No one has seen the details in the consequences Gabriel or Felix ever made. In Evolution, if Monarch succeeded in handing the info to his past self, it would create a time paradox or an altered timeline where Ladybug, Cat Noir, Hawk Moth/Monarch, or the heroes to have never existed or happened at all. Not even Adrinette would never have happened nor would they have ever met at school. Plus, if they did fix the peacock miraculous, Emilie, Nathalie, and even Colt Fathom would never become ill or die. Which would mean Colt will constantly abuse Felix forever and maybe even erase destroy Felix out of existence. Felix never thought about the consequences of handing not just all the miraculous but the rabbit miraculous too because eventually, he would never claim the peacock miraculous if the time event have changed the entire present and future. But also, it would be as much confusing because in a time paradox, Monarch wouldn't have existed nor be able to give the info to his past self. 

Always remember the details in the consequences these characters made but not demoralize them out of hatred because eventually, it becomes an addiction just like people spread hate on Marinette Dupain Cheng on Twitter which is like demoralizing a character but also demoralizing the creator of the Miraculous characters. Do not spread things about this. Be more detailed and no hateful words please.

Back at the mansion, Adrien had thought of the opposites like his reverse counterpart Claw Noir. He was a bit like his father when it came to grief and madness. Adrien himself was a bit like his father's counterpart Betterfly who wasn't as menacing as Monarch. Compared with Claw Noir, could his father be desperate to want the miraculous to wish his mother back or for world domination?

"Aww.....is the itty bitty kitty scared to lose his father from his madness?" The reflection of Claw Noir in the mirror playing tricks in Adrien's head, "Or better yet, become like me and rid of all the burden. It feels good to be bad" He cackled.

"I'm nothing like you and the real Claw Noir became Paw Noir. It was your own anger and insecurity that made you a puppet for the Supreme" Adrien said.

"Well, I'm still a legend. My claws are much sharper than yours. Maybe I can kill your father and let you be free from slavery. Or better yet, you indirectly did just like you did to me" Claw Noir messing him up.

"SHUT UP!!!" Adrien snapped and smashed the mirror.

"Oh, boy! That's 7 years of bad luck you know" Plagg knows a lot about bad luck but breaking a mirror was just a myth.

"I just had to silence my bad side," Adrien said.

"Surely you wouldn't be me if you lost everyone you loved" A blue-headed version of Cat Blanc appeared next to him in his mind.

"Who the hell?" Adrien exclaimed.

"Anti Cat, an akumatized Cat Noir. You're afraid to go out of control to hurt people with your cataclysm. Like a ghost to haunt" Anti-cat cackled.

"Adrien, snap out of it!" Plagg can see he's going through a conscience battle in his mind.

"Stay calm. Stay calm" Adrien breathes in and slowly, remembering the yoga sessions he took.

"So you're the cat this whole time?" Argos stand next to the open window.

Plagg was caught and cannot hide anywhere. This was not a good time for his kitten to chase the bird.

"Get out!" Adrien threw a piece of mirror shard but Argos caught it in his reflex.

"Whoa! That almost hit my eye! Are you insane?!" Argos exclaimed.

"Good! And yes, I am Cat Noir! The real one! Why do you think I wanted to kill your ass?!" Adrien glared at him, knowing the real answer but he wanted to test his intentions if he hated Cat Noir or did he hated his cousin as the cat.

"Because I caused the whole mess" Argos replied.

"Yes, and that this whole time Monarch is here," Adrien said.

"Do you know?" Argos said.

"Tell me. The first time I met you as Cat Noir, did you want to sell me and Milady to that monster? Did you want to steal my miraculous and hers for a wish you wanted at a terrible price to lose everything? Tell me, Felix! Tell me the goddamn truth!" Adrien asked, knowing how he had every right to feel angry at his younger cousin for betraying Paris, especially almost having everyone witness his impersonation to transform into Argos to believe he was Adrien as the supervillain, "And nearly almost got me arrested for partiers to believe I was the super villain Argos!" He roughly grabbed Argos and pinned him to the wall, "Tell me, you traitor!"

"Agh! I would if you calm down and let me breathe! And try not you have akumatized by your daddy!" Argos groaned.

"Start talking or my inner cat shoves his claws right up your feathered ass" Adrien threatened him.

"I already explained my reason to you before. Okay, at the Diamond Dance, I was impersonating you to have my mother pretend I'm missing for weeks so she could see your father's true colors. He did nothing or say to help my mother find me. Your father despises her as much as she sees him as a monster. I was learning what you were being forced to do, so I took your place" Argos explained why he abducted him in his Red Moon sentimonster.

