This advice is about self care.

Stories don't just fall out of the sky, fully written, edited and ready to take the world by storm.  They take work.  Lots and lots of work. 

You're going to have to put in that work. You're going to have to dedicate time to it. You're going to have to research, investigate, write, rewrite, gather feedback, rewrite, publish, promote, edit, rewrite, promote, rewrite and on and on. 

You have to do what you have to do to get that story out of your imagination and out on to the page. You have to become a writer.
