My name is Piaa and I'm from India. I am currently working as an admin and as a graphic artist for the Book-Worm Community.

And yes, I am an amazing person indeed. ^.^

How did you find about our community?

My best friend had found out about this community at first and had tagged me in her form. So

eventually both of my best friends joined this community while I refused, but I changed my mind because I didn't want to be left out ;-;
Now I really love this community though.

What are your hobbies?

I have many, like sketching, painting, improving my graphic designing and digital painting too.
Sometimes I also write poems and stories during my free time.

What are your biggest pet peeves?

First, when someone uses wrong grammar/ punctuation etc. It takes everything in me to control myself and not embarrass the other person by correcting them everytime.
Second, when things aren't kept where they are supposed to be.
Third, continuous talking. When people speak too much and talk just for the sake of it, it really annoys me. I like peace and quietness, and I'm not the type to talk unnecessarily.
There are others too but these are my biggest pet peeves.

What is your favourite thing about yourself?

I love that I'm patient and very understanding. I can look at things from the other person's perspective and understand what they are going through. Plus, I am not very demanding or materialistic. This the thing I love the most about myself.

What do you think your worst trait is?

I overthink. A lot.

It tends to make me anxious and self conscious in front of others.

This is something I wish I could change about myself.

What is something that offends you?

When someone questions me or my abilities. It really offends me.

What are you most determined to do in your life?

I don't have any future plans...I haven't even decided what I want to become after i graduate *~*
But one thing is for sure, whatever i do with my career, I want to get the books I write published and I really want to travel around the world.

What is the best piece of advice you or anybody you know have ever given?

There was this time when I was going through some serious anxiety because I had this pressure on me to meet everyone's expectations. I just have that kind of a reputation and everyone expects me to be at the top and to excel at everything. I couldn't sleep at night, thinking what if I couldn't please them all. During these times, my mother had said these words to me- You don't have to please anyone, as long as you know you did your best and you are satisfied with your hard work, what others think doesn't matter. If not now then tomorrow they will notice because effort never goes unnoticed. You don't have to do things just for other people's sake. Do things you enjoy doing, the world isn't worth your happiness.
These words really helped me overcome my anxiety ^^

What is something you want to learn or be better at ?

I so desperately want to learn how to play a guitar!

What inspires you the most?

I am not inspired by a particular thing or person, everything around me inspires me in some way, whether for my story or just in general. I like observing things and people and everything inspires me in some way or other.

What's your favourite part about working in the community?

I love that I got to meet so many new people and they are all so friendly and great! I also got know things about myself.... I never knew I could make stickers!

While working what is the thing that annoys/irritates you the most?

While working if I'm constantly being bugged by someone, they are in for trouble.

Who is, according to you, the most messiest person in the community? (Hope no one minds me asking this)

I dont want to name anyone, but there are two-three members who procrastinate a lot. But I have talked to them about it, so I dont want to name them here.

Describe your feelings towards your fellow community members.

They are all really friendly, supportive and cooperative. I really love working with them.

Who do you think could have replaced your position?

Definitely NJ(HorriblyElegant) ! She is really responsible and knows her way around people. I think she could have done this job even better than me.

Any suggestions you would like to give us for improving our community?

I think the community is already doing a great job and improving by itself. Just a little bit of publicizing is required I guess.
