chapter 9 - First Blood

Outfits in the external link

From 12.06 "Celebrating the Life of Ariel & Faith", in flashback in the woods, the Werewolf pushed Young Asa against a tree, about to kill him. A shotgun shot rang out, hitting the Werewolf in the head, killing him, splattering blood onto Young Asa's face. Mary lowered her shotgun.

Sam: (voice over from 12.06 Celebrating the Life of Ariel & Faith) "This job, this life, it's crazy and insane. But it's in our blood."

(Song:) If You Want Blood (You've Got It - AC/DC

From 12.03 "The Foundry", in the abandoned house, Moriarty appeared in front of Dean, putting a hand on his chest, starting to freeze his heart. Ness shot Moriarty with the shotgun, making him disappear.

In the basement, Sam stroke a match, throwing it onto the skeleton inside the wall, setting it ablaze. Upstairs, Amara, Ness and Catty were restraining Dean/Moriarty with the iron chain. The Ghost of Moriarty was forced to leave Dean's body. The Ghosts of the children he killed appeared around him. Moriarty burned out of existence.

From 12.01 "Keep Calm and Carry On", in the basement of the farm, Toni looked at Ness, Octavia and Amara, who were tied up and tortured. "Let's begin."

THE ROAD SO FAR

Toni: (voice over from 12.01 Keep Calm and Carry On) "Toni Bevell, Men of Letters, London chapterhouse."

From 12.01 "Keep Calm and Carry On", in the basement of the farm, Toni looked at Ness, Octavia and Amara. "If you answer my questions, you'll walk right out that door."

There were flashes of Toni, Watt and Barclay torturing Ness, Octavia and Amara, or fighting Sam, Dean, Catty and Sabrina (12.01 Keep Calm and Carry On & 12.02 Mamma Mia), and Watt and Barclay ramming into the Impala with their car.

Octavia: (voice over from 12.01 Keep Calm and Carry On) "There's nothing you can do to hurt us that we won't walk away from."

From 12.08 "LOTUS", outside the Bunker, Sam, Dean, Catty, Ness, Octavia and Amara were fighting the Secret Service guys. Catty stopped Castiel, Sabrina and Levi from fighting guys that were just following Lucifer's orders.

Toni: (voice over from 12.02 Mamma Mia) "The Winchesters are no better than the monsters they fail to control. They need to be eliminated."

From 12.02 "Mamma Mia", in the basement of the farm, Ness, Octavia and Amara were tied to their chairs. Sam and Dean were standing with the chains on their arums hung over two hooks from the ceiling.

"Aren't we supposed to be on the same team?" Sam asked.

Catty aimed a gun at Toni, Watt and Barclay. "Get the hell away from my family."

Later, Mick let Castiel, Sabrina and Levi in. "No argument, they went too far. I deeply apologize. We want to work with you."

From 12.08 "LOTUS", outside the Bunker, Brandon shot a grenade launcher at the SUV. Everyone ducked or ran for cover, except for Sabrina and Levi, who just stood there and watched the explosion quizzically, curiously and in amusement, watching the flames.

"I'm sorry," Amara told him. "Who the hell are you?"

Brandon smirked. "Brandon Davis, son to Mick Davies. British Men of Letters. I don't know why most people can't see a world where we can all work together to finish off the monsters that are killers, and save the creatures that are far better."

Brandon nodded to Sabrina to prove his point about saving the creatures that were better.

"Well, you want us to trust you, you're gonna have to trust us first, Brandon," Amara told him.

From 12.06 "Celebrating the Life of Ariel & Faith", in the foyer of the Fox House, Max used magic to illuminate spellwork written over the door.

From 12.03 "The Foundry", in the abandoned house, the Ghosts of the children faded into brilliant white light, their souls starting to travel their way up to Heaven, moving on.

From 12.01 "Keep Calm and Carry On", in the cemetery, Catty and Mary embraced.

Mary: (voice over from 12.01 Keep Calm and Carry On) "I've heard of people coming back from the dead before."

From 12.01 "Keep Calm and Carry On", outside the cafe, sitting at their table, Mary looked at Sam and Dean. "But to actually do it?"

From 12.02 "Mamma Mia", at Sam and Octavia's wedding, Sam, Dean, Aiden, Castiel, Levi, Catty, Ness, Octavia, Sabrina, Amara, Ariel, Faith and Mary were all there. Sam placed a hand on Octavia's cheek, kissing her passionately. Sabrina, Amara and Dean cheered. Mary and Catty smiled, clapping. Sabrina and Amara tossed flower petals over Sam and Octavia. Castiel and Levi smiled.

Mary: (voice over from 12.02 Mamma Mia) "I just have a lot of blanks to fill in."

From 12.03 "The Foundry", in the Bunker, Mary looked at Sam, Dean and Catty. "I have to go."

Mary walked out of the Bunker.

Billie: (voice over from 12.06 Celebrating the Life of Ariel & Faith) "It's always nice to see a Winchester who can't get what they want."

From 12.06 "Celebrating the Life of Ariel & Faith", outside the Fox House, Billie was confronting Sam, Dean, Catty, Ness, Octavia and Amara.

Ness: (voice over from 12.06 Celebrating the Life of Ariel & Faith) "Billie?"

"She's a Reaper," Octavia told them.

From 1.01 "Pilot," Mary was burned alive, from 2.21 "All Hell Breaks Loose: Part 1", Sam was stabbed in the back by Jake, from 3.16 "No Rest for the Wicked", Catty was torn apart by Hellhounds, from 3.11 "Mystery Spot", Dean was killed repeatedly, from 5.22 "Swan Song", Castiel exploded, from 6.22 "The Girl Who Knew Too Much", Octavia was stabbed in the back with an Angel Blade, 9.23 "Do You Believe in Miracles?", Ness was stabbed in the chest with an Angel Blade.

Billie: (voice over from 12.06 Celebrating the Life of Ariel & Faith) "See, I'm a big believer in what dies, stays dead. If any of you change your minds, you know my name."

From 12.02 "Mamma Mia", in Hell's throne room, Vince/Lucifer started to illuminated with bright white light. His fallen Angel wings appeared in shadows over the wall behind him.

Crowley: (voice over from 12.02 Mamma Mia) "We've got to put Lucifer back in the Cage."

From 12.08 "LOTUS", Jeff was sitting on his bed. A bright light appeared, and he shuddered as the light entered his body.

Crowley: (voice over from 12.08 LOTUS) "I think I know the identity of Lucifer's newest vessel."

From 12.08 "LOTUS", in the Bunker's library, Amara read from the laptop. "Jefferson Rooney, President of the United States."

From 12.08 "LOTUS", in Jeff's room, Jeff/Lucifer and Kelly were in bed.

Kelly had her head on his chest. "I just know you'd made an amazing father."

From 12.08 "LOTUS", in the Bunker, the family and Levi were talking.

"Nephilim has come into being," Castiel told them.

Ness looked at them in realization. "Lucifer."

From 12.08 "LOTUS", in the motel room, Sabrina sensed something when she touched Kelly, backing away, startled. "That's a lot more power for just one. It was like when I felt the power from Aunt Ava when she was pregnant with Ariel and Faith, but... stronger. Like the feeling I got when I found out Aunt Ness was having twins, Aiden and Amara."

From 12.08 "LOTUS", in the library of the Bunker, Ness took out the Hyperbolic Pulse Generator out of a cloth bag.

Catty clapped her hands. "Sabrina uses that and her Hybrid power to exorcise Lucifer."

From 12.08 "LOTUS", in the motel room, Sabrina was starting to glow with white light, along with the Generator, shooting a ray of white light into Jeff/Lucifer's chest, driving him away. A strong wind was created by the power, strong enough to make everyone have to struggle to stay in place. Levi helped Sabrina keep a hold of the Generator. Rowena cast her spell, making flames erupt from the bowl. Lucifer's Grace was exorcised from Jeff's body.

