But you have an advantage.  You write on Wattpad and you have lots of beta readers who can help you determine the parts readers skip. 

@Wattpad has done an amazing job of providing you story analytics to help determine what your readers like and don't like - even the silent ones. If you haven't already, check out their stats.  You can access them where you write your stories

Here you can find all sorts of good info on your story.  For example, for my new story, True Blue, I typically post on Fridays. See the spikes - people are waiting for the chapters.  They are engaged.

And the best for weeding out what people are skipping is the Completed Reads.  This is from my first book, Ruby Red, and you can see there is a dip in interest after Chapter  41.  Maybe my climax is too early and readers skip the rest.
