#5 - Those lights
Those lights on the streets,
That Glow yellow and flicker
Remind me of the heap of poverty
That's growing bigger.
Those lights in the shops,
That glow dim and bright
Remind me of those poor children,
Who're forced to work in plight.
Those lights in small huts,
All earthen and oil-laden,
Remind me of the little happiness
That in those huts isn't forgotten.
Those lights in big houses,
All glowing extraordinarily.
Remind me of hatred that's bred in those houses,
Growing seamlessly.
Those lights of festive fervor,
All sparkling and alluring,
Remind me if the people starving still,
While the rest are busy celebrating.
Those lights of one's mind,
All full of intelligence and power
Remind me of the lights fusing in another one's mind,
Due to harsh competition with the other.
