•Derek's POV•

So me and Alex got to Ollie before he could find Jake, I calmed him down while Alex went to talk to Jane.

"Look at the bright side, now you can tell Jane how you feel."

I said to Ollie trying to still calm him down, he shook his head kind of smiling.

"Not yet, I want to wait until this blows over, what about you? Have you told Alex? I saw him really happy today." I smiled at the name of that beautiful boy.

"Yeah, I asked him out on a date, now to wait until I figure out where to take him. I actually wanted to ask you and Jane, what are his favorite things to do so I can get an idea of where to take him." I saw him brighten up and the thoughts of kicking Jake's ass were long gone.

"Well you can take him anywhere really, but if you really want to win him over, do something that won't be expensive, like for example no expensive restaurants, he doesn't really care for money or expensive things, you can go old school and take him to a fair or take him on a picnic and he'll love it, Jane would say the same but her version would help with what to take to eat haha" He said chuckling and I chuckled too, finally we were at lunch and we were headed towards our lunch table where I could see Jane and Alex.

"Hey guys, Jane how are you?" I asked her while I took a seat next to Alex and he moved my hand so that he could put his head on my chest facing Jane, so now I had only one leg on each side of the bench and so did Alex and he was seated the same but his head was on my chest.

"I'm ok, I wasn't like falling for that jerk anyway, I actually told Alex that I was going to tell him that I didn't want to see him anymore, because on our first date he was kind of rude and well I didn't feel any connection." Jane said not feeling bad at all. I smiled and looked down at Alex and he smiled back.

"comfortable?" I asked him jokingly, and he nodded.

"Very actually" I kissed his cheek and saw him blush a little.

"You look so cute when you blush." I whispered in his ear, while I wrapped my arms around his waist.

"Shut up, and stop making me blush!" He whispered back while playfully smacking one of my arms. I chuckled and saw that both Jane and Ollie were staring at us as if they were watching a romantic movie. They noticed they were staring and then turned around to have a conversation of their own, a random thought came to mind so I decided to ask Alex.

"What's your mom going say about me taking you out on a date?" I asked and looked down to Alex again, he shrugged.

"She's probably just going to ask about your family, if you're a good person, and if you have good grades or if you get in trouble, things like that" As he was talking I couldn't help but just stare at his lips, I heard what he said but I still wanted to kiss his lips again.

"Can I come over to your house after school to ask your mom if I can take you out on a date tomorrow?" He had a big smile and said yes, he has such a beautiful smile.

"But you're staying downstairs while I pick up my bedroom though" I was going to say something but was cutoff by Jane.

"HAH! Just don't get lost in there!" She giggled and Ollie was chuckling beside her.

"Yeah, Maybe you shouldn't risk it, if you get lost what would we do without you?" And now he was laughing, Alex scoffed.

"Ok guys calm down, I've actually started cleaning my room, it's not as bad as before ok so chill. Don't pay attention to 'thing 1' and 'thing 2' they're the reason my room gets really messy." Alex says to me ignoring his two best friends laughing, I chuckled a bit and gave him another kiss on the cheek.

The bell started to ring and now it was time for our next class which I had with Alex, we said bye to Ollie and Jane as they headed off to their class and we headed to ours. When we were walking holding hands I saw from the corner of my eye Jazmin waving, I turned to look at her and she blew a kiss and winked at me, wtf? Does she not see me holding hands with a sexy guy? I just brushed it off and when Alex turned to look at me I pecked his lips because I just couldn't help it, he smiled and we kept walking to class. We finally arrived and sat at the back of the classroom as always, Alex was bouncing in his seat he was really hyper, I chuckled and told him that he's going to get in trouble, he just shrugged and kept bouncing up and down, I was trying not to laugh by covering my mouth, but then as he was bouncing up and down my dirty mind took over, and let's just say I had to sit a certain way so no one noticed.

No one has ever made me get turned on this fast like he does, as the teacher gave the lecture and Alex had stopped bouncing, I tried to concentrate on something else other than the images in my head of having Alex under me. I guess I was kind of making a face because Alex turned to look at me with a confused look, I just gave him a 'I'm fine' kind of look and he turned to pay attention to his drawing that he was doing.

