Fun Fact: At the finale of Recreation episode, you'll see the name Gabi at the moment Cerise turns around to whatever scared her at the cliffhanger. It made me believe that the catacombs wasn't actually founded by her but was founded by Gabi Grassette as his hideout when he was young or something. My guess, Lila saw every secret of Gabriel's past as Hoaxer. In real life, catacombs are strictly forbidden in France, its very prohibited and off limits to anyone to trespass it.

Ladybug and Cat Noir still need to be sure whether or not Cerise is telling the truth. She can be very persuasive all the time as Lila lies her way out of trouble and manipulates people's choices like becoming class representative to convince everyone that Marinette was being pressured all at once along with her love life with Adrien.

But judging how it was when Gabriel hired Lila, he never had second thoughts about trusting a minor since he despised children as no exceptional. It was too confusing for Adrien too since he never asked for this since Lila was too dangerous and manipulative to be in the brand since she's not from a wealthy family of her own.

What's also interesting is Adrien never liked how his father does everything for him which only causes more pressure to be overwhelmed instead of being happy. Not only was he trying to please his father but he never gained approval at all. Only his friends gave him approval but also supported him in trying to be himself.

As for Marinette, she remembers that she won the derby hat contest but Gabriel never wants her around his son. But that still doesn't compare to why he allowed Lila to be around Adrien.

Right now, Adrien has thought of a lot of things. His father barely sleeps much like work was always important to him but very unhealthy for lack of sleep. Plus, his behavior wasn't always the loss of his wife but more like his frustration always getting the better of him. He needed more evidence and facts from Felix, since he is the witness of who Monarch is but he hates to face him again due to the betrayal and nearly caused genocide. So he decided to contact Felix since he was in London to let them be after Marinette was de-akumatized. He dials Felix from a secret number to not give away it's Adrien calling, using Facetime to see his face.

"What now?" Felix answered but was surprised to see it was Cat Noir calling.

"Hello, Faker" Cat Noir dryly said.

"What do you want from me now? I've caused more than enough with wiping and restoring people and given all the miraculouses to that monster" Felix said.

"This is urgent. And I know for a fact that you know that Monarch is your own uncle!" Cat Noir said sharply.

"How did you know?!" Felix asked in shock.

"Lila or Cerise told me everything. Tell me, did you know that Shadowmoth made a sentimonster copy of himself to protect his identity?" Cat Noir asked.

"Yes, by the fact the pants gave it away. But on the same day he threatened me" Felix said nervously.

"Threatened with what? By removing you like you did to everyone?!" Cat Noir asked.

"YES! But please stop reminding me of that event! I'll tell you everything I know of my uncle's schemes!" Felix got annoyed.

"Explain yourself," Cat Noir said sternly.

"You wouldn't understand! Not even my cousin would believe me!" Felix said.

"He will, once I get the truth from you, you coward!" Cat Noir warned him.

"Stop calling me a damn coward. At least I know who that monster is while you and your bug are taking way too long to know who he is. It would have taken you years to find him while it took me months to figure him out" Felix ranted.

"You betrayed Ladybug with trading rather than seeking help! And I thought you were a genius" Cat Noir glared creepily at him, "Now, the truth!" He demanded.

"Yelling at me like that won't get you anywhere. If you want the truth, behave like a good kitty or no cat treat for you" Felix getting annoying the feline having a hissy fit.

"Very well, speak" Cat Noir calms down.

"You better calm down, kitty. If you're not calm, you'll be reckless without listening" Felix said.

"Just speak before I have to fly to London and pluck all your feathers out of your ass myself," Cat Noir said.

"Fine. The truth is me and Adrien are half sentibeings. My father was once a peacock holder to create me. Since my mother and my aunt were infertile, meaning they couldn't reproduce to have a child. Unable to get pregnant by nature. The reason I had to make an exchange was to save my existence from ever being erased by Shadowmoth. Meaning as in die. If I didn't have the peacock miraculous, he would still control me and my cousin like slaves. Only the peacock holder can erase sentimonsters out of existence and I had to take the peacock miraculous, even if it means at the cost of betraying Ladybug" Felix explained his reason.

Cat Noir was speechless to ever hear the dark truth and why he was unable to speak up against his father was because he was being controlled like a puppet, unable to have freedom.

