This is me to a tee!

I am not an eloquent speaker. I often think of great comebacks two or three hours later. Calling up a service rep and getting my problem resolved - its usually uncomfortable at best.

But give me a pre-written speech and I can knock that sucker out of the park, have the audience eating out of my hand.  Having a Twitter "discussion" with someone and I'm witty and full of conviction. Crafting a stern and confident letter of complaint - I'm a pro.
