" everyone exclaimed.
***
"This is where he lives," Lorena said as she knocked on a large purple door of a house just a few blocks away from hers. "Uncle John knows everything that has to do with anything around here. In fact, I'm guessing you probably knew him already." Stella wondered who might be behind the door and how she knew him.
"That's what I'm thinking too." Leo thought to her. Surprisingly, she wasn't shocked anymore, she had somehow gotten used to their telepathic powers.
"Who could it be?" she thought to Leo who just shrugged.
"What do you mean?" she asked Lorena. Her question was answered by the man who stood behind the door. Stella and Leo's eyes widened when they recognized the man before them.
It was the very man who led them there in the first place. The old man with the bubbles who gave Stella her name and the map that she threw.
It was the perfect opportunity to ask him the questions she longed to get tho answer to back in the dessert.
"Its you! You led us here!" she gasped.
"But why?"
The old man chuckled. "You my dear, wouldn't understand if it was told to you sooner. You see, you were born in this world but you didn't grow up here."
"What do you mean?"
"You came from another world, a world you knew and gotten used to, a world where humans dwell and live."
Stella was silent for a moment, pondering on his words. She felt numb, unaware of what to react to what the old man said.
They were invited to come inside. She walked numbly towards a couch and sat without permission or invitation. She was drawn into her own thoughts she never bothered to examine the room she was in.
Then, all of a sudden, memories came flooding through her mind. She saw visions of herself in the house the same as Lorena's. She remembered her past life. She had known a mother and a sister. She lived in a town and went to school like other humans her age. She is an ordinary teenager, at least she used to.
Her head throbbed, she fell from the couch and into the cold floor, with Leo doing the same across her. Betasy helped her up while Lorena did the same with Leo. The columans assisted them with Alberta on Leo and Cealie on Stella.
"What's wrong?" Betasy asked the two while helping Stella sit back on the couch. "I remember...I remember everything before I came here," she said, catching her breath.
"I remember too, I saw the visions you saw." Leo said, looking at Stella with anxiety.
"What do you mean?" Lorena asked, unaware of the telepathic powers the twins had. Stella explained everything with details from Leo.
"Wow, that's cool!" Cealie remarked.
"It is, it just needs some getting used to," Leo smiled.
"I remember everything right from when I was found." Stella said as she sat up. 'But why was I there when I was needed here?" she glanced at Uncle John.
"In the midst of the war Stella decided to sent you two there to protect you from harm and to make sure the prophecy will be granted. Unfortunately, you two got separated, but when you came of age, I managed to bring you back here." Uncle John explained.
"What if someone is looking for us out there?"
"Well, when you were sent there, you were visible to them, now that you two are back here, it will be like you never existed."
"You mean, no one will remember us?"
"Exactly, no one should."
Stella paused to let her mind absorb everything. Her head started to ache again, but it was weaker and came slowly and subsided. She leaned her back against the couch. It was all clear to her now. She no longer felt nothing her life seemed to have a new spice. She stood up and said, "I know my destiny now, and its helping my mother win this battle." she said with an air of hope and encouragement in her. Leo felt it too, she could tell. Everyone smiled at this.
"Well then, I think I have to lead you two to your siblings." Uncle John said.
"Do you know where we can find the Rock?" Stella asked.
'Yes, and I will get you there no matter what." Uncle John replied as he handed a glass of water to Stella which she took.

After hours of walking outside the town, The group finally arrived at what is called the 'Rock'. It was literally a rock, a really huge rock. It looked more like a mountain than a rock. In front of it were two holes the size of their holes low enough for them to reach. Stella remembered what Stelliana said in her letter and asked Leo to take out his orb which he did. She pushed her orb into the left hole and instructed Leo to do the same on the right.
The orbs started glowing and the rock trembled. They backed away, afraid of what might happen. A crack traced it's way to the top and split the rock in two, creating an opening in the middle.
Frozen into place, the group gaped at what they saw. Stella made the first step to enter.
It turned out to be a gate to a city!
Everyone was overjoyed at the discovery but was quickly disappointed to find that it was a ghost town. They walked through an abandoned street. The houses were covered in snow and nearly crumbling. It seemed their hope in finding their siblings crumbled along with the houses beside them. Stella tucked her coat tighter to resist the cold. The breeze blew harder as they walked.
"Any chance they could have survived anything that happened in this town?" Stella asked, referring to everyone without specifying who. "I think they did." Cealie said in amusement looking at something. Stella followed his gaze and was overjoyed to see a house...made of ice!
It might be them, she thought. Yeah, definitely them! Leo thought to her as he ran towards it. Everyone else did the same.

The glass doors swung open after they knocked twice. Two persons came out. A girl and a boy. The girl had icy complexions and deep blue eyes. Her hair is white, though close to Stella's blonde. The boy was similar to the girl's though, he looked older. They looked like mirror images of them and Leo, only older, though they had differences with the complexion and shade of hair color. Their expression were baffled.
"Who are you?"
