     Lorelei Avery wants more than she can have; she wants out.

     Out from the bland walls of her high school, and especially out from the suffocating smallness of her entire damned town. Day after day is the same old, same old. Lorelei swears shes living in one of those low-budget groundhog day loop movies, doomed to repeat the exact same day over and over again. And honestly, living in forks comes close as to what that felt like. A town where dreams came to die, crushed by the lackluster of joy in the area.

     She thinks growing old surrounded by the same people she'd known from high school would be a top ten worst fear, her own personal hell come to life. It is for that reason alone that Lorelei has been set on being long gone the moment that graduation cap hit her head. To be forgotten by anyone who knew her, vanishing almost like she never even existed there at all. It would take kicking and screaming to make her stay. Lorelei Avery is going to go far, and she won't hear it any other way. Nothing could ever convince her to stay, not even the towns local lonely (and oddly unsettling!) boy.