Catty: (voice over from 12.08 LOTUS) "Then Rowena zaps him back to the Cage with the 'Book of the Damned' spell."

From 12.08 "LOTUS", outside the motel, Rick slammed his hand over a Banishing Sigil on the wall, sending Castiel, Sabrina and Levi away. Kelly gasped in shock and fear, running away.

From 12.08 "LOTUS", in the motel room, the guards stormed inside, guns aimed at Sam, Dean and Catty. They were taken out of the motel room in handcuffs. Rick looked on as they were loaded into the armored car.

Guard: (voice over from 12.08 LOTUS) "You're under arrest for the attempted assassination of the President of the United States."

Day One

Lawrence, Kansas

Morning - Mulroney's Diner

Mary was sitting one, stirring her coffee. She answered her phone. "Ness?"

Ness was in the Bunker, worried. "Mary, where are you?"

"I--I, uh... Lawrence, Kansas," Mary answered. "Ness, what's wrong?"

Ness sighed worriedly. "Well, I--I need you to meet me, Amara, Ava, Sabrina, Cas and Levi at the Bunker. We're staying with Ariel, Faith and Aiden."

They hung up.

Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado

Site 94 - Office

There were photos of Jeff, Kelly, and then grainy old photos and ancient mug shots of Sam, Dean and Catty from 2.07 The Usual Suspects and 3.12 Jus in Bello.

Rick was delivering an official report in the office. "Six hours ago, Sam, Dean and Catty Winchester attempted to kill the President of the United States."

An older man was seated at the desk, studying the photos. "Huh. Do we know why?"

Rick shook his head. "They haven't said a word since we picked them up."

As they were talking, the armored truck drove down a country road. Sam, Dean and Catty were inside, shackled, grim.

"Quiet types?" the old man asked. "Okay. What do we know about 'em?"

"A lot," Rick answered. "Siblings, born in Lawrence, Kansas to Mary Winchester, deceased, and John Winchester, also deceased. Ness Singer-Winchester is wife to Dean. Dean and Ness have two children, Amara and Aiden Winchester. Sam and Catty, also married, to Octavia and Castiel respectively, with children. Ariel and Faith Winchester to Sam and Octavia; Sabrina Winchester to Catty and Castiel. Sabrina has a boyfriend named Levi. Levihelps out their family on numerous occasions. FBI started to investigate them back in 2007."

"For what?" the old man asked.

"Assault, murder, multiple counts of desecrating a corpse," Rick answered. "All of these could be applied to Ness Singer-Winchester as well."

"The same corpse?" the old man asked, looking disturbed but insistent.

"No, Camp," Rick answered. "Different corpses." There was a clip of the armored truck arriving at a secret prison facility, with military guards manning the heavy iron gates. "They made the FBI's most wanted in 2011, then died in a shootout with police in Ankeny, Iowa. At least, that's what their file said, but apparently not."

"Apparently," Camp agreed. He pointed at a picture of Kelly. "What about the girl?"

"Kelly Kline," Rick answered. "And she's a Presidential aide, but no one's seen her since that day. We don't know where she went, or if she's still alive."

Sam, Dean and Catty, wearing grey prison jumpsuits, were escorted down a flight of stairs, down a long concrete hallway, to three individual prison cells.

"How many people know about this?" Camp asked.

"We're keeping it quiet," Rick explained. "Just you, me, the agents who made  the arrest, and POTUS. But the last thing he remembers was saying his nightly prayers the day before it happened."

"Drugged?" Camp asked.

Rick shrugged. "Lab's running a tox screen now, but probably."

In the hall, Sam, Dean and Catty looked at each other worriedly before being ushered into their cells.

Camp looked at Rick. "And by 'probably', you mean, 'maybe'. And by 'maybe', you mean 'I don't know'. So next time, just say you don't know."

"Look, you're here because you're some bigshot anti-terrorism guy," Rick told him. "But you want my opinion? We should take those three psychos out back, cap them, we grab an early lunch."

"Yeah?" Camp asked.

"They got it coming," Rick told him.

"Yeah, but what if they're not working alone?" Camp asked. "I mean, you said that they have an entire family out there. Ness Singer-Winchester with the same charges against her back in the day. This could be a family thing. What if they got ties to... oh, I don't know, white nationalists? Muslim brotherhood?"

"Really?" Rick asked.

Camp shrugged. "I'm just saying. They might be the tip of some nasty-ass iceberg."

"That--that's what you think?" Rick asked.

"Probably," Camp answered. "Maybe. I don't know. Let's find out."

§

Dean's Cell

Camp walked into Dean's cell, and as he spoke, Dean remained stoic and silent. "Hi, Dean. How you doing? Can I get you coffee? Water? Or you hungry?" He dug through his pockets. "I got a chocolate bar here somewhere. Don't tell my wife. So... you've had a day. Wanna tell me about it?"

§

Catty's Cell

Camp was leaning against the wall, crossing his arms, talking to Catty, but she was still and silent. "Like, for example, why you went after the leader of the free world? Well, let me guess. You don't like cops. Hell, I get it. We can be real jackasses. But you're gonna talk to me, Catty."

§

Sam's Cell

Camp was talking to Sam, who was also silent and unmoving. "You just are, Sam. Now that's not a threat. I don't believe in torture. Doesn't work. Oh, I've seen folks waterboarded, cut on. And they talk. Ooh, they do. But they never tell you what you need. You know what does work, though? Every time. Nothing."

Camp leaned down in front of Sam to look him in the eyes.

§

Catty's Cell

Camp leaned down in front of Catty to look her in the eyes. "See, when I leave, that door closes, and it stays closed, and you stay in the dark. Now, maybe that doesn't sound so bad. But after a month? A year? You spend enough time staring at these walls, just you and all that nothing."

§

Dean's Cell

Camp leaned down in front of Dean to look him in the eyes. "You'll get so crazy to talk, to see someone real, you'll tell me exactly what I need. You'll tell me with a smile. It'll just take some time."

§

All Cells

With multiple shifts back and forth between Sam, Dean and Catty's cells, Camp leaned back against the wall opposite of them with his arms crossed. "Of course, the thing is, after what you did, no one's in a hurry to get you that phone call. So you and me, we got all the time in the world."

In each cell, Camp left their cells, slamming the doors shut, locking them. Sam flinched slightly. Catty sighed, looking up. Dean closed his eyes, hanging his head.

§ Worlds Colliding (Supernatural) §

Day Two

Morning - Mick's Office

(Song:) Ghost Town - The Specials

There was a small black case resting on a desk, in Mick's office.

Mick set a beer bottle down, sitting down, opening the case, revealing a typewriter inside, setting up, beginning to type: Reporting in.

The typewriter typed a reply of "Connection secured - Proceed."

Mick continued to type.

Mick: (voice over) "This is Mick Davies, filing Status Update Bravo Three. As instructed, Brandon Davies and I've been attempting to make inroads with the American hunters. But unfortunately, there's been a few setbacks."

§

Diner

Mick and Brandon were sitting in a diner, looking straight ahead at someone unknown.

Brandon smiled. "Let me paint you a picture. Of a world without monsters, or Demons, or any of those little killer buggers that go bump in the night.Or a world where no one has to die because of supernatural. Of a new world, a better world." A very unimpressed hunter sat across from them, listening skeptically, slurping his soda. Brandon chuckled. "Now, if you work with us, you'll have support, in every sense of the word. You need lore? Our libraries are the biggest and the best. You want money? We have money. We need weapons? We have gear you can't even imagine. Now what we're saying, Wally, is that you need people like us, and we need hunters like you."

Wally sighed deeply.

"All we ask in return is that when we call, you go where you're told and you do what you're told, for the greater good," Mick told him.

