Could she have been a doctor? Well, she was- in a way. Could she have been a lawyer? Hell yeah! Had she wanted to go to law school, but Billie knew plenty of lawyers and doctors and NASA scientists and amazing military scientists.

IN HER EYES, BILLIE JEAN AUSTIN was one of a kind- at least in the united states. There was not one person nearly as talented as Billie in the field of entomology. Billie had more education under her belt, but man, entomology was so her thing. Yeah, she liked studying serial killers and psychology and anthropology, but it didn't compare to the study of bugs. She loved it; the bugs, the snakes, the frogs, the plants.

AND SHE'S WORKED FOR THE FBI before, she's done the training, the paperwork, the combat training. But how many people can say they've been requested by the Behavioral Analysis Unit themselves? Billie wouldn't pass the opportunity, especially if it meant putting away the psychopath.

BUT WHEN SHE TRAVELS TO A small town in Alabama, in the hicks, that Billie realizes it's not all it's chalked up to be. It's hot, it's humid, the people are terrible, and not to mention, the people are sexist as hell. Thankfully, she's not the only one who hates it there. However, it seems to be that she's the only one who has to prove herself to the entire town that she's more than capable before they believe a word she says about the case and her expertise.

BILLIE KNOWS ONE THING, FOR SURE, that she's worthy as hell. No town, no man, will ever tell her that she's not. But will she fight to prove the entire town wrong? Hell yeah she would.
