From 1.01 "Pilot", in flashback, Young Barry Allen ran down the street away from a group of bullies.

Nora Allen: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "Barry got into a fight."

The bullies tackled Young Barry to the ground, beating him.

Young Barry: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "I guess I wasn't fast enough."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the living room of the Allen House, Young Barry and Nora were talking.

"It's better to have a good heart than fast legs," Nora told him.

From 1.01 "Pilot", outside the Allen House, the place was a crime scene.

Barry: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "My mother was murdered. I was eleven."

From 1.01 "Pilot", inside, Young Barry walked into the living room to see red and yellow streaks surrounding his mother on the floor. Nora screamed in terror.

Barry: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "I saw what looked like a ball of lightning. Inside the lightning, there was a man. He killed my mom."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the street, Young Barry was dropped off by the red streak, looking around, seeing he was completely alone. "Mom? Dad?"

From 1.18 "Tricksters", in flashback in the Mitchell House, Young Vera Mitchell was sleeping in bed.

The bedroom door was open.

Smoke seeped into the room. An orange glow appeared on the wall, indicating fire from further on.

Young Vera woke up to the sounds of smells of the fire and smoke, hearing screaming from within the house, sitting up. 

Downstairs, Young Vera ran down the steps, falling into the wall, coughing due to the smoke.

The Reverse-Flash zoomed past the flames, toward Young Vera.

A hurl of fire shot the Reverse-Flash, slamming him into the door, making him burst out of the house and leave.

Young Vera cried and coughed, slowly falling unconscious due to the smoke.

Vera: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "When I was ten, my family died in a fire. My mom, my dad, my brother, my sister. And I saw this yellow streak."

From 1.01 "Pilot", on the street, Joe West and Barry were walking together.

"You can't keep docking work so you can go off chasing down these urban legends, Barry," Joe told him.

From 1.01 "Pilot", outside a building, Barry and officers were investigating a body.

Joe: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "Everyone you work with thinks you're a weirdo."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in Barry's lab, Iris West and Barry were talking.

Iris put her hands on his shoulders. "You gotta get yourself a girlfriend."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in Barry's lab, it was storming. 

Barry was looking at a board of his research.

Barry: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "I've spent my life looking for the impossible. Never imaging that I would become the impossible."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in STAR Labs, the particle accelerator exploded. Dark matter vibrated out from the explosion, spreading over Central City, causing the power to go out.

From 1.01 "Pilot", in Barry's lab, Barry was watching through the windows.

Liquid was started to float all around him.

Lightning struck down through the skylight, striking Barry, throwing him into a shelf of chemicals, making him fall.

From 1.01 "Pilot", in Vera's Loft, there was a large blast of light in the sky seen through the wall of windows, seen in the distance. A wave started to radiate out in directions.

A guitar amp started to spark and shake.

Vera put her guitar down cautiously, trying to turn the amp off.

It didn't work. The amp just kept sparking and sparking until it caught fire.

The fire spread around dangerously, flickering and dancing around.

Vera walked toward the wall, grabbing the fire extinguisher, aiming it at the flames, dousing them with the foam. It did nothing to stop the fire.

Nothing could stop the flames from spreading toward Vera, trapping her where she was, almost like the only thing it was trying to destroy was her. A beam from above fell from the ceiling above, ramming into Vera, making her fall into the flames on the floor. She caught on fire, burning, standing, flailing wildly, waving around desperately to try to get the flames to stop, screaming in agony.

From 1.03 "Things You Can't Outrun", in flashback in STAR Labs, in the pipeline, Aurora Swan noticed the Freon fog being released into the room from the pipes, speaking into a radio. "Freon's being released into the pipeline. I have to reset the pipes so it doesn't freeze the whole building."

Aurora was crying, trying to power through whatever she was feeling to try and salvage the cooling system and Freon so that it wouldn't freeze out the entire building and everything else in the system. Her hands were frozen. 

There was an explosion from within the particle accelerator, shaking the entire building, making the rest of the cooling system pipes fall through.

The Freon filled the room.

Aurora wasn't trying to leave the shaking, falling apart pipeline, crying despair, falling to her knees, letting herself freeze.

From 1.03 "Things You Can't Outrun", in flashback in the STAR Labs's Cortex, the Cortex was shaking from the recent explosion. The ceiling started to fall through, nearly crushing Caitlin Snow, Emma West, Cisco Ramon and Dr. Harrison Wells, crushing onto Wells's legs.

Logan Hemmings stood above them, holding up the ceiling as much as he could, to keep it from crushing them to death. Another shake of the building made the concaving ceiling fall onto Logan completely, trapping him on the floor.

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the Cortex of STAR Labs, Vera was in a hospital bed, waking up, gasping, sitting up.

Cisco gasped in surprise. "Oh, my God."

Vera looked around the Cortex, realizing she was hooked up to machines on the patient bed. "Where am I?"

Emma spoke into the comms on the computer. "Dr. Wells, get down to the Cortex now."

Vera pulled the wires off of her.

"Everything's okay," Logan told her. "You're at STAR Labs."

"Who are you?" Vera asked.

"I'm Logan Hemmings," Logan answered. "That's Cisco Ramon, Emma West, Caitlin Snow, and Dr. Aurora Swan."

Vera stood. "What is happening? Why am I not dead?"

"What do you remember?" Caitlin asked.

"The fire," Vera answered. "I almost made it out, but..."

Vera stopped when she realized that no part of her body was burned or scarred, walking toward the lab table in confusion, looking into the metal to look at the reflection, seeing no evidence of the fire.

