Annabeth
ANNABETH P.O.V
You know how sometimes, you're having a good day, feeling nice, and then your world gets turned upside down?
Yeah I didn't think so.
It all started this morning.
FLASHBACK
I woke up in a good mood. Today, Percy and I were officially moving out of camp and moving into the house by the bay. I was excited, and we had made plans to announce it at the campfire. But, something stopped me.
A light hand rested on my shoulders.
"Annabeth, there's a problem. "
I opened my eyes and saw Thalia standing there, with a frightened face. I had never seen her like this before.
"Thals, what's wrong?" I asked.
She nodded.
"Umm, well do you remember Bianca Di Angelo? And Zoë Nightshade?"She replied.
I looked down wistfully. Bianca was Nico's older sister, and she had died on a quest to rescue me. I had always felt guilty about it, she was only a little kid.
"And do you remember Beckendorf and Silena?" She asked again.
I nodded. They had died in the battle of Manhattan. It was horrible. People said Silena was a traitor, but I refused to believe that. She had died a hero.
"Well, you see, umm, they're back."
"What??"
"They're just... alive. Not reincarnated or a ghost, but alive." She said. I got out of bed and ran to the campfire. I knew they'd be there. Percy was waiting for me, with an expression that was a mix of happy, confused, and weirded out.
"Percy," I tried to find the right words to say, but I just couldn't. Standing in front of me was Silena, Charles, Bianca and Zoë.
How can this be?, I thought. I saw their bodies, watched their shroud burn.
Silena took a step towards me.
"Annabeth, you finally got Percy." She said. Tears started to flow out of my eyes.
She reached me and pulled me into a hug. She was a human for sure this time.
I repeated that with everyone else until I asked the big question.
"How?"
They shrugged.
"I was just in the Underworld, and then a loud bang happened, and next thing I know, I'm standing here again." Bianca explained.
"Where's Nico? Shouldn't he be here?" She grinned.
"I'm going to scare him in his cabin." She whispered. She then proceeded to walk to the Hades cabin, and moments later, we heard a high pitched scream.
I looked at Percy. I pulled his hand and dragged him to the Big House.
"Chiron!" I called. He trotted out.
"Yes, dear?" He responded.
I squeezed Percy's hand.
"Well, sir, you're not going to believe this,..." Percy began. He continued his story, with me chiming in ever so often.
Chiron looked calm.
"I'll assemble an immediate meeting. For the whole camp." He demanded, and started to go off, to talk to the..revived campers.
Percy pulled me into a hug.
"It's fine." He said. I stayed silent.
"Yeah, okay." I said eventually.
LATER
Chiron had gathered all the campers into the campfire.
"Attention!" He called.
Before he could begin, there was a loud bang.
Five people I've never seen before stood there.
"Wait!" One called. Chiron stopped, mid-sentence.
"I am Silena Jackson." The girl said. I frowned. This was weird. Percy's last name...
"I am the daughter of Percy Jackson and Annabeth Chase." She announced. I gasped, and Percy grabbed my hand and stood up.
"Excuse me?" Percy yelled. I began to study this girl a bit more. Her hair was a dirty blonde, just like mine. It was wavy, and very long. She was tall, and had some sort of power radiating off of her. Her eyes, those were the dead giveaway. They were a mix of gray and sea green, with hints of blue in the too. She really was my daughter.
"Percy, she's ours." I whispered. He froze, and had a dead grip on my hand.
"I am here, from the future. This world shall crumble, unless you let us stop it." She proclaimed.
"And who might 'us' be?" A camper called.
"This is my crew. Chris Grace, son of Piper McLean and Jason Grace. Emily Zhang, daughter of Hazel Levesque and Frank Zhang. Aiden Valdez, son of Calyspo and Leo Valdez. Bianca Di Angelo, daughter of Reyna and Nico di Angelo." She called. Upon hearing their parent's names, they walked over to them.
My daughter held up two fingers and walked over to Percy and I.
"Silena, you're ours?" I asked. She nodded.
"But I'm not a demigod. I'm a goddess." She said. I smiled, and Percy did the same.
"Are you immortal?" I asked. She shook her head.
"Never. The gods agreed to just let me have my powers."
"What are your powers?" Percy said. "Poseidon girl?" He said hopefully. She laughed.
"I can do many things, Athena style, but also some water powers. Invisibility, telepathy, mind control, affect memories, telekinesis, heightened senses, create simulations, like sort of controlling the mist, control water, and breathe underwater." She finished. I smiled. I gave birth to a goddess. I just couldn't grasp that fact.
"Can you show us??" Percy begged. She chuckled.
"Here's my telekinesis." She replied. Then, without moving a muscle, she lifted Percy up. No arms or legs needed.
"Higher!" Percy called. Silena took a deep breath and made him float higher, then dropped him in the lake.
"Mom," she began. I flinched a tiny bit.
"This quest, I need some advice." She questioned.
"Shoot." I said.
"Many of us suspect that Hades is helping revive the dead, and is messing with the time boundary. There is a chance that it might be Kronos, that and we need to go down to the Underworld. Through Ancient Greece. I need the Argo II, and need info on the Underworld." She asked. I nodded.
"I have maps in the Athena Cabin. Go to Malcom, and he'll show you." I replied. She nodded, kissed me on the cheek, then ran.
"Thanks, mom!" She called.
Percy put a hand on my shoulder.
"Is she...really ours?" He whispered. I turned around to face him. Even though he had a couple inches above me, I could still see his sea green eyes.
"I can't believe it either." I replied. He hugged me.
"We'll be okay." He sighed.
"Okay." I said.
