I stand alone with me checking the blade of my sword.

I hated this. I was going to Beacon with those Bastards. I look over at my side and see three people.

one is wearing a blue and orange combat gi, the other is wearing a blue jumpsuit with white gloves and boots.
The last was wearing a black tank top with baggy black jeans and brown combat boots. He wore a jacket that read 'capsule corp' on the back.

I walk over.

Y/n: hello, I'm Y/n.

The one wearing a combat gi looks at me with a grin on his face.

???: oh hi!! I'm Phoenix, this is trunks and vegeta!!

I turn to them.

Y/n: hey there.

trunks: wassup?

Y/n: nothing much

I look at vegeta and he looks away with a 'hmph'.

Trunks: sorry, my cousin can be full of himself sometimes.

Vegeta: HEY!!

I chuckle and look at phoenix.

Y/n: so you came to this place huh?

Phoenix: yeah, my foster dad, Zeoticus Gremory, wanted me to make a name for myself.

I sigh.

Y/n: lucky, I was forced to come here.

Phoenix: oh really?

Y/n: yeah. I live on my own because my old family was a bag of dicks.

Phoenix: yeah, same here. thank oum I have a new family.

I chuckle at him then hold out my hand.

Y/n: this looks like a long Friendship Phoenix.

he shakes my hand.

Phoenix: It seems like it.

When the bullhead landed I jump off with Phoenix following me.

Y/n: say Phoenix, you have a semblance?

Phoenix: no, but I do have something that could blow you away, literally!!

Vegeta: no!! Don't show him!! not now!!!

Trunks: calm down cuz, it's okay.

I wave my hand.

Y/n: nah, it's okay!! I'm a patient person.

Phoenix nods and we continue walking when I hear an explosion.

Y/n: what was that?

me and him run over and see a girl in white arguing with Ruby.

Y/n: nevermind, let's go.

I storm off and Phoenix rushes to catch up to me.

Phoenix: was that a member of the family that hurt you?

I nod.

Y/n: let's go to the entrance already. I don't want to be close to her.

he nods and me him along with trunks and vegeta head in to beacon.

(Small timeskip)

I lay by myselfon my sleeping bag. Phoenix went somewhere and vegeta and trunks were doing whatever.

I sit up and groan. in the distance I see yang and ruby talking to a girl with a black bow on her head. I turn over and close my eyes. I see multiple things in the dream.

like when I was abused, and when I was hurt.

bit one thing caught my eye. I could see myself, only taller. And with scales and the height of a tower. I was shooting blasts of flame from my mouth. destroying everything.

I shoot up from my bed with me sweating like crazy. I look and see Phoenix sound asleep. along with vegeta and trunks. I smirk at there position of sleeping.

I get up and grab my flute. I walk outside and in the light of a broken moon, I play the song I used to calm myself.

Yang pov

I get up to the sound of a flute being played. I turn and see ruby getting up to. then my mind flashes back and I remember the sound. It can't be!!

I get up and begin looking for where the sound was coming from.

I see someone standing there, surrounded by a green barrier of light. I could hear the Grimm howling and roaring from the woods. but the sound of his flute was enchanting.

I remember on person who could play like that.