"Does Adrien know?" Cat Noir tested him.

"No, he was raised like a pure human by his mother while I was treated badly by my father," Felix said.

"That figures why everyone calls you a monster," Cat Noir said.

"Please don't call me that. The problem is my uncle. Like my father who treated me badly in my childhood, Gabriel is doing the same thing to Adrien. He's not treating him like a human anymore, he's trying to force him to bond with Kagami because of the contract with Tomao. Like an illegal arranged marriage for example to be eternal icons or something. Knowing my cousin, he would never want to throw away his happiness for my uncle's crazy dream" Felix said.

"Ladybug and I have decided to stop him once and for all, if we could find his lair," Cat Noir said.

"Yeah, good luck with that. It's hidden in plain sight while your cat eyes can't do X-ray vision. I suppose you'll just eat me like you said before without my witness of his lair" Felix chuckled at how Cat Noir was stupid to not think of that.

"I will figure it out eventually," Cat Noir said.

"You both wouldn't last long. I was lucky and un-caught. Cat burglary is not your thing in superhero code" Felix said.

"Damn it, stop making it sound like I can lose," Cat Noir said.

"But you will lose eventually," Felix said.

"We'll see. And where is the secret lair?" Cat Noir asked.

"The portrait of his wife. It has hidden buttons on them. I gotta warn you, he hides something down there and Adrien won't be very happy about it. It's gonna give you hell" Felix warned.

"What kind of hell?" Cat Noir asked.

"Into the depths of hell," Felix riddled him.

"In other words, the supervillain's lair," Cat Noir said.

"More than that. Once you enter, it will be like living in a nightmare of hell" Felix said.

"Then I'm ready" Cat Noir replied.

"It's gonna get very ugly," Felix said.

"The only thing ugly I remember is that you look a lot like Draco Malfoy with slick blond hair and that cold glare, attitude like Slytherin but your alter ego bird like Ravenclaw" Cat Noir hissed over the phone.

"Oh, how I wish I cosplayed as him" Felix replied.

"When living in London like Harry Potter. British or not, your ass is still mine once the cat is on the hunt" Cat Noir hissed.

"Even if I did seek help, you and she would still have my throat cut off because no one listens to me. All they see me as a troublemaker thief" Felix said.

"What you did was unforgivable. But surely Ladybug will have a listen to this" Cat Noir revealed he recorded it all, "It's called a hustle. Boom!" Cat Noir grinned.

"You're blackmailing my soul, are you?" Felix guessed.

"No, providing Ladybug information," Cat Noir said.

"Like I said, a cat burglar you are to steal my tongue" Felix scoffed.

"My first crime then" Cat Noir smirked.

"Then you are breaking the law for your superhero ego. Now you know how it feels when I do the same to steal information" Felix said.

"As an anti-hero. And this info is the key to defeat Monarch" Cat Noir said.

"Adrien is gonna be very pissed and when that happens, he'll end up just like his father, losing every trait of his mother," Felix said.

"I doubt that" Cat Noir replied sternly.

"And how would you know? Ever since I learned the truth of what I am and where I came from, I ended up just like this. Adrien will definitely feel like he was living a lie his entire life and I know how much he hates secrets and lies just like you hate it too from your bug" Felix said.

"Adrien's a strong kid," Cat Noir said.

"He's always been strong like his mother. Strong-headed, caring, and way too dangerously gorgeous for girls to swoon" Felix said.

"He is charming like a prince while you're just the opposite. Now if you excuse me, this cat lives to sink his claws in someone's throat" Cat Noir said, feeling the urge to find that monster whether Felix is telling the truth or not, he will need more facts about his father.

"Good luck on your mission," Felix said before hanging up.

"I'm bad luck, Felix. And you're just as much as a thief" Cat Noir said, putting his staff away.

With Ladybug, she was waiting for her kitty on the rooftops. She admits he can be like a cat burglar but he's never a thief like that, even if it meant stealing information like a hustle the same way Lila tried to do with Adrien and Gabriel. But getting info from Felix the hard way could provide the key to finally defeating Monarch.

The only problem is if he and Felix are truly sentibeings, it's unknown if it makes them real or not, as in not being born from a real God's creation but from the peacock miraculous. He wondered if they were merely hybrids, since when he cataclysmed himself, he didn't go out of control. Or did he really feel pain just like a human being? He doesn't know. Or was it the magical suit that protected him from going out of control?

