So Joshie and I decided to do a short story writing challenge we only had 30 minutes to write these.  Joshie gave me adventure so I had to write an adventure short story, and I gave Joshie thriller/mystery so he had to write a short story within that genre.  Here are 2 snippets from Joshie's story but if you like and you want to read more of it then there will be a link to it at the end of the chapter. 

Joshie's short story:

Snippet 1:

 "It was in the house, you couldn't see it, but you knew it was there. you dare not make any sound But you had to move. You hop out of bed and creep over to the closet, slipping inside as quietly as the mounds of clothes will let you. "

Snippet 2: 

"It's not easy to rummage through a kitchen silently, but once again, you beat the odds, finding the blowtortch your mother used to use to make Crème brûlées with. making sure you shake it, you realise you only have half a canister before empty,"

Letty's (me) short story:

Snippet 1:

"After another 7 hours driving we make it to the camping site, I smile remembering all the times we've hear even with the guys, it was fun. Still the same energy and warmth which I loved about it. Fiona stops driving and parks, we both get out, my long straight brown hair moving slightly with the soft breeze"

Snippet 2: 

"Fi and I stand on the edge of the bridge, holding each other's hand.

"Hey Fi?" I say

"Yeah?" she answers back

"I feel we're in that movie."  "