Aurora pulled her toward a chair. "Have a seat." Vera reluctantly sat down. "You were in a coma."

"For how long?" Vera asked.

Dr. Wells rolled his electronic wheelchair into the room. "Nine months. Welcome back, Miss Mitchell. We have a lot to discuss."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in an alley, Vera was looking at her head. Sparks were really starting to pour from her fingertips, looking like little specks of fire. The more the sparks fell, the larger they got, until it all seemed to blur into one.

Barry walked closer.

Vera hid her hand behind her back instantly, but she didn't know how to make the fiery stream stop. "Who are you?"

"Barry," Barry answered. "Barry Allen." Vera hesitated, taking her hand out from behind her back. The fiery stream was still falling from her fingertips. When they hit the ground, they dissipated. "It's okay. I didn't know how to control my power at first, either."

Barry zoomed around in a blur of light.

Vera looked around in shock, only able to see the streak.

Wells: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "There's so much we don't understand."

From 1.01 "Pilot", at Ferris Air landing strip, Wells, Caitlin, Emma and Cisco were sitting at the desk they were using to chronicle everything, using a power generator to do so.

Barry, Vera, Aurora and Logan walked down the landing strip toward them.

"Aurora and Logan have powers, too," Barry told her.

Vera looked at Aurora and Logan. "Really? What do you do?"

Aurora held her hands up for her to see, forming ice into her hands. Fog was emanating from them like dry ice.

Logan lifted a steel crate alone with super strength.

"Miss Mitchell, while I am extremely eager to determine your full range of abilities, I do caution restraint," Wells told her.

Vera nodded. "Yeah." Barry smirked, scoffing softly, zooming down the landing strip, reaching the other side in less than half a second, whooping loudly, clapping. Cisco laughed, giving him a thumbs up. Logan smirked. Vera looked at Aurora, pointing at Barry. "I'm guessing he doesn't know what caution is."

Aurora shook her head. "No, he does not."

Vera took a deep breath, raising her arm toward one of the targets that had a lightning strike on it, calming herself down, focusing on telling it what to do. The fire started out as sparks radiating out of her fingertips, transitioning into the stream that shot into the target. She lowered her arm in shock.

"Whoa," Logan said.

Cisco laughed. "Awesome."

Aurora used ice to put the fire out.

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the Cortex, the team was talking.

"We've been searching for other metahumans like yourselves," Wells told them.

From 1.01 "Pilot", in a bank, a man was controlling the weather.

Man: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "The sky went black, and then boom. Outside was inside."

From 1.01 "Pilot", at a crime scene, Joe, Barry, Iris and Emma were talking.

"I think he can control the weather," Barry told them.

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the Cortex, Vera looked at the team. "What really happened that night?"

From 1.01 "Pilot", the particle accelerator exploded.

Wells: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "The dimensional barrier ruptured."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in STAR Labs, Vera and Wells looked at the destroyed particle accelerator from above.

Wells: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "Unleashing unknown energies into our world."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the Cortex, the team was talking.

"Antimatter, dark energy, X-elements," Wells told them.

"Those are all theoretical," Vera told them.

"And how theoretical are the four of you?" Wells asked.

From 1.01 "Pilot", in flashback, Barry zoomed up to Starling City.

From 1.01 "Pilot", at a farm, the metahuman was using his power to control the weather to create a tornado that was barely even getting started.

Metahuman: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "I've been thinking too small."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the Cortex, Cisco looked at the team, smiling. "This just keeps getting cooler."

SAME UNIVERSE AS SAPPHIRE ARROW

From 1.01 "Pilot", on the farm, a large pile of steel was about to slam down onto Eddie Thawne and Joe, threatening to kill them.

Logan/Guardian appeared next to them, catching the steel above his head with his super strength, throwing it to the ground.

Barry/Flash zoomed toward the tornado, running around it in the opposite direction at 700 miles per hour.

The metahuman walked toward Aurora/Glacia and Vera/Pyra. "It's time to think big."

"Then show me what you got," Aurora told him.

The metahuman made a lightning strike out of the sky toward them.

Vera raised a hand toward the lightning strike, shooting fire toward it, using the ray of fire as a shield. The lightning strike was sent back up into the sky, disappearing.

Vera: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "I'm not a hero. I'm just a girl that should have burned alive."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the Cortex, the team were talking.

Logan looked at Vera. "No, you're not. You're better."

"We can inspire people," Aurora told them. "Watching over this city like guardian angels. Making a difference. Saving people."

"We can't do it without you," Barry told her.

Cisco smirked. "If you're gonna do this, I have something that might help."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in another room of STAR Labs, Cisco showed Vera the suits for the Flash, Glacia, Guardian and Pyra.

From 1.01 "Pilot", in a cafe, Iris was watching the news.

LEGEND

From 1.01 "Pilot", at the farm, the metahuman used his power to create fire in front of himself, pushing it toward Vera/Pyra. The fire breezed past her, over her body, dissipating, without leaving harm.

Vera smirked to herself at the realization that she was now immune to fire since her power was fire.

TRAVELS 

Aurora/Glacia shot ice against the metahuman's chest, making him fall, forming ice in her hands. Fog emanated from her hands like dry ice.

FAST

From 1.01 "Pilot", at the farm the next day, it a crime scene.

Iris and Emma were talking.

"What happened here?" Iris asked.

"Just you're everyday bad-guy shootout," Emma told her.

The image of lightning, ice and fire twirled together around the image of strength.

Logan: (voice over from 1.01 Pilot) "There's no shortage of heroes in Central City. There's no shortage of villains, either. It make take the four of us and more to save it from them and itself."