"It's too late to forgive! You ruined everything for me! You may have undone your moon and brought everyone back but you will be remembered as a supervillain or should I say black sheep in the family!" Adrien ripped the brooch from him, "You're not worthy of this!"

"You have every right to be angry at me but do you seriously believe I'm the villain when all this time, your father is the real terrorist longer than I was? Adrien, I may not be a hero but I make bad decisions to save our existence from your father's control. He did try to threaten me by having to release my existence. To murder his only nephew would have also made you the same way I felt" Felix said, not wanting to fight for his miraculous or it would make Adrien believe he does not care about anyone else.

"You could've told me and Ladybug the truth but instead you chose to betray us. You're a lot like Lila to lie your way out of trouble but also aid a terrorist too" Adrien glared at him.

"Granted, yes. But even if I did tell you your father was Hawk Moth, you wouldn't have believed me. You would think I'm crazy. The same way your girlfriend tried to warn her friends about that pathological liar but did they believe her?" Felix trying to make his point.

"Yes. And I made the wrong choice to tell her to take the high road" Adrien said, holding the brooch tightly.

"As sentimonsters we are, we can barely be like normal humans. We may look human but not by nature, Adrien. Our lifeline is the amok and if it falls in the wrong hands, we are like slaves. That is why I had to make a deal with your father to force him to either surrender the peacock miraculous or tell you the secret behind your mother's portrait. So instead, he chooses to surrender his peacock miraculous to me. No one is brave enough to stand up against your father" Felix explained.

"I got one of them. Still, what you did is unforgivable, I'm disowning you as my cousin" Adrien shows he has one of the rings on his finger.

"If you disown me, you'll still be alone with no relatives you have left. You won't have the real true master of the sentimonsters. Shadow Moth and Mayura were not true holders because they just killed our kind but I'm not like those holders. Ask yourself, if Shadow Moth really cared about you and what you are, would he have cared about your senti-brothers and sisters?" Felix asked, knowing how he did watch the Paris news of Shadow Moth's previous sentimonsters.

"I serve nobody and he was just a heartless monster to use them as mere puppets. Mayura's Senti-Ladybug was the only one who turned good. And you're not worthy of wearing this either" Adrien said.

"Adrien, think about this. You saw how I saved Kagami from her mother without a sentimonster. Granted, I did get her akumatized but her mother was talking nasty to her about obedience. She was forcing her to bond with you. I also discovered that night at the Diamond Dance that Kagami is also a sentimonster too" Felix explained why he saved Kagami.

"What?" Adrien turned around.

"Why did you think I spared her that night?" Felix asked.

Adrien didn't realize that he, Felix, and Kagami were sentimonsters. It makes sense why his father works with Tomao because of her technology with inventing the Alliance rings. If he and Kagami are married, both companies are combined. Adrien didn't want that and neither did Kagami. They may have been a love couple but they broke up and remained friends. Kagami made her choice to break up with him and he himself remained single until realizing he was in love with Marinette.

"Does Tomao know that my father is Monarch?" Adrien asked.

"Maybe, considering she's blind," Felix said.

"You didn't answer my question. If I was Cat Noir, would you have sold me to Shadow Moth for this?" Adrien asked with the brooch.

"Not for what I've done," Felix said.

"Did I ever do something to you to betray me?" Adrien asked.

"You didn't do anything wrong," Felix said.

"You're wrong, Felix. Sometimes I do bad things too but that doesn't make me a bad person. Let me ask you again, has Ladybug and Cat Noir ever done anything bad to you?" Adrien asked again.

"No" Felix replied.

"You see, Ladybug and I are the only ones who can stop him. To you, you're only afraid of control from anyone but whether you like it or not, there's a difference between authorization and oppressors. But ever since you traded all the miraculous to him, you became like an oppressor yourself which you clearly hate. You also didn't think about the rabbit miraculous which is powerful and controls time. If he messed up the past and altered the future timeline, you wouldn't have the peacock miraculous. Or worse, Ladybug, Cat Noir, the heroes, especially Argos, would never have existed or happened. You have no idea how hard it was to get the time miraculous back from him" Adrien explained the hard struggle to chase after Monarch using the time miraculous.

Felix didn't think of that. He did remember as Flairmidable that Pennybug used the time miraculous to travel through the time of yesterday to have him use Fetch to claim the akumatized object and go into the present time to retrieve it. Giving the time miraculous was a bad idea for his uncle to change the events, including Felix's attempt to claim the peacock miraculous. Worse, an altered timeline would be as if he was stuck with his father or have his uncle erase him out of existence if Ladybug and Cat Noir did not exist nor saved his life.

"Well?" Adrien waited for answers.

