He seems unconscious. Either i hit too hard or its because hes skinny . I walk around him and go to Beth . Checking her pluse , its faint . Good . But there are still many leeches on her . What do i do!? I look around and then i get out of the room . He must have a phone here . Then i remember seeing a landline in the living room . i run downstairs and into the living room . There , i call the police , giving the location and telling them to come quickly with an ambulance. When im done i realise theres someone coming downstairs . Panic erupts inside me . Hes not unconscious!? I quickly move under the sofa and wait .

Its him . Leeches are stuck on his feet and hes cursing , looking around for me .

" i know your still here " i peek at him from below and my eyes widen . His whole face is red with blood and leeches are still all over him . Worst of all , hes holding a kitchen knife. I close my eyes and stay quiet . After few minutes, i open my eyes and hes not there . I looks around the room from below and hes not anywhere . Suddenly im being dragged out from under there and i let out a scream . As soon as im out , he stabs me on the arm . Excruciating pain erupts in my arm and i yell again . Hes about to stab me again! I quickly kick him in the legs and he falls . Getting up , i reach for the lamp on the table but he grabs my foot and i fall too . He grabs his knife and stabs my leg . It hurted like hell . I finally reached the lamp and before he can stab again , i hit him hard on the head . I know its hard this time when blood starts pouring from his head . His grip loosens and i cry my lungs out due to the pain . Both my arm and foot are on fire . The pain intensifies as i try to stop the bleeding with my hand . It makes my head spin . I suddenly hear faint sounds of the ambulance. Finally. I cry with relief and close my eyes . Its over now .

At the hospital I'm informed that Beth is in critical condition but she'll survive. As for Luke , i seem to have broken his skull . After his surgery he'll be charged with murder of who knows how many people. My foot still hurts when i try to walk . When mom heard i had woken up she came and hugged me so tightly i couldn't breath . She was so relieved i was ok . I did get an earful for how stupid i was to attempt such a thing . I told her that from now on , I'd take care of myself. I will take my medication and try to get better instead of being in denial . But at that moment she didn't care about my problem she was just so happy im alive and safe .