Wally slurped his soda again. "Let me see your hands." Mick and Brandon looked at him in surprise. "Come on, let me see your hands."

Brandon shrugged. "Yeah, all right."

Wally took their hands, inspecting them. "Soft."

Mick seemed pleased. "Hmm, thank you."

"You ever hunt anything?" Wally asked.

"I'm more tactical," Mick explained. "Long-term strategy."

"I'm more of the hunter than my father is," Brandon told him.

Wally nodded. "Right. Listen, uh, Brody--"

"Brandon," Brandon corrected.

"Brandon, Brody, whatever," Wally told them. "I don't know you, and I ain't looking to take any orders from anyone." He looked at Mick, putting on an English accent. "Especially some limey paper pusher."

"I'm not quite sure you understand, mate," Mick told him.

"No, I think I do," Wally told them. "So, no offense, but you can take your offer... and you can shove it up your ass. I'm sure it won't be too painful, what with those soft hands of yours, right?" He left some money on the table on his way out. "That's, uh, that's for the burger."

Brandon looked at Mick sarcastically. "Well, that went well."

Mick gave his son a look. "Brandon."

Brandon smirked, taking a drink.

§

Mick's Office

Mick was typing at his magic typewriter.

Mick: (voice over) "In short, the American hunters have proven... difficult for both me and Brandon. As for the Winchesters..."

The Bunker - War Room

Ness, Castiel, Octavia, Sabrina, Amara, Levi and Mary were all talking, all of them overwhelmed.

"Wait, so what happened?" Mary asked.

"We stopped Lucifer, and Dad, Levi and I were about to help Kelly deal with Lucifer's kids," Sabrina answered. "And, uh..."

"Lucifer must've told the complete truth to one of his men, because he was able to create a Banishing Sigil that was able to send Cas, Sabrina and I away," Levi explained.

"It wasn't just an Angel Banishing Sigil, then," Octavia told them. "It was also meant for Sow, not just Cas and Levi."

"Yeah," Amara agreed sadly. "And that... that's how they were able to take my dad, Uncle Sam and Aunt Catty. And Kelly got away."

Mary sighed heavily. "Why... if they needed help, why didn't they call me?"

"You were out," Castiel answered. He sighed heavily, worriedly. "How did we let this happen?"

Ness sighed, shaking her head. "We have to find them, but Sabrina can't hear them praying to her, and Sam, Dean and Catty should have prayed to her by now."

§

Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado

Site 94 - Catty's Cell

Catty found a loose bolt on her cot, unscrewing it, using it to begin scratching tally marks into the concrete cell wall to mark the days, putting two scratch marks on the wall.

§

Hallway

Prison guards shoved trays of food through small windows in Sam, Dean and Catty's cells. "Chow time."

§

Dean's Cell

Dean sniffed his food, tasting it, making an 'Eh, not bad' face.

§

Sam's Cell

Sam tasted his food, and while he hated the taste of it, he ate it anyway.

§

Catty's Cell

While the cycle of 'chow time' continued, Catty continued to mark the days on the wall with the tip of the screw, while she and her brothers all struggled with their lengthy captivity, trying to pray to her daughter even though she knew that Sabrina couldn't hear her. "Sabrina. Sabrina. Sow. Sow?"

§

The Bunker - Library

There was also a cycle of days, weeks, months that passed, showing Aiden, Ariel and Faith. Aiden was Human, still a baby, growing at a slightly faster speed for a Human baby. Ariel and Faith, both Nephilims with accelerated aging, were growing bigger and bigger faster with each day that passed, from toddlers to little kids. Octavia was watching Ariel and Faith, upset and sad because she knew that Sam was going to feel devastated when they found him and he saw that he missed so much.

§

Day Three

Morning - Milton Bar

(Song:) En El Cielo No Hay Cerveza - Flaco Jimenez

Ness was working at the bar, having to talk to Crowley. Amara, Castiel, Octavia, Sabrina and Levi were sitting with them, while Mary was home with the babies.

Crowley had a fancy drink with an umbrella, fruit slices and a pitchfork, picking it up, drinking. "Can't help you."

"Come on, Crowley," Sabrina told him in annoyance. "The police took them. You have people in the government. You have spies."

Crowley nodded in agreement. "I do. But whatever's happened to Fatale, Moose and Squirrel, apparently, it's above their pay grade."

"Sabrina can't find them because wherever they are, it's heavily warded," Octavia explained. "Lucifer set this up, because he knew that he needed a backup plan in case we were actually able to send him back to the Cage. Ariel and Faith are getting older by the second, bigger, without Sam."

"Amara, Aiden and Ness need Dean," Levi told him. "Sabrina and Cas need Catty. Ariel, Faith and Ava need Sam. But you don't care about any of this, do you?"

Crowley considered his answer for a moment. "No, Levi, I don't." Amara glared at him. "Do you know how many all-powerful beings have tried to kill them?"

"Yes, because most of them have tried to kill Ness, and the rest of our family, too," Castiel answered. "You were one of them. You actually conspired to get Ava killed, got Brett killed to make Catty go back into hunting, manipulated our lives to bring Sabrina and controlled her when she was younger."

Amara nodded in agreement. "Sent Aunt Catty and Sabrina on the run for two years. Manipulated my mom into getting the Mark so that you could try to control them and Uncle Cas again."

"And tried to control Amara when the Darkness possessed her," Sabrina added. "And Aiden and Amara are going through side effects of the Mark because you gave it to Aunt Ness."

Crowley smirked. "And you're all still standing, better than ever, present circumstances aside, Sabrina. And, what can I say, Amara? The Winchesters are survivors. They're like herpes. Just when you think they're gone... Hello! They are back, leaving a trail of bodies in their wake. Including you, Vanessa, Octavia, and Castiel, now that you're one big, happy family, and the children. Might actually include Levi one day if he and Sabrina is another destined to be Winchester love story. So wherever they are, whoever has Catty, Sam and Dean, well... In the immortal words of Lawrence Tureaud..." He imitated Mr. T. "'I pity the fool.'"

Crowley stood, patting Ness on the shoulder in a strangely reassuring fashion, walking away, leaving them glaring after him.

Ness sighed, returning to work when her phone rang. She pulled it out, seeing that Alicia was calling, answering. "Alicia?"

"Yeah," Alicia answered. "Hey, Ness."

"Hey," Ness told her. "How are you and Max dealing with Asa's passing and the crossroads Demon thing?"

"We're better, thanks," Alicia answered. "Look, I--me and my brother, we're working this case in Louisiana. We thought it was some southern fried Werewolf thing, but it's not one thing. It's a pack. There's, like, a billion of them down here, and... we need help. Maybe you can send Sabrina, Catty, Sam and Dean down here, in case you, Amara and Ava are busy with Aiden; Ariel and Faith?"

Ness sighed heavily. "No, uh... Catty, Sam and Dean can't help right now."

Sabrina, having been listening to the phone call, stood. "I'll go. I can't find Mom, Uncle Sam and Uncle Dean because of the Hybrid Warding, and I can't hear their prayers because of it. But I can't just sit around and do nothing. I have to do something, because I'm gonna lose my mind if I don't."

"Do you want someone to go with you?" Levi asked, standing. "Sabrina, I can go with you."

Sabrina nodded.  "Thanks, Levi."

§

Woods

Sabrina and Levi were thinning out the Werewolf pack one by one, smiting all of them. Sabrina also turned some into particle cells like she did to the wolves in 11.17 Red Meat. Levi smote one Werewolf after another, letting them fall, fixing his jacket.

After Sabrina and Levi had finished the hunt with the Werewolves, having killed the pack, Sabrina was so overcome with frustration, worry and sadness that she shot a burst of power at a tree nearby, making it fall to the ground.

