In the morning , i wait for mom to go to work . When shes gone , i start preparing. It was hard and my mind kept wandering off into space . She wont be back by midnight today so i got plenty of times . I pack my small bag with flash light , some snacks , pocket knife , recorder , plastic gloves etc . When i see the time approaching , i leave home . I take a taxi to school and wait at a distance where no one can see me . Hearing the faint sound of the bell ringing , i stay on guard . Lots of people exit the school . I stay focused and try to find Luke . When i spot him among the crowd , i notice he's with Beth . They're both laughing and talking . Seeing them together gives me mixed feelings

" are they like together? " says sasha

" gross . She's not a real friend after all " Emily remarks

I ignore them . I need to keep a level head . They both walk together in the same direction . I suppose Beth is going to his house . Perfect . I take out my phone and snap a photo of them . Then i carefully follow them . I could tell they've grown close . They ultimately reach the house and he opens the door for her in a gentlemanly way . I snap a photo of that . Now I'm sure he has something to do with their disappearances. What does he do to them ?

When they're out of sight , i hide out in an alley and wait . I gotta wait till she gets out and if she doesn't them it only means one thing . Hes kidnapped them and doing who knows what to them . So i eat some snacks and wait...

And wait....

And wait....

And wait some more until it gets dark . I need to be home by midnight . Cant afford to waste more time . What if shes staying at his house for the night . The thought itches me and makes me gag . I need to find out . The only was left is to infiltrate his house .

I slowly walk towards the house . Luckily this street is almost deserted and the book store is closed . Upon reaching his house , i peek through the window through the gap in the curtains. Living room . No one in sight . I look up . This house must have 2 floors . I look around to see a man passing by . I quickly take out my phone , lean on the window and pretend that im talking to someone. He looks at me then passes by . I wait till hes out of sight then take out a pin from my hair . My cousin taught me this . I walk over to the door and try to use the pin to open it . Thankfully , it opens . I slowly creep inside and upon entering , hide my shoes in a cabinet next to the door . The house is quiet and spacious . Its as if someones waiting . Careful not to make a sound , i move forward . In front of me few steps away are staris leding upwards . Next to the stairs is an empty bedroom . On my left is the living room which is empty and on my right is a hallway . I tiptoe into the hallway . It consists of two rooms opposite to each other . On my right is the kitchen and on my left is a closed room . The sound of water splashing catches me off guard . Someones in there . I quickly tiptoe towards the stairs and go up . This floor consists of a long red carpeted hallway with four doors . Two on the left and two on the right . They look like big rooms as the doors are far apart . I look into the first one . Its a bathroom . Empty . I look downstaris to see if anyone is coming , then i move to the next room . Looks like a study room with shelves of books everythere and a huge grand looking desk . But still no sight of Beth . I move over to the next one . Another bedroom . Also empty . Ok then. I move on to the next one . This one consists of old furniture , washing machines , firewood and other stuff like that . Must be a store room or something. Where the hell is beth!? Shes not here anywhere . As i walk back towards the stairs , i feel a chill in my spine as i here footsteps coming towards the stairs from below . Quickly going into the nearest room , which happens to be the bedroom i look for a place to hide . As the footsteps get closer , i finally hide under the bed in a nick of time .

I see bare feet entering into the room . Im so anxious and scared . I try not to make a sound and even hold my breath incase he hears my breathing . He walks over to the wardrobe and stands still . I watch as he pushes the wardrobe to the side , revealing a hidden door . He enters it then is out of sight . As soon as hes gone i take a deep breath . Im trembling so much . Part of me is glad i was right and not delusional and another part of me is scared to death and wanna run away . I wait patiently under the bed . Few minutes later he comes out and walks towards the door . As he passes the bed , he drops something and it falls down near me . He stops much to my horror .My eyes widen when i look at what it was and try my best not to scream .

Its a small black leech , wriggling on the carpet . Seeing this makes me gag . As he gets to his knees my heart beats so fast i get afraid that maybe he'll hear it . I hold my breath and close my eyes waiting for the worse . He slids his hand down and picks up the leech with his bare hands . It makes me disgusted . Then , he leaves the room . After hes gone , i get out from under the bed and stare at the hidden door on the wall behind the wardrobe . I walk over the bedroom door making sure hes not coming . Hes down stairs . Good . looking closely at this bedroom . It seems smaller as compared to the other rooms on this floor . Now i know why . Going towards the hidden door with a phone in hand , recording , i open it and enter .

First thing i see are the many many glass tanks filled with leeches on top of tables . Hundreds or thousands of leeches which made me want to vomit . The room had dark walls and was lit by tube lights . As i walked forward , i noticed that at the corner of the room was a small stage with red curtains . Cautiously , i went near it . With trembling hands , i pulled back the curtains. What i saw , made me tumble back down on the floor , drop my phone and gag .

Beth was tied to a chair with ropes . She was unconscious with maybe thousands of leeches sucking her from head to toe . On her legs , thighs , arms , hands , neck , face , eyes and some even in her mouth , ears and nostrils . She looked as white as a ghost . I felt myself trembling vigorously and forbidding myself from screaming . I wanted to check her pulse . Luke....hes behind all this . Hes...not human..hes a monster . With some effort i get up and take out the pocket knife . Trying not to vomit i remove the leeches away from the wrists and cut the ropes . Upon checking her pulse , i sense that she has a pulse . Shes still alive . But i need to get her out of here and to a hospital fast! I then move towards the ankle and after removing the leeches , cut the ropes . When im done , she falls off the chair on the wooden stage . As im about to bend down and remove the other leeches , im hit with a sudden feeling like im being watched . I turn around and dodge just in the time as the long metal pipe hits the wooden stage with a smash .

" awww , i almost had you . " he whines while lifting up the pipe .