Ladybug saw Cat Noir coming by and landed next to her, "Don't ask"

"Let me guess, he annoyed you to death?" Ladybug said.

"No, much worse than I thought. The reason he traded all the miraculous was the exchange to get the peacock miraculous. To save his entire existence along with Adrien's. The dark truth is he and Adrien are sentimonsters or basically speaking, sentihumans" Cat Noir held out his recording device for Ladybug to hear it for herself while he goes in the alley to be alone.

Ladybug listens through and hears the part where Felix explains his motives, they were both sentihumans. It all makes sense now. Gabriel was always controlling his son so much that Adrien was being forced to obey orders. He always speaks up against anyone but not his father who wields his amok.

"Unbelievable" She uttered in shock.

If Adrien was born as a hybrid, then it must mean his parents really did find the peacock and the butterfly miraculous. Master Fu did say he lost two miraculouses over a century ago along with the grimoire book.

"It all makes sense now why Adrien never speaks against Gabriel," Ladybug said.

As for Felix, he was being obeyed by his abusive father and growing up with fear, hatred, and no perfect childhood.

"Life can really be messed up in any family," Ladybug said to herself.

But seeing how this is now, Felix gained freedom after his father died but Adrien did not when he lost his kind mother, his father is forbidding him from ever finding new love.

"Kitty, where are you?" Ladybug wondered where he went.

Unfortunately, Cat Noir was processing a lot, accepting the truth of it. His mother raised him as a human, but his father raised him like he was a slave. Every day Adrien would always be forced to not get close to anyone his age.

"It all makes sense now. Being a hybrid human I've lived half a lie" Cat Noir said.

His parents never told him about his true birth story nor told him what he was. His mother may have lied to him but she never treated him like a slave, she wanted him to be happy with the life he's growing into. But when she disappeared or to him, dead, his father was pressing him too far to do everything he said but that wasn't his happiness, it was his father's own image of his happiness.

"If anyone's a monster, it's him" He then said.

"Kitty, there you are" Ladybug found him in the alley.

"Did you get the info?" He asked.

"Yes, he said his lair is in the mansion," Ladybug said.

"And you were right from the first time you suspected Gabriel not leaving the house at all and his brand with butterfly logos. Plus, the last name Agreste means "rural" in French. It is also the French name for the grayling butterfly" Cat Noir said, looking online a minute ago on his staff about the last name.

"Yeah, and that he tricked us twice to not give away his identity," Ladybug said.

"Plus, he never is a socializing person to trust a minor like Lila. He never came to parent career day at school which would've embarrassed Adrien. When Queen Bee transformed in front of everyone, Gabriel left immediately with Adrien. In New York, he was definitely there while pretending to be in Paris. In Shanghai, it's the same with Adrien and Gabriel being there not to spend time there but to claim the prodigious during the eclipse" Cat Noir points out all the facts.

"Yes, it all comes together," Ladybug said.

"And during after we fought our doppelgängers and inspired them to be good, the same exact moment Gabriel and Tomao invented the Alliance rings. Come to think of it, Princess Justice wore one because my princess never wears one. Dark Reaper never used any miraculous power because he never wore one" Cat Noir said.

"Yes, the rings are connected to Monarch" Ladybug figured.

"And the same way he reforged the miraculous into rings," Cat Noir said.

"Yes. It explains a lot more too how he transfers their powers to the akumas. He's using people as in hacking magically into their rings to transfer miraculous powers but every single one of them failed because they don't have the same desire as him" Ladybug said.

"As in desperate to get his hands on our miraculous to wish himself to heal the cataclysm wound but if he does that, someone else will have to die," Cat Noir said.

"And when he escaped with my lucky charm, nothing is going to save him and we cannot let him wish to heal because not only will it heal the wound, it cannot heal the mental state he's in," Ladybug said.

"Wait, I missed out on something. The Resistance guys. Lila was the undercover to pass the information to Gabriel at the exact moment of what they were planning. She wanted to be on the team so she could warn Monarch about what their plan was. And the cafeteria incident with Sole Destroyer, Lila must have done something to get Chloe all worked up like it was part of her plan to get her akumatized" Cat Noir gathering facts.