Levi knew that she was going to lash out at something, walking closer, concerned. "Sabrina." Sabrina didn't answer, holding her head. "Sabrina, hey."

Sabrina turned to face him. "I'm supposed to be stronger than this. Levi, I have fought against the Devil and the Darkness themselves, multiple times, Abaddon, Cain, and I helped my mom outlive all the monsters that Crowley sent after us for two years when he was trying to control me. Levi, God Himself told me that I was one of the strongest beings that has ever lived. The others being Himself and the Darkness."

"Every creature, no matter how strong they are, they have weaknesses," Levi told her. "Even God and the Darkness; each other. Remember, the Darkness was able to hide from both you and God with warding, so if someone can hide from God with warding, of course they're gonna be able to hide from you. And you won against everyone, even the Darkness twice. There's an entire Hybrid Tablet out there, describing the prophecy of you, Sabrina. Including your weaknesses and strengths. Of course very rare people would know how to hide people from you. Metatron, obviously. God, the Darkness. Lucifer, and rare Demons. This is because of Lucifer. He's the one that set this up."

Sabrina nodded in agreement. "So he of course he would be able to tell his lackeys how to create warding to keep me from finding them." She took a deep breath, shaky and upset, angry. "I need to find them, Levi."

Levi walked closer. "And you will. We will. Doesn't matter how long it takes, because we will find them, Sabrina."

"How do you know that?" Sabrina asked.

"Because anyone betting against the Winchesters is making a grave mistake," Levi answered. "You're still Sabrina Winchester. You can do anything. I believe in you. Now you have to believe in yourself." Sabrina looked reassured and a little less upset, thankful for Levi being here and helping them with everything. They embraced for a moment, looking at each other, kissing slowly and passionately, sweetly. "What was that for?"

Sabrina managed a small smile. "Everything. Thank you. For everything."

They smiled more convincingly, kissing more passionately than before.

The Bunker - Library

As more time passed, Ariel and Faith were growing bigger, and bigger, eventually turning into teenagers. Aiden had just had his second birthday as more time went on, a small toddler now.

§

Day Four

Morning - The Bunker - Library

The family, including teenage Ariel and Faith, and Levi were talking.

Ariel looked at Octavia. "I'm sorry, Mom. I know you wanted Dad to be here. That he wanted to be here."

"You know we're gonna find him," Faith told her. "And Uncle Dean and Aunt Catty. Mom, we will."

Ariel nodded in agreement. "Right."

Octavia sighed sadly. "Yeah."

They all looked at each other sadly.

Amara sighed. "Grandma Mary's hunting. So... have you heard anything?"

Ness shook her head. "I'm trying, but... Cas? Levi? You?"

Levi shook his head.

"Mom, Levi, Uncle Cas and Sabrina have been teaching Ariel and I to track, but we can't sense them, either," Faith told them.

"What does it mean if Sabrina, Faith and I can't track them?" Ariel asked.

"That they're somewhere warded," Octavia answered. "Warded against Angels, Nephilims, Demons, even the True Hybrid."

Ariel frowned slightly. "Okay."

"Lucifer wanted a backup plan so that he would get my dad, Uncle Sam and Aunt Catty out of the way," Amara explained. "And he had the place warded so we couldn't find them."

"Because he knew that Sabrina, Ariel and Faith would be able to find them, knowing that you two would get older soon," Ness agreed.

Sabrina sighed, nodding. "Levi, you keep telling me that they're fine. They've only been gone--"

"Six months, two days, and ten hours," Levi told them.

Ness sighed heavily, looking at her daughter sadly, shaking her head. "Aiden just turned two, Amara. Dean's gonna be pissed that he missed Aiden's second birthday."

Amara sighed sadly, nodding in agreement.

"I'm sorry, Aunt Nessie," Sabrina told her sadly. "I'm sorry, Amara."

Octavia looked away, at Ariel and Faith. "You're almost completely grown. You grow faster than any Human child could. Faster than Sabrina did. Slower than Amara did. Your father wanted to be here to witness it all. And he couldn't. Sam's going to be devastated by how much he's missed."

Ariel and Faith looked sad at this information.

"Sorry, Aunt Ava," Amara told her. "Uncle Sammy's gonna be so sad to miss out on so much with Ariel and Faith."

"How will we find them, though?" Ariel asked.

Amara looked at them sympathetically. "I don't know. But we'll find them. We will. Until then... we just we're doing our best."

"Are we?" Castiel asked. "Did you hear about the murders in Lancaster, Missouri?"

"No," Amara answered.

"The women with their throats ripped out, the blood drained?" Ness asked. Castiel nodded. "Vampire."

"I saw it on the news, and I thought, that's the sort of thing Sam, Dean and Catty would investigate," Castiel told them. "They would roll into town, save the day, kill the monsters. I know it's a nest of Vampires, not just one. I tried to find all of them. But... I don't know what I did wrong. I--I asked questions, but maybe they were the wrong people, or the wrong questions, and I just... I never found them. Never found the monsters. Never even got close. And three more women died before I left town. Before I ran away."

Amara nodded to them. "So you go back. Uncle Cas, you and Sabrina."

Faith turned to Octavia. "Come on, Mom. We can't do anything else while waiting to find them. They're warded, and we can't get to them, but we have to be doing what we do while we look for them."

"They won't like it very much if we did nothing," Ariel agreed. "And now that we're older and you don't have to watch out for us anymore, you can get your Grace back. You can be a full blown Angel again."

"We can take them out together," Sabrina told them.

Ariel and Faith looked at Sabrina, nodding. They three of them managed small smiles. Ness, Amara, Castiel and Levi looked at them and Octavia, a little amused.

Octavia chuckled lightly, nodding. "All right. I've got a lot of frustrations to work out anyway."

"With your Grace?" Faith asked.

"Yes, Faith," Octavia answered. "Like you and Ariel said. You're ready to use your powers, and I have no reason to stay here in the Bunker while everyone else is doing something anymore. I love being Human, raising you two. Loved being Human, living a Human life with Sam. But I have to do something. I just feel the incessant need to smite something to work out the anger."

Ariel, Faith, Sabrina, Amara, Ness, Castiel and Levi nodded in understanding.

Amara turned to Ness. "You know, we could go, too." They looked at her. "I have a lot of anger to work off right now, too, Mom. And I know that you do, too. We haven't been on a hunt in forever. And we both need to work off a little steam. Don't you think?"

Ness hesitated, looking toward where Aiden was sitting.

"I could stay and watch Aiden until you get back, Ness," Levi offered. "All of you can go together, as a family, until we find Sam, Dean and Catty and bring them home. Aiden will be safe here with me."

"Well, like Ariel and Faith said, someone has to be doing what we do while we look for Catty, Sam and Dean, or they will be pissed," Ness agreed. "And like Sabrina, Cas, Amara and Ava said, we all need to work off some steam. And Levi said he'll stay to watch Aiden. Let's go." They managed small smiles. Ness sighed, kissing Aiden on the head, handing him over to Levi. "We'll be back, Aiden, sooner than you think. Thanks, Levi."

Levi was still puzzled and awed by interaction with Aiden, nodding. "Of course. Have fun on the family hunting trip."

Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado

Site 94 - Hallway

A prison guard shoved another food tray through Sam, Dean and Catty's cells. "Chow time! Yo, eat up." He crouched down to peer through the food tray window and saw Sam lying unresponsive on his cot. "Crap."

The guard left, returning with Camp and Rick, rushing to Sam's cell.

"What happened?" Camp asked.

"I was doing my rounds, and I did CPR, but he was gone," the guard answered.

More guards stood around in Sam's open cell, looking at his body.

Rick walked right up to his body. "Get those other cells open. Now!"

The guards opened the cell doors to Catty and Dean's cells, revealing them lying, also apparently dead.