*A Few Hours Later*

Finally the bell rang and it was the end of school, I went looking for Alex and found him by his locker putting away some books he didn't need.

"Hey, ready to go?" I said wrapping my arms around his waist from the back.

"Hi, yep I got everything I need." He said as he closed his locker and turned to face me not unwrapping himself from my arms. He pressed his lips to mine and I kissed him back. It was a quick kiss since we were still in school property.

"Are Jane and Ollie riding with us?" I asked and he shook his head.

"No they said they were going to hang out for a while, hopefully Ollie finally tells Jane about his crush on her." He said as he tiptoed to give me another kiss.

"Ollie said he wanted to wait, something about being too soon." I told him as I grabbed his hand so that we could start walking out of school since we were the last ones there.

"How long is he going to wait? He's been crushing on her for I don't even know how long, but I know for a fact that it's been a while, he should just tell her, and I'm not one hundred percent sure if she feels the same way, but I think she does like him too because when he's not there she's always worrying about him and when he's sick she's always by his side. You know what I'm pretty sure she feels the same way they both act like it but haven't said anything, well Ollie has told me but not Jane stubborn little thing." I laughed at Alex's little rant as we got to my car, I unlocked it and we got in, as I was driving towards Alex's house I grabbed his hand, he looked at me blushing and smiling, he is so adorable.

As I'm driving I start thinking of my past relationship and how much I don't want the same thing to happen to me and Alex, what if I'm moving too fast? What if I'm opening myself too much? What if Alex isn't the guy I think he is? I shake my head trying cleat my mind and focus on the road.

"Derek are you ok? What's wrong?" Alex asks worried, I gave him a nod and faked a smile so that he wouldn't worry, I don't want to show him how actually scared I am, scared of thinking those thoughts, scared of him being the same as my past, I don't want to go through that ever again.

"Something's bothering you, what's wrong?" Alex said as we sat in the car now parked in his drive way. I want to tell him but I'm not sure if I'm ready to.

"I'm not ready to tell you what's bothering me right now, but I will when I feel like I can." I tell him honestly, I noticed he looked kind of hurt, I don't want him to feel hurt in any way.

"No no it's not you I promise, it has something to do with my past but like I said I'll tell you when I feel like I can talk about it ok? I don't want you to feel sad or bad or anything, I want you to be happy so I'll try to make you as happy as I can." I said and gave him a kiss with a lot of affection to show him I mean everything I say, he kissed me back and when we pulled away he cupped my cheek with his small hand.

"You are so sweet you know that?" I pretended to think about it.

"Really? Huh I didn't think I was, thanks for pointing that out." I smirked and he hit my arm playfully laughing.

"Smart ass, come on let's go inside." I laughed and got out of the car, following behind Alex I couldn't help but look at the way he swayed his hips from side to side, he drives me crazy and I bet he does it on purpose too.

"Stop staring at my ass." He said not looking back at me while unlocking the door, I playfully smacked his butt and made him squeak.

"Can't help it, you're too sexy." I said and smirked, he swatted at my hand but was giggling at the same time.

"shut up" He whispered as we entered his house.

"MOMMY!! I'M HOME!! I BROUGHT A HUMAN WITH MEEEH" I laughed and he lead me to the kitchen, it smelled really good like spaghetti and meatballs, when we got to the kitchen there was a woman in front of the stove stirring something in a pot.

"Hi baby I'm so sorry I wasn't here to take care of you when you had a seizure!" She rushed to give him a hug and kissed him all over his face, I smiled and made me think of my mom, I miss her.

"Maaah I can't breathe!!! Halp" Alex was faking to Gasp for air and waving his arms dramatically, I laughed at how dramatic he is, and his mom just continued to kiss him all over.

"Oh my baby! I shouldn't have left, I should've stayed...And Why the hell did you stop taking your medication!? You know it's dangerous for you to stop taking it like that!" Alex being dramatic, gave his mom the puppy dog face so he wouldn't get yelled at anymore, but to my surprise it didn't work.

"Oh come on, you know that face doesn't work on me anymore, it was cute when you were younger." She laughed and Alex faked to be hurt by his mother's words and she laughed even more but gave him a kiss on the forehead.