"I would have endangered everyone's fates if time was altered. Including mine to never have been born or Argos to never existed" Felix said quietly.

"That's right," Adrien said sternly.

"I'm sorry, Adrien. I just care about the safety of our existence" Felix said.

"If you cared so much about it, you wouldn't have aided a terrorist. You wouldn't have traded all the miraculous to him so he could cause an end-of-the-world chaos or an Akuma apocalypse of Paris. Unlike you, I bust my ass so much to take hits for Milady as Cat Noir because she's the only one to bring me and everyone back from the dead with her miraculous cure. I rather die in honor, not have someone else's life taken away. Again, unlike you, even if I did find out I was a sentimonster, I would have asked Ladybug's help rather than go stab her in the back to betray her!" Adrien said, explaining how he's the opposite of Felix, "Granted, I can be reckless and oblivious with giving bad people second chances until I realize how much damage they cause. Just like you tricked me so many times to violate my trust. I nearly could've had revenge on you"

"I know," Felix said.

"Now go, don't make this any harder for me. I will end Monarch with Ladybug without your help" Adrien handed the brooch back.

Felix knew he really did mess up big time, only having fear and hatred get the best of him because his father really did abuse his childhood he never had.

"I already made things hard for everything, cousin. You need me as much as you want to get your other half amok back" Felix puts the brooch on.

"You don't get it, Felix. It's not just about me, it's about everything. That same day when you traded the miraculous, Ladybug and I almost had him at our hands! Not only did you create Monarch but at the price of something else" Adrien said, knowing just before his father became Monarch, he was forced to do something he never wanted to happen.

"That is?" Asked Felix.

"He.....forced me....to cataclysm him" Adrien confessed the truth, "If the spread is on him, there's nothing to save him. Sooner or later, my father will be dead along with Nathalie. I lost my mother and now I'm gonna lose another parent. Thanks a lot to you. You may have wanted my father gone but you also didn't think of how I felt when I became an orphan soon. Kids who lose their parents to their death can sometimes lose their sense of self and be haunted by their childhood trauma. Plagg, claws out" He transformed and jumped out the window to be alone.

Felix sighs in guilt, that he feels more responsible that Gabriel's gonna die.

Cat Noir sat on the top of one of Notre Dame's towers, silent and not moving an inch. But soon he heard a whooshing sound and Ladybug arrived.

"Hey, milady," Cat Noir said, not in the mood for his cat puns.

"Hey Kitty" Ladybug sat next to him.

"I assume you're still angry at Felix. I mean he did tricked us both. But he did help a bit. I just can't face him, not after what he did to betray us. Scars are too deep for us. If only he had told us the truth we would have helped him but he's too afraid to believe sentimonsters are a threat" Cat Noir said.

"Yes. But he once did a favor to Adrien to take his place so he wouldn't be with that liar" Ladybug said.

"I just revealed to him that Monarch is dying," Cat Noir said.

"Well, he is facing the consequences he has caused," Ladybug said.

"I don't trust him. Every single time I put my trust in others like Lila, I endanger people I love" Cat Noir said.

"I don't blame you. I made an enemy out of her after confronting her" Ladybug could relate.

"Everyone makes enemies, milady," Cat Noir said.

"Yes. But I just hope the asylum really can hold Cerise" Ladybug said.

"It will. Doctors don't let insane patients out of there until they are mentally cured" Cat Noir said.

"Good. Well, Kitty, I'll be there for you always" Ladybug placed an arm around his shoulder to comfort him.

"Puuuuuuurrrrrrr" Cat Noir purred.

"Thank you, Milady" He closed his eyes.

"Aww.....my kitty can be so emotionally needy," Ladybug said.

"Yeaaaah" Cat Noir rests his head on her lap.

"What are you doing?" Ladybug chuckled.

"I'm having this emotional need," Cat Noir said.

"Silly kitty. Do you always have to be funny?" Ladybug rolled her eyes.

"You're the only one who can tame me," Cat Noir said.

"Since when did you become a wild cat than a house cat?" Ladybug scratching the back of his head.

"Recently," Cat Noir said.

"Really? A cat always looking for cat food at the bakery" Ladybug knows fully well how much he enjoys pastries.

"You have no idea," Cat Noir said.

"Anyways, we need to be prepared. If that blue bird is telling the truth about Gabriel, then we need a plan. We can't just break into the mansion, it won't be very heroic of us" Ladybug said.

"No, and I'm still gonna be the panther like an apex predator against that bloody damn bird that betrayed us from the beginning Monarch came out of his cocoon," Cat Noir said, still angry with his cousin for not telling them soon enough since he wasted his time for nothing but saving his existence with the peacock miraculous.