Camp ran up to Catty, checking for a pulse. "They're dead."

§

Morgue

Sam, Dean and Catty were laid out on slabs in the prison's morgue/medical facility, still apparently dead.

"I don't get it," the doctor admitted. "They all died on the same day? That's not... how's that even possible?"

"You tell us," Camp told him.

"Great plan," Rick told him sarcastically. "For the last six months, we've done nothing but sit around with our junk in our hands because you wanted to wait them out. That really worked. Yeah, nice job."

"Well, I'm just gonna... yeah," the doctor told them awkwardly, walking out of the morgue.

Camp looked at Rick. "You wanted them dead. They're dead."

"I wanted them punished," Rick corrected. "I wanted to look Sam, Catty and Dean Winchester in the eye and... wanted them to feel it."

"Well, that--that is totally mentally normal," Camp told him sarcastically.

"Go to hell," Rick told him, walking out.

Camp turned the light off as he left the morgue. Once Sam, Dean and Catty were alone, they gasped alive, coughing, beginning to breathe again, sitting up.

"You good?" Sam asked.

"Yeah, I've been better," Catty answered. "I've been worse."

"Looks like it worked," Sam told them.

"So far," Dean agreed.

They heard a door slam in the distance, putting them on alert. The doctor returned to the morgue. Dean grabbed the doctor from behind, restraining him in a chokehold, shushing him.

The doctor was completely shocked. "H--how..."

"Where are we?" Catty asked.

"I--I don't know," the doctor told them.

"Answer her," Dean told him.

"Seriously, they blindfold me every day before they bring me to work," the doctor explained. Dean took the doctor's phone from his lab coat, showing Sam and Catty, putting it in his pocket. "This place, it's not supposed to exist."

Sam, Dean and Catty exchanged a look that said, 'Go figure'. Catty sighed, rolling her eyes.

Outside

Sam, Dean and Catty snuck outside a door marked 'Restricted Area, Authorized Persons Only'.

Sam inspected the area outside. "Clear."

They tried to sneak away while Dean tried to make a phone call, but repeatedly getting Ness' voicemail since she was on a hunt with their family.

Ness: (voicemail) "This is Ness Singer-Winchester. Please leave your name, number and a detailed--"

Sam indicated a van parked outside marked Farkas Supply Company. "Hey, should we take it?"

"No, it's probably got LoJack," Catty answered, trying to call Castiel, getting his voicemail because he was also hunting with them. "Come on, Cas."

Castiel: (voicemail) "This is my voicemail. Make your voice... a mail."

Sam pulled a map out of the van. "Got a map."

Dean tried to call Ness. "Nessie, come on. Baby, answer."

Sam tried to call Octavia. "Come on, Ava."

Sabrina: (on Octavia's voicemail) "You've reached Octavia. Sorry Aunt Ava can't talk right now. She's taking a very, very long time with Uncle Sammy, when we have a job to do, and when they come out, they lie about what they were doing, just like Mom and Dad do, and just like Uncle Dean and Aunt Ness, because they think I haven't figured out what 'in the shower' means yet."

Octavia: (on Octavia's voicemail) "Sabrina, what are you doing?"

Sabrina: (on Octavia's voicemail, sounding busted and sheepish) "Oh, hi, Aunt Ava."

Octavia: (on Octavia's voicemail) "Sow, come on."

Sam hung up, turning to Dean and Catty. "I don't think anyone told Ava about the message Sabrina left on her voicemail."

"Of course they didn't, Sam," Dean told him. "Because Sow's message is hilarious."

Vampire Nest

Ness and Amara were decapitating at least three Vampires each. Castiel and Octavia were smiting three Vampires. Sabrina was making three Vampires melt and turn into nothing like she did to Hansel in 10.12 Girls Chase Boys.

Ariel and Faith were turning three Vampires into smoke like they had been able to do to an Angel while Octavia had still been pregnant with them and possessed by Lucifer, when Lucifer had tried to make the Angel blow up, but Ariel and Faith had turned the Angel to smoke instead, because the Angel had tried to kill Octavia/Lucifer and they had been in defense without realizing what they were doing. (11.18 Hell's Angel)

After they finished the hunt, Ness realized that her phone was ringing when Dean tried to call her again, puling it out to see unknown caller on the ID, answering in confusion. "Hello?"

"Ness?" Dean asked.

Ness was stunned and relieved beyond words to hear his voice again. "Dean?"

Octavia, Ariel, Faith, Castiel, Sabrina and Amara looked at Ness in relief, surprised, walking closer.

Dean chuckled in relief. "Hey, baby, long time."

Ness put the phone on speaker so they could all talk.

Amara was overwhelmed with relief and surprise. "Dad..."

Dean sighed in relief now that he had heard both his wife and daughter's voices again. "Hey, Amara. Really happy to hear you guys. Where's Aiden?"

"Aiden's at home, being watched by Levi," Amara answered. "What--what happened? Wh--where are you?"

"You wouldn't believe me, and I have no clue," Dean told them. "Uh..."

"Where's Sam and Catty?" Octavia asked.

 "We're here, Ava," Sam answered.

"Mom?" Sabrina asked hopefully, the same time Castiel asked, "Catty?"

Catty smiled when she heard them. "Yeah, Sabrina. Cas, I'm here."

They were even more relived to hear from all of them, finally knowing that they were okay, sighing.

"Sam... Ariel and Faith are here," Octavia told him. "But they're..."

"I know they're older, Ava," Sam told her. "I know that. I know I missed everything when it comes to Ariel and Faith."

"Dad..." Ariel trailed off. "This is Ariel. Faith, Sabrina and I've been trying so hard to find you."

"I know, Ariel," Sam told her. "This place is warded up to the gills. There's no way you could have tracked us. Lucifer was thorough. Where's Faith?"

"I'm here, Dad," Faith answered. "We're all here. Except Grandma Mary and Levi. Grandma Mary's hunting, and Levi's watching Aiden."

Catty looked at the map. "Got something. All right, looks like that's Elk Mountain." She pointed at the mountain behind her. "Which makes that Long's Peak."

"Okay, looks like we're in Colorado," Dean told them. "It's Rocky Mountain National Park. Uh, if we head north, we should hit State Route 34, eventually."

Catty sighed worriedly. "But this is like a black government site. Even the road's warded, so you can't find us until we get off the site. Did you get that?"

"Yes, of course," Ariel answered.

"All right, meet us there," Catty told them.

"Wait, where?" Sabrina asked.

"You'll see us," Dean told them. "And, guys... we're kinda on the clock here."

Faith shook her head in confusion. "Wait, what does that..."

They heard that Sam, Dean and Catty had hung up, sighing, looking at each other in relief, going to tell Levi and Mary.

Sam, Dean and Catty were talking after having hung up.

"You didn't tell them?" Catty asked.

"No," Dean answered.

"They'll track the phone," Sam told them.

Catty took the phone from Dean. "Right."

Catty threw the doctor's phone into the van. The three of them ran off to the north through the woods, trying to find where the warding would end so they could be found by Sabrina, Ariel and Faith, and the rest of the family.

Inside - Morgue

Camp and Rick returned to witness Sam, Dean and Catty's autopsies, only to find them gone.

"What the hell?" Camp asked.

There was a banging noise from inside one of the morgue drawers. Rick opened it, sliding the drawer out to find the doctor, stashed there by the siblings.

The doctor looked at them awkwardly. "Hey."

§

Outside

A Jeep full of soldiers arrived, while Rick and Camp were suited up to track down Sam, Dean and Catty through the site.

Camp was still in shock. "This isn't... I took her pulse. They were dead."

