I was trying to explain this concept to a friend and he said, "Oh, it's like the Tribble's from Star Trek."

For those of you that don't know, my friend was referring to the classic 1967 Star Trek episode "The Trouble with Tribbles".  

They are essentially small, furry, gentle, attractive, and slow-moving creatures but they rapidly reproduce - soon taking over the ship.

In this instance my friend makes a good point.  Creativity is endless, it expands, it reproduces and the more you use it the more you ....create. 

You are creative.  Chances are you are reading this book because you have an idea (or two or three) for a story. You have a plot, or a character in mind. Maybe it's a spin off of someone else's idea (aka Fan Fiction) but you are creating it. 

If I asked you to write a limerick right now about Star Trek or Tribbles or furry creatures, I bet you could do it. Go on....give it a try.