"Ok first of all, I haven't had a seizure in a very long time before this one so I thought I didn't need my meds anymore, I guess I was wrong, second nobody knew this was going to happen because of my stupidity of not taking my meds. And you need to work your job is important, I understand that you couldn't be here mom I don't want you to feel bad, besides I have amazing friends remember? And I have someone new in my life that I'm pretty sure will also take care of me, I mean he saved my life, this is Derek, Derek this is Donna my mommy." He said as he gestured between me and his mom, I put my hand out to shake her hand and she took it with a bright smile, I can see now where Alex gets his beautiful smile from.

"It's very nice to meet you Mrs....." Shit I don't know Alex's last name. I got a bit nervous but his mom chuckled and said.

"Just call me Donna darling, and so you're the guy that saved my baby, you're probably confused as to why everyone keeps saying the same thing, but knowing these three idiots that I love with all my heart, didn't actually tell you why, please sit down can I give you anything to drink?" I smiled and politely asked for some water, as she went to grab a glass of water Alex was about to sit on my lap but I stopped him, of course I wanted him to sit on my lap but his mom is right here, he pouted and crossed his arms as I moved him to the chair next to me, and I chuckled giving him a kiss on the cheek.

"It would be disrespectful to your mom if you sit on my lap." I whispered to him and he sighed knowing I was right, his mom walked back to us and handed me the glass of water and I thanked her.

"Alex, you should take some tips on how to Not be rude from Derek, thank you for not being rude Derek you're the first to not act like that here." She said and I blushed because I didn't think she saw or heard me.

"I was actually testing him mother dearest." Alex said acting like he had done nothing wrong, he turned to me and smiled sweetly.

"You passed the first test." He said and I laughed.

"How many tests do I have to take?" I asked being a smart ass again. He just playfully glared at me and his mom giggled at us.

"You two are adorable, now Derek would you like to stay for diner?" Donna asked.

"I would love too, thank you." I said and Alex laid his head on my shoulder, his mom went back to finishing up her cooking.

"I think now would be a good time to tell my mom that we're dating, what do you think?" I was going to answer him when his mom decided to speak up.

"it's completely fine with me as long as you treat my baby right and keep a tight leash on him and know what you're getting yourself into, I'm pretty sure Jane and Ollie gave you the warnings." She has really good hearing, I laughed and Alex once again being dramatic faked he was hurt by what his mom said.

"I'm not that bad!......or I don't think I am.?" Alex said and his mom started laughing really hard which caused me to laugh a little, what? seeing other people laugh is contagious.

"Oh baby, have you forgotten that time when you were hyper after drinking that energy drink and decided..." "MOM!!! SHUSH!!!" Alex stopped his mom from saying anymore, I was now laughing and now I want to know what his mom was going to say.

"Ok maybe I'm a bit of a handful but you'll get used to it, I mean look at Jane and Ollie, they're still my best friends even after I've been my hyper self for all of my life basically." He said with a sweet smile.

I am trying so hard to let myself like this boy more, I want to open up to him more, I want to let him in but like I said, I'm scared, hopefully he can change that.

I guess Alex noticed that I was thinking about something because he gave me a 'what's wrong?' look and I gave him a smile to show that nothing was wrong, he was going to say something when his phone went off, it was probably either Jane or Ollie.

"Ugh why won't you leave me the fudge cake Alone!!.. Mommy Jason won't leave me alone!" Alex whined to his mom and his mom looked like she wanted to stab someone, who the hell is Jason?

"Who's Jason? If you don't mind me asking" I asked Alex and he took a deep breath.

"He's my abusive ex-boyfriend that won't leave me alone, I've told him to stop calling and messaging me but he won't stop, he can't get near me anymore because I have a restraining order against him." Alex said while letting out a shaky breath, for some reason this made my blood boil, how can someone hurt Alex, he's the sweetest and nicest guy I've met, an idea popped in my head and I guess Donna was thinking the same thing because she voiced my thoughts.

"What if Derek gives him a call or texts him and tells him to stop bothering you, that you're happy with him and that he's a very jealous guy? And IF he tries to come at either of you we can call the police, after all they've said to call if he tried to do anything to you or your friends and family." Alex's eyes lit up and he smiled and turned to look at me.