"Look, I got no idea what went down here," Rick told him. "Maybe they got to one of the guards. Maybe this is some slow your heartbeat kung fu crap. What I do know, the Winchesters are out there. And this time, we're doing it my way." He addressed the soldiers. "All right!" While he was giving orders, Sam, Dean and Catty were running through the woods on the black site, trying to find the road and a way off the site. "We got three runners with about a 45 minute head start. These are killers. So you get eyes, you pull the trigger. Let's move out."

The soldiers set off to hunt Sam, Dean and Catty, while they were still running through the woods.

Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Jody's House - Outside

The rest of the family and Levi were standing outside Jody's house with Aiden.

"At least Ariel and Faith have the power of teleportation like I do, otherwise, this would be a very long drive," Sabrina told them.

They chuckled.

"Levi, thanks for bringing Aiden here," Ness told him. "Jody, Claire, Alex and Sage can watch Aiden while we go get Sam, Dean and Catty."

"Yes, Sage, who still doesn't have her soul because the Darkness sucked it out of her," Amara told them.

"But at least she's not a killer," Sabrina told them. "Claire, Alex and Jody are helping Sage channel her emptiness into hunting monsters."

"So, Sage's a Prophet without a soul?" Ariel asked.

"Yeah, but she's being good," Amara answered. "You know, Sage is the Prophet that the Darkness used a fog to kill her entire family and hometown, and Sage was the sole survivor. Uh, Sage also helped us find Aunt Ava while the Darkness was torturing her and Lucifer was possessing her, and pregnant with you two. I mean, Sage helped us find Aunt Ava the day she had you guys."

Faith was completely stunned, shaking her head. "Our lives are weird."

"Understatement of the century," Sabrina told them.

They chuckled.

"What do you think we're walking into?" Mary asked.

"We don't know," Castiel told her.

"We may want backup, because of the warding," Levi told them.

"Crowley and Rowena?" Castiel asked.

"The King of Hell and his mother?" Mary asked skeptically. "The Witch?" She scoffed. "Hope we can do better than that."

Levi sighed. "I may have an idea."

Sabrina looked at Levi, knowing what he was thinking, sighing. "Seriously, Levi?"

"Do you have any better ideas?" Levi replied. "They can get past the warding that we might not be able to. They can take it out so that we can get in."

Sabrina, Amara, Ariel and Faith sighed at the same time. "Yeah..."

"And then once the warding's disabled, all I know is that they're dealing with Sam, Dean, Catty, and all of us," Octavia told them. "They're the ones that need to be careful."

Faith smiled. "Yep."

Ness, Octavia and Castiel chuckled.

"Let me get Aiden inside to Sage, Jody, Claire and Alex so that we can take off out of here," Ness told them. "Amara--"

"I'm not staying here when Dad, Uncle Sam and Aunt Catty are out there, and I haven't seen them in almost six months," Amara told them. "Sorry, but I gotta see them. Like, now."

They smiled small smiles.

Ness nodded. "We know."

"Mamma?" Aiden asked. "Where Daddy?"

Ness held Aiden close in her arms, walking him up to the house. "It's okay, Aiden. We're bringing Daddy home. And Uncle Sam and Aunt Catty. I promise."

Camp and Rick were chasing their soldiers through the woods. Camp had to slow down, panting.

"Long time since you've been in the field, huh?" Rick asked. "I mean, if you need to head back..."

Camp shook his head. "I'm fine."

§

Elsewhere

Elsewhere in the woods, Sam, Dean and Catty were trudging their way away from the hunt for them.

"Once they drop off Aiden, they'll be here," Dean told them.

"All right, so we got what?" Sam asked. "An hour till dark? Which puts us at six hours till midnight?"

"That sounds about right," Catty answered. "Sabrina, Cas, Ariel, Faith, Levi... they're not gonna be able to get past the warding, and we can't take it all out, because it could be everywhere. Plus, it's invisible."

"Right, but Mom, Ness and Amara can," Dean told them. "Ava might be able to if she doesn't have her Grace back, but considering the way of things, Ava probably took her Grace back. But Mom, Ness and Amara can't come in here alone with all these guys after us. They need help."

"Dean, Catty, we gotta talk about this," Sam told them.

"Okay, we will, all right?" Dean asked. "Later."

They continued running, leaving footprints in the mud, so they headed into the river to cover their footprints so they could continue their getaway.

Forested Road

The rest of the family and Levi were meeting up with Brandon and Mick.

Mary looked at Levi. "This is your idea? The people that almost killed Ness, Ava, Amara and my kids? They're gonna be our backup? Suddenly the Demon and his mommy don't look so bad."

"Brandon helped us with Lucifer," Levi explained. "Even though Brandon helped unknowingly."

"Lucifer?" Brandon repeated. "The Lucifer?"

"Yes," Amara answered.

"Wait, so you're telling me what happened in Indianapolis was you took on the bleeding Devil himself?" Brandon asked.

"Yeah," Amara answered.

"Did you win?" Brandon asked.

"Yep," Amara answered.

Brandon and Mick shared a very impressed glance at one another.

"Bravo," Brandon told them.

"But, Sam, Dean and Catty were taken," Castiel explained.

Amara nodded. "We know we can get them back, but we need..." She didn't like the idea of asking them, but knew they didn't have much of a choice, rolling her eyes, sighing. "Help."

Brandon chuckled. "So we'll help, Amara."

"Really?" Ariel asked skeptically. "Just like that?"

"Why would you help?" Faith asked.

"Ariel, Faith..." Mick trailed off. "My son Brandon and I came to this country to do one thing. Make friends." He glanced at Ness, Amara and Mary. "But you American hunters, you're... you're a different breed than our sort. You're surly. Suspicious. You don't play well with others."

"Well, that is accurate," Castiel told them.

Ness, Amara and Mary gave Castiel a halfhearted look, to the amusement of Octavia, Ariel, Faith, Sabrina and Levi. Brandon chuckled in amusement.

"You don't trust people you don't know, even when they come bearing gifts," Brandon told them. "Now, I can't help that, but we can help you. And if word were to get out that we did our part to help Levi, Octavia, Castiel, Ness Singer-Winchester, Sabrina, Amara, Ariel, Faith and Mary Winchester save their family Sam, Dean and Catty Winchester for their family including little Aiden Winchester... well, that's just good business, isn't it? And who knows? When all of this is over, we might even be friends."

"Don't count on it," Faith told them.

Octavia chuckled, a little proud at that comment. Sabrina and Amara smiled in amusement. Ariel and Faith exchanged a smug look. Ness, Castiel and Levi smirked.

"We think Sam, Dean and Catty were being held somewhere in the Rocky Mountain National Forest," Castiel explained.

"Site 94?" Mick asked. "It's a government facility, off books. Shadow ops. One of those places that officially doesn't exit."

"Then how do you know about it?" Mary asked.

"We gather information," Mick answered. "It's our job."

"There's warding all over the site, so we can't go get them," Castiel explained. "They told us to meet them off State Route 34."

"Well, that's a long stretch of road," Brandon told them. "Where, exactly?"

"We're not sure," Ariel told them.

"That's the point of us asking for help," Faith told them.

Mick looked at Brandon. "I'll get our techs to put a satellite over the area."

"You can do that?" Mary asked.

"And so much more," Mick answered.

"Do you have any idea what sort of trouble we're walking into?" Brandon asked.

"Nope," Faith answered. "But it's okay. Right, Ariel?"

Ariel shrugged. "Yeah. I mean, Faith and I want to know what it's like to be surprised."

They chuckled.

"All we need Mick and Brandon to do is disable the warding," Amara explained. "We can handle the rest."

"Can you disable the warding?" Octavia asked. "Or is that too much to ask?"

"Actually, we can," Brandon answered. "We have a device that renders any warding in perimeter useless. We can get you inside."

"Good," Ness told them. "Let's go."

§

Site 94 - Woods

The soldiers tracked Sam, Dean and Catty's muddy footprints. They were hiding behind a large tree, seeing the soldiers coming.

