Emmett and Tyler were in the kitchen helping Rachel. "So, what in the hell is up with Linc? I mean he is so...scattered." Tyler noticed and was worried.

Rachel sighed as she was making bread dough. She was using a machine so it wasn't tough. She pushed a button and turned. "It's my fault. I told him his problem was that he was gay!"

"No! Rachel. Linc can't handle that!" Emmett knew it. "Even if he was, he can't handle that kind of information. He isn't like Grayson. Grayson can handle someone saying that but Linc can't. No wonder he's so with messed up!"

"Well, I...what?" Rachel had no idea.

"His parents are very religious, Rachel. They don't even approve of him being a vampire hunter. When he took the test after he fit the profile, his mother refused to talk to him for a month. He almost quit. They have a hold on him. If he finds out he's gay, he will self destruct!" Emmett was worried. "No wonder he is being quiet."

Rachel stared. "So, is he gay?"

Tyler laughed. "Who knows? I didn't know that Grayson was gay."

"I think it would be awesome if they were both gay and a couple! It would be so sweet." Rachel smiled.

"No. Not sweet. Linc will implode!" Emmett smiled. "I think that might happen anyway."

Rachel stared. "He was really angry when I said it. I thought he was going to stab me! Are his parents that bad?"

"They are. He only goes for Christmas and yes. They are that bad. His dad has another job set up for him every time he goes to visit. His dad tells him to quit all the time. I think that Grayson is the only reason he's here still." Emmett sighed.

"Well, shit." Tyler sighed. "Linc is an awesome hunter, he can't quit." They heard the car. "Their back." Tyler had to restock the car.