"Would you mind doing that for me?" He asked giving me the puppy dog face.

"Of course I would, I was actually thinking the same thing, but I didn't know if it was ok with you." I said and smiled, Alex gave me a peck on the lips, his mom awed and walked over to the sink to wash the little dishes she had to do.

"Let's go to my room." Alex said standing up and taking my hand.

"It was really nice meeting you Donna and thank you for inviting me for dinner." I said as Alex pulled me up the stairs, I heard her yell a quick "you're welcome" before Alex shutting his door, I looked around his bedroom and it wasn't that messy just a few clothes and books on the floor.

"You can lay down on my bed if you want, I just have to put these in the dirty clothes basket in the other room." He said as he picked up the clothes from the floor, I grabbed some of the books that were on the floor to see what books they were, 'Harry potter'. I opened the page as I laid down on the bed.

I felt something crawling on top of me and snuggle their face on my neck, did I fall asleep? How tired was I? How long did I sleep for? And why the hell is this boy's scent so intoxicating?

"How long did I sleep for?" I asked as Alex cuddled next to me his face still buried in my neck.

"About 10 minutes or so, I had to put some clothes to wash, you smell so fucking good" Alex said taking a deep breath and letting it out slowly, his breath tickled a little but it was turning me on, 'I really don't want a boner right now' I thought to myself, 'think of something sad or something that'll piss you off' I kept thinking of different random things until I remembered something.

"Do you still want me to call your ex?" I asked Alex and he poked his head out of my neck and nodded.

"Yes please! I want you to scare him so that he leaves me alone." Alex said as he rested his chin on my chest.

"Ok, where's your phone?" I asked and he handed me his phone, I scrolled through his contact list but didn't find a Jason in it.

"It's the one that says 'asshole'." He said smiling evilly, I chuckled and looked for it, I found it but as I was about to dial Alex had an incoming call from 'asshole' perfect timing, I showed Alex who was calling and he gave me the ok to answer.

"Hello, sexy Alex's phone" I answered, I want to piss this guy off enough so that he could leave Alex alone.

"Who the fuck is this? Why are you answering Alex's phone?" The guy on the other side of the line sounded pissed, I just smiled and put the phone on speaker, Alex was holding his mouth trying not to laugh at what I had just said and how this dick wad responded.

"Oh well this is Derek nice to meet you, and who the fuck are you?" I spoke in my deep tone voice to make me sound a bit rough, I saw Alex's eyes go wide and I smirked and winked at him and he bit his lip.

"This is Jason. Where's Alex? I need to speak to him." The guy said in a tone which I could tell that he was getting irritated.

"Oh sorry bro but you can't talk to Alex anymore, I don't like him talking to his exes." I said into the phone.

"And who are you to tell him what he can and can't do?" This guy is getting mad, I really don't care I just want him gone.

"I'm his boyfriend, and his mom tells me that you've been calling and texting him, I'm going to ask you to please stop calling and texting my boyfriend, he doesn't want anything to do with you, he has me now and I make him very happy, so I'm asking very nicely for you to just take a hint and stop." I said and Alex had a huge smile on his face, he mouthed 'boyfriend?' I nodded and gave him a kiss on his lips, I can hear the guy on the phone breathing heavily.

"Alex is mine! You have no idea who you're messing with! I'm not going to leave him alone because I still love him, and you're not going to stop me." He said almost screaming into the phone, Alex's face paled and I gave him a kiss and gave him a smile so that he can see that I wasn't afraid.

"Are you trying to scare me? Because that just sounded pathetic, you sound like a little kid bragging about something that isn't even yours, do yourself a favor and get a life, leave my boyfriend alone or I'll show you what scary looks like." I said hanging up, I used my 'bad boy' voice which is kind of deep and rough, I put Alex's phone on the night stand beside his bed, when I had my head turned to the side, I felt Alex move up and straddled me, his face now buried once again in my neck but this time he started kissing my neck, I didn't know I could get turned on this fast.

"Your voice is so fucking sexy." He said in a sexy husky voice, damn it this boy drives me crazy.

"Alex your mom is right down...mmh" I couldn't finish my sentence because Alex was now biting a certain spot that sent shivers all through my body.