"They're on us," Sam told them.

Dean sighed. "Yeah. Damn it."

They took off running again, stopping behind another large tree, as three soldiers were searching the woods nearby.

A soldier spoke into his radio. "This is Norton. We're on the riv--"

Sam came up behind Norton, holding him in a chokehold, holding him like that until he fell unconscious.

Dean tackled Soldier 1 to the ground, taking his gun from him, hitting him in the head with it, knocking him out.

Catty jumped Soldier 2 from behind, kicking him into a tree, catching the gun when he tried to shoot her, pushing it into the ground to muffle the gunshot, knocking the helmet off his head to hit him with the gun, knocking him out.

Rick was calling through the radio. "Norton? Norton? This is Sanchez. Do you copy?"

Sam and Dean held two guns, aiming them around, on lookout.

Catty picked up the radio, holding the third gun, speaking to Rick. "Norton and his buddies have gone night-night."

Rick was standing with Camp further in the woods, realizing who he was talking to. "Catty Winchester."

"This the man in charge?" Catty asked.

"That's right," Rick answered.

"Well, let me tell you how this is gonna go," Catty told him. "You're gonna call your boys, and you're gonna turn around, and nobody's gonna get hurt."

"No, no, here's how this is gonna go," Rick told her. "I take my highly trained soldiers, track your asses down, and you get hurt." Catty, Sam and Dean exchanged a look, rolling their eyes. "A lot. You can't run forever. You're trapped out here."

Catty scoffed. "Well, what we have here is a failure to communicate. 'Cause we're not trapped out here with you. You're trapped out here with us."

Sam and Dean cocked their guns for emphasis. Catty dropped the radio.

§

Night - Woods

Castiel, Sabrina, Levi, Amara, Ness, Octavia, Ariel, Faith and Mary were standing outside the entrance of Site 94, with Brandon and Mick, who were setting up their device along with a spell to power down the warding so they could go get Sam, Dean and Catty before they were caught by the soldiers.

"That'll work," Brandon told them.

Castiel, Sabrina, Levi, Octavia, Ariel and Faith tested the barrier where the warding used to keep them out, making sure that it worked. Once they were sure that it had, they, Amara, Ness and Mary walked into the site.

Brandon and Mick were impressed with what they were doing for their family.

§

Elsewhere

The soldiers had found Sam, Dean and Catty, surrounding them, aiming their guns, when Sabrina, Castiel, Octavia, Ariel and Faith found them easily using Sabrina's tracking power now that the warding was destroyed.

Ariel grabbed Man 1, taking his gun, hitting him in the helmet over his head to knock it off his head, putting two fingers to his head to make him fall unconscious.

Man 2 tried to shoot Faith. Faith caught his gun, punching him in the face, pushing the gun into his stomach, using it to hit him in the face, pulling off his helmet, knocking him out.

Man 3 tried to shoot Sabrina. Sabrina held her hand in front of her, using her power to freeze the bullet in the air before it could hit her, releasing a silent scream to send sound waves toward the soldiers, throwing them through the air, but freezing them in place before they hit the ground so that they wouldn't get hurt.

Dean chuckled. "Like Catty said. You're trapped."

Rick looked at Camp. "Get them! Shoot them!"

Camp aimed his gun at Sam.

Octavia caught his gun, twisting it out of his reach, but didn't hurt him. "You don't want to do that." She took the gun from him. "Nice gun."

"You want the truth?" Castiel asked. "The President was possessed by the Devil. We saved his life. That's the truth."

"Now you can take that and do what you want with it," Ness told them. "But if you come after us... you know what'll happen."

"Who are you?" Camp asked.

"We're the guys that save the world," Sam answered.

Sabrina used her mind control on the soldiers. "None of you will remember any of this... or any of us."

Sam, Catty and Dean looked at their family in relief. They smiled, walking away with them.

§

Road

Sabrina, Ariel and Faith took Catty, Castiel, Sam, Octavia and Dean back to where Ness, Amara, Levi and Mary were waiting at the road using their teleporting powers.

"Sam, Catty, Dean," Mary told them in relief.

"Mom," Dean told her, embracing Mary.

"Sam," Octavia told him.

Sam pulled Octavia to him. "Ava." Sam and Octavia embraced for a long moment, laughing in relief, kissing passionately. Sam looked at Ariel and Faith in awe, but was heartbroken to know that he missed so much. "Ariel. Faith." Ariel and Faith smiled understandingly, excitedly now that they finally got to see their family. Sam pulled them both into an embrace. Octavia smiled sadly, relieved that they were together again, but still upset by how much time they had lost. They pulled away. Sam looked at Mary. "Mom."

Sam and Catty embraced Mary in turn.

Ness laughed softly in relief. "Dean?"

Dean smiled. "Ness. Amara."

Amara ran closer. "Dad."

Dean, Amara and Ness hugged tightly. Once they pulled away, Dean and Ness kissed passionately in relief and happiness, pulling away.

Catty walked up to Sabrina and Castiel. "Cas. Sow..."

Castiel smiled. "Hello, Catty."

Catty embraced both of them tightly. "That better be the last time I'm separated from either of you."

Sabrina laughed. "We missed you, too, Mom."

They pulled away. Catty and Castiel smiled in each other in relief, kissing slowly, sweetly and passionately, holding onto each other for a moment longer, pulling away.

"It's okay," Octavia told them. "We're all together again."

Levi smiled at the family reunion.

Catty noticed, smiling, walking closer. "Hey, Levi. Thank you for helping them with everything while we were gone."

"Yeah, not the first time you've helped our family when one of us was missing," Sam told him. "Or in trouble. Or... you know, anything."

They all smiled, chuckling.

"Of course," Levi told them. Sabrina hugged Levi in relief, thankful for everything that he had done for their family. Levi smiled in surprise. "Oh."

Everyone smiled.

They walked down the road, all together.

"Guys, how did you even find us?" Sam asked.

"They helped," Mary answered.

They reached Mick and Brandon by their car.

"Hello," Mick told them.

"They have a thermal imaging satellite that saw you," Castiel explained. "From space."

"Well, we don't have one," Brandon told them. "Just borrowed it for a bit. Friends in all the right places."

"Well, I guess this is where we're supposed to say thank you," Amara told them.

Brandon smiled a little, chuckling. "No need. Happy to be of service. Again."

"Okay, then," Sam told them. "We should get. The people we left, they'll call for backup any second."

"Uh, you left survivors?" Mick asked.

Sam, Dean and Catty narrowed their eyes, nodding. Sabrina, Amara, Ariel and Faith looked at Mick dubiously.

"They were soldiers, just doing what they were told," Dean told them.

"Still, a bit unprofessional," Mick told them.

"Yeah, that's why Sabrina erased their memories of everything that happened," Ariel told them. "They don't remember anything."

"Really?" Brandon asked, impressed.

"Yes," Faith answered.

"That's more like it," Brandon told them.

"We're not gonna kill them when we can just make them forget," Ariel told them.

Faith nodded in agreement. "Right. Mom taught us to be helpers. Not killers."

"My mom and dad did the same," Sabrina told them.

"But you already knew that was gonna be their answer, didn't you?" Levi asked. "You were testing all of us to see if we would do the right thing."

Mick and Brandon exchanged an impressed look, looking at the family, nodding.

"So, did they pass your test?" Amara asked.

"All of you did, actually," Brandon answered.

Sabrina clapped her hands. "Right, well, after the job well done, can we all go home now?"

Ariel and Faith nodded. "Yes, please."

Octavia chuckled. "Absolutely."

Ness looked at Mick and Brandon. "Thank you."

Brandon nodded. "If you ever need anything else..."

"We know who to call," Castiel finished.

Mick and Brandon nodded, getting into their car, driving away, leaving the family and Levi behind.