"And a good plan, I have a feeling his end is very close," Ladybug said.

"I can't believe he would do something psychopathic like that to think my cataclysm can turn the holder into ashes but it didn't. Remember during Heroes Day, I have a feeling the fake imposters of me and akumatized you, it has to be Volpina's illusions, same with the illusion of Scarlet Moth too to almost trick us. It was fake while the real reality, cataclysm probably causes necrosis on the holder" Cat Noir said.

"Based on how long it has been, he might only have days left," Ladybug said.

Cat Noir has seen his father a couple of times, terrible at making pancakes in the morning and yet he shows no signs of collapsing or any weak pulse, it's like he's fighting for his life. If the spread hits his chest area, it should've weakened his breathing from the heart and lungs. Incredibly, he is still breathing fine but it won't be long until every vital organ stops functioning.

"Yeah, but I'm still surprised he never let any akumatized victims use the snake miraculous. I suppose we kept winning in altered time loops I suppose" Cat Noir guessed.

"Unless he tried to use it on himself but had no luck" Ladybug guessed.

"Who knows? Anyway, I must go. If Argos pretends to Adrien again, I'll hunt him down" Cat Noir said.

"Kitty, don't be reckless. There are times we have the right to be angry at him but we can't have our hatred turn into revenge on him. It doesn't fix the past but destroys the future" Ladybug warned him to not do anything reckless.

"Fine, but still, his old friend Flairmidable betrayed you. Dogs are loyal to humans you know. He wasn't loyal to anyone but for a dog treat. That's another reason why some dogs and cats don't get along or live in harmony" Cat Noir remembered how gitty and unfocused she was to have him and Flairmidable shake paws without barely even knowing each other.

"Right," Ladybug headed home.

The next day, Adrien was still wondering why his father never removed his gloves. He did have a feeling that it was to hide the cataclysm spread from anyone seeing it, including his son.

Adrien did not like his pancakes since it was too mushy and dry, he decided to just stick with bananas instead.

"Father, why do you still wear gloves? There's nothing contaminated in this house" Adrien asked, testing him.

"Just for fashion" Gabriel lied.

"Right of course" Adrien played along.

He knew he was lying and Plagg the kwami the destruction can definitely smell decay on his father. Nathalie can tell something wasn't right with Adrien. He never asked such things out of curiosity like that. She thought it was Felix in Adrien disguise again but remembering how she was forced to escort Amelie out, it was as if she and Felix despised Gabriel that night at the Diamond Dance. But little did she know it was the real one.

It was a few days until the end of the school year and Adrien's departure for London. Adrien feels like he lost his appetite and refused to eat, knowing well he will be leaving Paris which he didn't want, and having the half-amok lifeline, he feels like he can no longer please his father anymore. For over a year, he never gained any approval from him and it was just a waste of his time like Gabriel can't even remember what having a son is to him anymore.

"I gotta go" He excused himself.

"Aren't you gonna finish your pancakes I made for you?" Gabriel rubs the ring to make Adrien obey.

Unfortunately, it only made Adrien counter it back on him, "No thanks" He glared a bit.

This baffled Gabriel that it didn't work. Even Nathalie was surprised and the first time Adrien disobeyed without her order. As soon as Adrien leaves the kitchen, Gabriel thinks Nathalie is the one to make orders for Adrien.

"Nathalie, stop counter-ordering my son!" Gabriel yelled.

"It wasn't me. But I did warn you that he would one day hate you" Nathalie being honest.

"Where's the other ring?" He noticed she didn't have the amok half ring.

"What are you talking about?" Nathalie asked, unaware that she was wearing a fake one.

"Unless something else is going on" He noticed the fake ring.

"You gotta stop this madness, Gabriel. Adrien is a kid and if he finds out what you are, he'll be in a mental breakdown because of you" Nathalie said, unaware that Adrien could hear them a mile away.

"Which is why I need the miraculous to make that wish to save both of us and bring his mother back. If we don't, he will be an orphan and lose the Agreste legacy" Gabriel said.

"No, Gabriel. You are not doing this for all of us, you only want to save yourself. You're afraid to die but Emilie was not because she accepted her fate instead of fighting for her life. She does not want to be brought back to life" Nathalie said, remembering all the records Emilie left for her.

Adrien gasps at his father's selfish goal to just save himself. Every villain would always say they have nothing to lose but they can. Gabriel has everything to lose, his only son but unfortunately to him, Adrien means nothing to him anymore because he locked him in his house, locked him in the alliance rings, and locked him into a life that allowed Gabriel to hide him in order to justify his madness.

"Enough is enough" He decided to take action.