"And just like how Lila framed Marinette the first time, it was as if it was Gabriel's plan too. If only Bunnix sees the events from the past but we can't meddle with time events. It's too risky and dangerous to trigger time paradoxes" Ladybug said.

"Yes, of course," Cat Noir nodded.

"Adrien is nothing like his father but if he finds out his father is the madman, it can break his heart to lose another parent. Mental scars can be very painful to live with, kitty. I just don't want him to live with that if Gabriel can learn to let go of his madness but if he can't, then his father is already dead to him" Ladybug sighs, knowing full well between Gabriel and Monarch, both are like a fashion designer to create evil akumas into fashion villains instead of greater good.

"Neither do I, Milady," Cat Noir said.

"We just need to be sure it's him. If that liar is right, then it's obvious that she wanted his brooch too. For revenge on me but also vengeance on Marinette too" Ladybug said.

"Except she failed and got exposed. She's out. Although the future could be set in stone or probably changed" Cat Noir said, remembering Timetagger from the future.

"Maybe," Ladybug said.

"I don't know, milady. Felix wasted his time long enough and if he knew who Shadowmoth was, he could've told us but to him, we wouldn't believe or help him. Lila obviously kept it to herself without exposing him because she wanted to steal his miraculous for herself" Cat Noir said.

"I have a feeling she knows more secrets about Gabriel than him," Ladybug said.

"Have they cleaned out her locker yet? Or the places she lived with 3 fake moms?" Cat Noir asked.

"Let's find out," Ladybug said.

It was night and school was closed but Ladybug and Cat Noir came inside the school through the art room window, heading downstairs and into the locker room for 9th graders.

"They really gotta make lock combinations. This is totally unsafe if someone goes into other people's privacy" Ladybug suggested.

"Totally, and cameras too for school safety from robberies too" Cat Noir punched Lila's locker to open it, "Ah, let's see what you have, liar" Cat Noir saw she had her school books and skipped homework assignments that were supposed to be due a few weeks ago but she pretended to be half around the world so she wouldn't go to school.

"That's one way to flunk her semester," Ladybug said.

"And to stay back a grade without graduating" Cat Noir picked out her make-up blush and plastic kits of her green eye contacts to disguise her eyes, "As well as her fake eye color if they all dry out"

"She has a lot of knowledge of disguises," Ladybug said.

"And color eye contact without a prescription from a doctor which is very illegal," Cat Noir said, grabbing the phone she left behind after getting exposed.

"Let's see what she got" He blew on the phone to see the fingerprints.

"Shit, the battery percentage is 10%. Definitely uncharged for days" Cat Noir noticed but he had to be quick about it, unlocking the PIN code number and going to the photos, seeing every single picture of his father's secrets. He can see a hint of Nathalie's reflection of her eyes glowing red during the Hoaxer incident as if Hoaxer not only got akumatized willingly but stole secrets from his father as revenge.

"What's this?" He spotted pictures of a secret safe.

"What's wrong?" Ladybug asked.

"Take a look, there's a file of a Gabi Grassette" Cat Noir said.

"What?" Ladybug snatched the phone and looked at it, it was a file for his legal name and his birth name. His real name was file identification but his birth year was smudged.

"That means, there never was an Agreste family tree," Ladybug said.

"So he never came from a rich family but a lower social class family. No wonder he wanted to pressure Adrien to be an Agreste because Gabriel was never born as an Agreste but Adrien is" Cat Noir said, scrolling through the pictures until noticing an old picture of Gabi's hideout in the catacombs.

"Yes, and this must be one of his old hideouts," Ladybug said.

"The catacombs? It's strictly forbidden now. No one goes there" Cat Noir said.

"That's strange," Ladybug said.

"If she's got more secrets in the catacombs, you should start there. I for one will know more about Gabriel's secrets" Cat Noir said.

"Okay, just be careful, partner" Ladybug then leans in kissing his cheek for luck.

"Meow, do I get a cat treat after this?" Cat Noir flirted.

"That is if you know how to earn a bowl of milk as a reward, kitty. Don't cause mischief like a street cat" Ladybug said before leaving the school.

"Okay. Good luck on your mission Milady" Cat Noir waved.