Catty looked at the family. "So, wait, all of you were hunting, together?"

"Yeah, a little bit," Amara answered. "Ariel and Faith talked Aunt Ava into getting her Grace back so that we could all work out some... anger issues because of the time lost."

Sam, Dean and Catty nodded in understanding.

"How does it feel to have your Grace back, Ava?" Sam asked.

"I loved being Human, but I had to do something productive," Octavia answered. "Mary did some hunting, too. Ness and Amara, too."

Sam nodded. "Yeah, I knew you four couldn't stay out of the fight."

They chuckled.

"All right, let's get home," Faith told them. "Sabrina taught Ariel and me to teleport."

"Yeah, it's fun," Ariel told them. "Come on."

Before Sabrina, Faith and Ariel could try to take everyone home, there was a strong gust of wind that made them hesitate, because it wasn't a natural wind.

"What is that?" Ness asked. "What the hell?"

Dean sighed sadly in guilt. "It's time."

Sam, Dean and Catty looked at them, worried. The others realized that they knew exactly what was happening, and that it would have devastating consequences. Dean wouldn't look at them, turning away.

"What's happening?" Castiel asked.

Billie appeared in front of them with her arms crossed. "Hey, Ness. Amara. Castiel. Sabrina. Levi. Octavia, looks like your girls Ariel and Faith grew up pretty, and pretty fast. Pretty sure your boy Aiden will catch up to your teen girls right there sooner than you think. 'Sup?"

The family approached Billie, but stopped a distance away.

"Who is that?" Ariel asked.

"Billie," Castiel answered.

"The Reaper?" Faith asked.

"I don't understand," Mary told them.

"That place..." Dean trailed off. "There was only one way we were getting out of there, and that wasn't breathing." The others started to realize where this was going, horrified. "So I made a call."

"Dean talked with her, and then Billie came to see me, and Catty," Sam explained. Mary stepped up in front of her kids, disbelieving and shocked. "And we made a deal. We'd get to die and come back one more time, but in exchange..."

"Come midnight, a Winchester goes bye-bye," Billie finished. "Like, permanently. And that is something I've been looking forward to for a long time. Even you, Ness, Castiel, Octavia, Winchesters by marriage, who all have that same tendency of dying and coming back again and again and again. Sabrina doesn't have to worry about dying, and most likely neither do Ariel and Faith, but your family probably passed that habit on to Amara and Aiden, but I don't let that happen."

Octavia turned to her husband worriedly. "Sam, why would you--"

"We were already dead, Ava," Sam answered. "Being locked in that cell with nothing, knowing that I couldn't be with you, or Ariel, or Faith, while our daughters were growing, and I missed out on everything..."

"Ness, I couldn't be with you, or Amara or Aiden," Dean told her. "I know Aiden had his second birthday by now because we were keeping track of days in the cells, with tallies on the walls. Not knowing if you guys were okay, or not..."

Catty sighed heartbreakingly. "And I couldn't stand being away from Cas and Sabrina for so long... again. We've all been to Hell. This was worse."

Castiel looked despaired by the pain, but understanding why they did it, but unwilling to lose them. "Catty..."

"No, no, no," Amara told them. "No, this isn't happening."

"Amara, at least this way, only one of us lose, and the rest of us keep fighting," Dean told her.

"You don't have to do this," Castiel told them.

"Yeah, you do," Billie told them. "We made a pact, bound in blood. You break that, there's consequences on a cosmic scale."

Mary turned to face Billie, drawing her gun. "You're not taking them. You're taking me."

"Mary, no," Ness told her worriedly.

Sam, Dean and Catty spoke together worriedly. "Mom."

Sabrina, Amara, Ariel and Faith shook their heads. "No. No."

When Sam, Dean, Catty, Ness and Amara took a step forward to stop Mary, Billie used her power to push them down, pinning them, using her power on Castiel and Octavia to make them hold their heads in pain.

"You said come midnight, a Winchester dies?" Mary asked. "I'm a Winchester."

"Works for me," Billie told them.

Mary cocked her gun, raising it toward her head. "I love you. All of you."

Sam, Dean and Catty struggled. "Mom!"

Ness and Amara tried to get up. "Don't!"

Faith used her power to throw Mary's gun out of her hand, making it fall. "No."

Ariel pulled Mary away from Billie. "Grandma Mary..."

Billie stepped closer as if to fight, but Sabrina held her hand toward Billie, using power to freeze her in place, closing her fist, making Billie start to gasp for breath in pain. An Angel Blade pierced through Billie's chest from behind, making her glow with white light and fall down dead, revealing Levi behind her. The family was all suitably shocked, and so was Levi. Castiel and Octavia were no longer in pain now that Billie was dead. Cas, Ava, Sabrina, Ariel and Faith helped Sam, Dean, Catty, Ness and Amara stand.

"Levi, what have you done?" Octavia asked.

"What had to be done," Levi answered. "You know this world... this sad, doomed little world... it needs you. It needs every last Winchester it can get, and I will not let you die. I won't let any of you die. And I won't let you sacrifice yourselves. You mean too much to everything. Yeah, you made a deal. You made a stupid deal, and I broke it. You're welcome."

The family all looked at Levi in varying levels of shock, appreciation, and gratefulness, though they knew that the broken deal would lead to devastating consequences eventually, worried and not looking forward to the aftermath.

The Bunker - Library

The family was back at home where they should be, having just teleported home.

Amara and Ness brought Aiden to Sam, Dean and Catty. After their time away, Aiden was a toddler now.

Aiden was ecstatic to see them back, happy and laughing, reaching up to Dean's waiting arms. "Dad! Dad!"

Dean smiled, scooping Aiden up, tossing him up in the air lightly, catching him close in his arms. "Hey, little guy. You got so big, Aiden."

"Well, at least Aiden doesn't grow up as fast as Ariel and me," Faith replied.

Ariel nodded in agreement. "Or Sabrina. Or Amara."

They all laughed.

"Seriously, though," Sabrina told them.

"What did Billie mean when she said Aiden might  catch up to us, though?" Amara asked.

"No clue," Sam told them.

Ness smiled. "Hey, Aiden, look who's over there. Look who else is home."

Aiden followed Ness' gaze to Catty and Sam, laughing. "Catty. Sammy."

Catty laughed, taking Aiden to hug him for a moment. "Hey, Aiden."

Sam hugged Aiden. "Oh, we missed you, Aiden."

Aiden hit Sam, Dean and Catty lightly, obviously not enough to hurt them. "You leave."

This was both sad and cute that made all of them hurt but happy at the same time.

"They didn't leave, Aiden," Octavia told him. "They were taken. But it's okay now."

Castiel nodded in agreement. "Yes, it is."

Aiden was confused, blissfully oblivious.

"That is a long story, Aiden," Sam told him.

"But they won't be gone that long ever again," Castiel told him. "We'll make sure of that."

"Promise?" Amara asked.

Dean, Ness and Amara smiled, embracing with Aiden.

"Promise," Sabrina answered. "This can't happen again."

Now that they were all together again, happy and content, they could finally relax and take in the fact that they were home.

Mick's Office

Mick was in his office, filing his report on his magical typewriter.

Mick: (voice over) "And just like that, the Winchesters are back, for better or worse. They left no loose ends, and instead of killing, they opted for memory erase. As far as the world's concerned, it never even happened, and no one had to die in the process. And as for me and Brandon making inroads with the American hunters, well, good news."

Diner

Mick and Brandon were sitting at a table with another hunter to talk about what they had been talking to Wally about before.

"Let me paint you a picture, of a world without monsters, or Demons, or any of the little buggers that go bump in the night," Brandon told her. "Of a world where no one has to die because of the supernatural. Of a new world. A better world."

Mary was the one sitting across from them, leaning forward, resting her crossed arms on the table. "I'm listening."
