 Delirium is the eighth studio album by Italian gothic metal band Lacuna Coil. The album consists of a concept theme of insanity occurring inside an asylum, with each song being like a different patient with a different illness.

 After its official release, the album almost immediately hit No. 1 on US iTunes charts under metal, and reached a peak position of No. 11 on Italian music charts.
